Made me go inside to pick up my order when I literally have COVID. I placed an online order specifically to avoid going in, but no. I had to walk inside and be told to pick up my order in three different places. It would have taken me quicker to pick up what I needed off the shelf. Clearly they do not care about protecting their customers. I’ll drive up the street to the further Walgreens to avoid this poorly run store.

Service here is terrible, either their pharmacy is closed at odd hours or today their system was down and they want you to pay full price for prescriptions with the promise to reimburse you the difference. Then when I ask them to politely transfer my prescription to Publix they tell me I need to do it. This is what I have come to expect as the norm after doing business here for 3 years.

I am waiting patiently in line to pick up a prescription. I am next to be waited on. There are 2 clerks and a Pharmacist working. One Clerk is servicing the drive thru, the other is waiting on a customer. The gentleman behind me, exits the line and ask the Pharmacist (Mertha) a question. Mertha and this customer had an exchange in Spanish, he was asking for his wife's prescription, and Mertha confirmed his name. He returned to the line. After a few more minutes, I am still waiting when Mertha calls Mr Romero up and proceeded to wait on him. When she finished, she didn't even acknowledge me, and returned to her station to fill prescriptions. Unbelievably poor customer service. What justifes her to call him ahead of me? And her complete disregard of me was disrespectful.

Every time I visit the FedEx drop store the service is fast and sends me the tracking number right away so I can follow the status of delivery from the start. I like their friendly and fast service.

The pharmacy tech Carlos was extremely unaccommodating and rude. He would not listen to anything I was saying and did not even attempt to assist in helping me find the syringes I need for my medication. He seemed lazy and was making the cashier go between talking to me and the pharmacy tech so that he could continue to sit in the back and do nothing.

Horrible store. Dirty, unorganized and the pharmacy staff are completely incompetent. Given wrong meds, incomplete orders, orders delayed for weeks at a time.Nobody know what they are doing.Cows in a field have more skill and talent than anyone working at this location.

The pharmacy experience is always a disaster. Receive text notifications that scripts are ready then arrive and it’s never ready. It’s been most of the same staff there for years and they have become too comfortable with their jobs and they feel like they can’t lose their jobs. Management needs to be changed out or the staff needs to be entirely changed out. They have a 2.4 rating already, does it need to go down to 1 before they take measures to improve their customer service?

This is like the worst store ever. They had signs up several times that they don’t have inventory due to supplier shortages, but other Walgreens stores have plenty of the same items….Supplier shortages? Or Inventory mismanagement? This store has poor customer service, not enough registers open, all sorts of issues!!

(July 2022) Went for Covid tests 2x in 2 days back to back. The covid test administrators in the pharmacy refused to accept my insurance even though I gave them the insurance card AND I provided the information online when I scheduled the test! This happened on BOTH occasions and they wanted me to pay $128 for the Covid test out of pocket BOTH times. Also, I showed up 30 min early to the appointment and they refused to administer the test! They told me I needed to leave and come back later closer to the appointment time! When I went back after waiting 30 min for nothing, they refused to take my insurance for a Covid test! They also said because I was “non symptomatic” before taking the test, they would refuse to bill my insurance company, meaning I would need to pay $128 out of pocket.I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed in this Walgreens and their lack of professionalism. Every time I would go for a COVID test, there was always another excuse for them NOT to provide me with the test. I DO NOT recommend going to this location. Look elsewhere, go to CVS instead…they are a lot more competent!

I live very close to this Walgreens, so convenience is the ONLY good thing about this place for me. I’ve tried to fill many prescriptions here and it’s apparently too overwhelming for the staff. They cannot read an insurance card or fill the script in a timely manner and I mean within a day. The checkout and floor staff always act suspicious like THEY’RE stealing something. I don’t know if this is indicative of the Walgreens brand or if the manager is just that bad. If you have another option for whatever you’re looking to buy, go elsewhere because this Walgreens is trash. Bottom line cut and dry.

At first I thought a 2.2 rating was a bit harsh. But then I look back at all my experiences here and it's pretty much in line with what everyone else is saying. This Walgreens is clean and orderly enough, but everyone in there, sans ONE older female cashier, look like they would rather be anywhere else in the world. One of the managers (I think he was a manager) was very belittling to his employee in front of me, and made me feel really bad for her. Some employees won't even say hi or interact with you when checking out. However, this place is a good enough distance to walk to so it's convenient to get a Red Bull and walk home.

I too was happy when they built a Walgreens near my house because I wouldn't have to drive across town to the other one. Twice my prescription has not been available though which never happened at the other Walgreen I used to go to. The first time they said was because the last page didn't print and this time they just didn't have it. The pharmacist always has some reason why it is not their fault or some advise that I didn't ask for like you should call in your prescriptions or you should know your doctors name. I understand that this could all be a computer problem but the coincidences are starting to add up.

The worst pharmacy in the area. I just moved to this area I am used to dealing with CVS quick professional friendly know you by name. Unfortunately I am now having to deal with Walgreens in Windemere on 535. No personal service you can already guarantee if you go to the drive-through it will take you 20 minutes and that’s not with a line. 😕

Worst pharmacy I've ever encountered. I received 2 unknown pills in my prescription.. a pretty horrific mistake that could have ended poorly if I hadn't noticed. When I brought the pills in, the pharmacist said she'd have the manager call me the next day. He did not.2 days later, he called. And instead of apologizing for their mistake, he spoke to me as if I were the one who did something wrong. He said I got what I paid for and that they checked the inventory of both kinds of medicine and there were no mistakes. He spoke so rudely and demeaningly that I am calling a supervisor to complain. This is an inexcusable mistake and I can't believe how it was handled. I was berated and belittled and that's NOT the kind of treatment I want from the person handling my medication.Do NOT fill your prescriptions here. You may "get what you paid for" and end up with some other drug.

Very rude cashier named Martha, beware of her disrespectfulness and attitude. She hates every customer in there specially when i walked in she started giving me a very nasty look. When i reached the register to cash my stuff she was hanging around here and there, i had to wait 10 minutes till she reached the register. The manager named Mirtha is also very disrespectful and very rude. I do not recommend this store to anyone. I hope the Walgreens headquarters take a look at all the bad reviews for this store and do something.

Worst ever, there are signs all over the building that they do not do Covid testing at this location. I need it to pick up a prescription and always have to do the drive-through here because there is never any parking. I waited in the drive-through lane for 45 minutes and it only moved one car. I was blocked in by other cars, so I had to get out and ask everyone to back up so I could leave. I was finally able to find one parking spot left in the whole lot and went inside to pick up my prescription I asked while the drive-through line is not moving? And the gentleman said it is because everyone in the drive-through line is doing Covid testing. They should really remove all the signs around the building that says no Covid testing here and replace them with signs that say don’t bother waiting in the drive-through lane if you were picking up a prescription because everyone is getting a Covid test and it’s going to take two hours.

To bad there isn't a zero rating. Dropped off a prescription for eye drops 2 days ago. They said it wasn't in stock and I can pick it up the next day after 3pm. I want there today (2 days later) and they said it was on backorder and they asked the doctor to change it. When asked why I wasn't notified of the change, they said that they do not have time to notify people and that they have an automated system that gives out notifications. When I said I never received any notifications the pharmacist rudely replied that they dont have time to follow up with everyone. This place is always been horrible since I moved down here and I would rather drive further away to CVS in Target than go there ever again.

What to say about Walgreens?This is a nice store, tucked away in Overstreet road, which makes it seem small, but it's rather large. They're following measures to avoid the spread of Covid-19 and the staff was very helpful. There wasn't much staff but there were not many customers either. Additionaly, pharmacy was closed, which can be a downer when you come by, so they should adjust that, especially because it has a Drive-Thru.Overall, I recommend it.

I need to refill the prescription but they don’t have it in the system i waited more than 25 mins on the phone just for someone to answer me! If you’re short in staff why the pharmacy still open then! This is so radicals even when you go to the pharmacy there is always time because only 1 or 2 people are in there they barely can handle all the people. I might need to change this pharmacy i am with them because there close to my house thats the only reason why i changed from cvs which is much better than walgreens.

Update 6/15/2018: Photo person slammed the phone on my wife. I'm still driving past place this Walgreens despite it being only one mile from my house. One star. Our neighborhood deserves better than this awful place.I tend to agree that this Walgreens is below expectations. What's even more unusual is that you can drive just four miles north on the same road (CR 535) and that store has a completely better vibe. I wonder if this store is lumped in with the tourist area Walgreens and the one north of this one isn't. Either way this location needs to improve.

May 19th 2021 about 3.30PM: Price was changed by MANAGER when we were at the counter to buy. We purchased ice-cream and price was shown at $5.49 as a deal. When paying at the counter it showed full price. Manager was called and she said, she will check and inform. Then She went to check price and changed price. Another item also was shown different price at counter. If deal was over on weekend for few items today is Wednesday and not sure why not changed till now or she don't want to give to us the deal and racial.

Worse pharmacy ever. They never receive prescriptions and don’t make an effort to try to figure out why/what’s wrong. When I called my doctor to ask him to resend the prescription he said “that’s the worst pharmacy all my patients have problems let’s send it somewhere else”.

The WORST Walgreens ever, called 8 times before I was able to talk to someone, no one answers the phone at the Pharmacy. Manager answered the phone finally and it was rude.Went to pick up the prescription, they couldn't find, been waiting for over 30 minutes now . There are so many beeps and phone ringing that drives you nuts.
