Moved to Florida in September and Kiko has had continual issues with ear infections and now skin allergies, which has made him very uncomfortable. We had his first appointment today and we had the nicest, most thorough, and most knowledgeable staff I’ve ever had take care of him. Added a photo post bath and groom with shampoo and conditioner recommended to help. Great start to getting his allergies under control.You guys rock :)

Dr. Lemon is caring, takes her time and treats our (muzzled due to stress!) dog with such love and kindness. The entire staff is wonderful and patient. We're so grateful to have been going to the is office for 12 years and will continue to recommend to everyone we know.

We usually see Dr. Rogers but we had a semi-urgent care visit today with Dr. Anderson. She was professional and caring, as was all the staff we saw today. Echo, our kitty, did great, and Dr. Anderson was thorough, engaging, and took as much time as was needed. We never felt rushed at all. We love Dr. Rogers but were thankful that our fur baby was still in good hands when he wasn't there.

Dr. Lemon was so nice and helpful! She did a very thorough exam and gave great recommendations to get his allergies under control. She and the vet tech took such good care of Ranger. He never lets anyone cut his nails without a big ordeal and he trusted them enough to let them do his front and back and he didn't even have to be medicated! I will forever come to this clinic!

For years now I have had my pets visit Animal Clinic of Windermere. I have never had a vet or tech or anyone give poor service. Everyone excels in the best care and personal interest. They are always sincere and extremely helpful. Milo has grown fond of Treasure, who helps administer his fluids weekly. We love everyone there.

Everyone is amazing, friendly and caring. Our dog Sasha runs to the door to the boarding. They take extra care and love for her in the vet and boarding. We are so fortunate to be able to leave town knowing she’s being loved and having fun!

Expert Dr Rogers is the best! I truly appreciate him getting rid of Antonio’s chronic allergic dermatitis after much trial. He also recommended the diet which allowed my pet to be normal weight - which will allow me to have more time with him. I have referred Dr Rogers to others. The office staff is always so patient with Antonio and are a blessing. Thank you all!!!

I truly love and appreciate the patience the staff has for my puppy. Joey is the first pet we had and he can get very anxious and intimidated during his visits. But Saoni and Dr. Hoggart are the best! They take care of Joey like their own puppy. It’s relatively easy to get appointments and answers to any questions we have about him. Thank you all so much.

ACW has been our vet since our puppy Jack came home. Right, after we got Jill and Beyonce. All three go for their annual exams. The ACW team knows us and our challenges and they have always been there for us. I will not take my fur babies any place else.

This past week, my 9 week old puppy was diagnosed with Parvovirus at an overnight clinic. In the morning, I had to quickly make the decision of which veterinary clinic to send him to for the day and I couldn’t be happier with the decision to send him to the Animal Clinic of Windermere. Even without an appointment, I was greeted the second I arrived and the administration team, vet techs, and Veterinarians were so welcoming, kind, helpful, and made me feel comfortable to have my puppy left with them. Everyone was knowledgeable and truly showed compassion. If you are looking for a new veterinary clinic to go to, I would highly recommend this clinic!

I was disappointed that the veterinarian didn't agree to euthanize my 15-year-old cat. I felt it was in the cat's best interest due to her declining health, especially since she had dropped down to 5.5 pounds (down from 7 pounds at last year's visit). I wish there had been more discussion about my beloved pet's quality of life. All that was offered were more tests, medication and a judgmental attitude. I expressed by desire to end her suffering and was turned away. It was a heart-breaking experience for me. I went to another doctor the next day and my Cutie can now rest in peace. Shame on this veterinary clinic!

I've been taking my dogs here for almost 20 years. They truly care about your pets! The treatment is great and I love that boarding options have expanded. The only downside is they are expensive, relatively speaking. I highly recommend them.

We sent our 15 year fur baby to rainbow bridge last week and it was the worst day. Dr. Hoggart made it better, and was very kind. I truly am thankful for how it all worked out. I can only hope our baby knows how much we love her. I just picked up her ashes and her paw print. It was very affordable in the end and I'm glad I got all the reminders of our fur baby. If we ever own a pet again, this will remain our vet. What a wonderful place. Thank you again for helping us through this awful time.

Everyone is Amazing (:😻 Dr. Anderson and her entire team have so much to offer. Grace was very sick and I was so concerned. They are great! We usually take our pups to Dr Lemon, but our poodle has had a few emergency situations where he has been seen by other doctors and they all are incredibly good drs. The whole staff is very friendly and helpful and we also love boarding them at the lodge bc they treat them so well! TY for all the help, we are so happy to have found you! It can be hard to find a vet who you trust and who your pups are comfortable with, and we are lucky to have found somewhere!

When my Vet of many years retired unexpectedly, I was devastated. Who would take his place to care for my fur baby. I walked into this clinic to check them out first, got an appointment for 2 days later and could not be happier with my decision! Caring, clean, no upsell and a very happy staff.
