It was great the first few times we went there. But they replaced the groomer with a male groomer who doesn't do a very good job. It was taking about 4 hours to groom 2 small dogs. The last couple of times, it took just under 2 hours for both dogs. Within 2 days, the dogs started smelling badly again. I think that we will be trying a different groomer from now on. If we are going to be spending this kind of money for grooming, we expect them to be groomed properly.

I go to Woof Gang for one reason; Dennis. We love our pets, and when they go into the back room for grooming, I know our dogs are given the same care. Thank you Dennis. It’s the people that make the businesses what they are.

I've taken my dog twice already. The first time was great, they listened to everything I needed them to know about him before the groom started.I'm always more concerned with his face cut because I like the hair very short. As he got older he now has tears that stain his hair under his eyes and it was cut very short he looked even more beautiful! I have never had a groomer clean his face so well.The 2nd time I only did a mini groom. I know that only consisted of a light trim, a few other things and his bath. But when I picked him up, I didn't expect his face would be cut even a touch better. The hair around his snout was shaved down but he still had the shape of his whole face. I loved it because now the hair from under his nose, above his lip, didn't go inside his mouth when he eats.It's been a great experience so far.

I’ll preface my review by saying that for the most part, this location does a great job. I am always greeted by friendly staff both on the phone and in person. For the second time now, however, a groomer has not followed the specifications of my dog’s haircut. On his styling card, it says not to cut his ears (my husband and I prefer to keep our dog’s ears natural). The first time it happened, we expressed disappointment but ultimately accepted it. Before his most recent groom, I told the person taking him back to please make sure his ears were left alone. She reassured me that his card specifically instructed not to touch his ears. This was not the case at pickup. The groomer had once again disregarded the notes on the card. We weren’t as forgiving with mistake #2, but we also weren’t “Karens” about it. Despite our blatant unhappiness, nothing was done. No sincere apologies, no discounts on future grooms, no offers to make things right. The employee simply said he would write “Never Cut Ears” on the front of the card when it was already written on another part. I wish my dog had been brought out to me BEFORE I paid, because I would have reconsidered the tip I left. Very disappointed.

This place is great! The staff is so nice and helpful. They have the healthy cat food that my cat loves and they also sell these cute like bandanas and bow ties ( which are locally made)

Naomi is an artist. I wont bring my giant Goldendoodle to anyone else, she is amazing and works wonders with him. Well worth the money to not get a hack job.

I have been going to this Wolf gang for many years and have been seeing Dennis. I have a very anxious dog that will bite when others try to groom him. No other groomer has been able to work with him. Dennis has a very calming nature about him that allows my dog to be groomed. They have always done exactly what I want and make everything easy and simple. I will continue using them and recommend others to go here.

It was a very bad experience, when we arrived I asked for the grooming price which I though it was a reasonable amount, but when I went to pick up my dog I was told that it was $20 extra, now at this point I do think it was overpriced. But when they finally brought out my dog he had the worst grooming ever and he was walking with difficulty, when we got home he wouldn’t even want to move, The next day he didn’t even want to go out for his morning walk which he loves, so at this point I had to take him to the vet and was told that he had a severe clippers burn. And I ended up paying an additional $120 at the vet. I really don’t recommend this place for your furry baby.

The treat I bought for my little dog who is older and has a sensitive stomach did not affect him or make his eventual expulsion stinky. 5/5 just for thatI've been there once for grooming and my little dog was done much quicker than I'm used to and he left with a calm demeanor not his usual "Let's GO HOME!"Impressed with this location for both reasons and plan to become steady patron

Good afternoon!I took a Goldendoodle for his second grooming to this place. When I left the dog, they told me it will be $140.00, which is already too expensive for a 65 pound Goldendoodle. They said his hair looked really tangled and the groomer (Denis) said he will have to shave him very close to the skin. When i went to pick up the dog, they charged me $185.00 saying that he was tangled very close to the skin, and the groomer did not shave him very close to the skin, he shaved the dog completely, you can actually see the skin, and normally when you take your dog to a groomer, the groomer come and talk to you when you pick up your dog, I believe Denis knew what he did, since he did not come to talk to me after the grooming. I am not happy at all with the service. I paid cash and they could not give me a receipt. Next day, I went to talk to the manager, and of course she acted like all was OK. I am sorry!!! It is not OK. It is not OK to overcharge a repeated customer, It is not OK to charge more without my consent. They should call me before doing that to see if I agree. The manager did not give me any receipt either. What kind of place is this? This kind of place don't care about dogs, they just want to make money. I want my money back!!! Not happy at all!!!!!!

I absolutely adore Mary Lou the manager. The shop is so well run! And she recently took over another location (Summerport).Dennis and Naomi are both awesome groomers. I am ridiculous picky and my babies are my World!! They definitely get the VIP treatment when they are there. I feel so lucky to have found them after a very long search!!!💕💕🐾🐾💕💕

Very pleased with the grooming services. Dennis did an amazing job of our puppy and the puppy had no problem going with him. Also was very happy with their promptness as they took him immediately and finished even 5 minutes early. We will definitely be coming back.

I don’t normally give poor reviews but this ones been bugging me for months. They were so unfriendly and judgmental. To the point it was awkward - groomer was almost aggressively unfriendly so maybe I did something to upset him but I don’t know. And they took several more inches off my dogs coat than I requested though he was ready in a timely fashion. I won’t be returning and I don’t know how they expected I would. They certainly didn’t seem to want me as a customer. Nobody even said goodbye to me after I dropped him off - I just stood there for a second then was like “okay I guess I’ll be back later...”

I have a special needs dog, and he gets anxious whenever we go out. We went to this store together and he actually was calm and taking treats and loving from the staff! I can't say enough how helpful the staff was, they were so patient with him and took the time to make him feel comfortable. We will be returning often in the future!

I make an appointment for my dog (Yorkie Mix) at 1:00 pm on Monday. The Pet Groomer was very nice with me answering my questions and after that I asked how long it would take for me to pick up my dog, they told me usually take 2 to 2:30 hours and that they will call me.I call them at 3:00 pm and the person that pick up the phone told me that my dog wasn't ready because a dog before mine got very difficult so it would take longer and that she is going to call me when she is ready .I called back at 5:00 pm and she said AGAIN that my dog wasn't ready yet, I told her I'm going to pick her up the way she was, that it was way too long for a small dog like mine to get ready. She keep telling me that she was with the groomer and she was almost done, I said: "Ok I'm going to pick her at 5:30 and I can't wait more that that sorry" to what she replied "Oh no , it's going to take around 45 minutes" ... I was very upset because she doesn't have any water or food all day but I finally decided to wait. I told her I'm going to go to their store at 6 pm to what she said "Ok".No apology or anything at this point. I got a call at 5:44 that she was finally ready after being all day in a small cage with no blankets,pillows or anything. I did see the room where they have the pets so I'm sure of what I'm talking about. My dog came out very nice and clean , the groomer did a good job and we got a small bag of Pumpkin treats and she love it. She came out with a cute little bandana as well, nice touch. After that I payed and NOBODY said anything to me about the time or explain me anything. The place itself is really nice , good selection but I won't recommend this place if you care about how long is your pet in a cage with no food , water or snack. If you don't mind to leave your dog that long it's up to you. I paid $55 plus tip for her service. I'm very disappointed because I was looking for a place near my house that can take care of my doggy.

Called a few days in advance to book a grooming, cut, clean, the works appointment for our dog. They were not able to accommodate when I brought the dog in due to booking the wrong appointment type and the tried to keep my dog to do a more basic cut. Heard barking in the back every time they called and when my dog was taken out of the tub, he immediately ran to me without any barrier to prevent him from running out the door. Very disappointed with the customer service and trying guilt me into still having them do a cut that I didn’t want. Will not be returning.

We took our dog here several times to be groomed. We paid $65 each time. We dropped her off this morning. We went back today to pick her up and we were told the “new” price is $100! We had no other choice but to pay it because they had our dog in back.

We have a VERY difficult chiweenie (chihuahua wiener mix) and after taking him several places to get his nails trimmed and being sent away because he growled we tried this place. The guy who took him back just had me hand him over and he came out about 20 mins later feeling much better. We know we have a difficult dog and this place was still able to accommodate us. We will be going back

My little fur baby, My Buddy Biggie Smalls, Buddy for short turned one this week. I ordered gift bags for his little friends in his training class, and I could not be happier. Mary and the staff went out of their way and delivered the bags, as there was a small scheduling snafu. All’s well that ends well. This is going to be our go to for all Buddy’s needs, including grooming. Fantastic customer service!!!

Me and my girlfriend took our Yorkie here for grooming. We were a little worried at first because he has really bad separation anxiety but when we picked him up he didn't want to leave! He loved the girls and all the treats they gave him. We will definitely be going here from now on for his grooming.

I took my dog in for nails and they cut his $60 Seresto collar off. Claimed it was too tight. They didn’t call or ask. They just did it! DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE FOR GROOMING!!!! They handed me the cut collar and did not offer a refund. As a matter of fact, I paid first then they told me they cut it off! I am beyond infuriated and won’t go back!!!
