The store is OK, but I try to avoid it due to the checkout lines. They are ridiculous. Last time I was there, I was 17th person in line! (See photo). Management REALLY needs to fix this problem.

Bring back the 10 items or less line. Waiting 15 minutes or more for someone with a fully loaded cart while I have two items, one of which is frozen. This is unacceptable. And this is just the latest.

Truly had the worst experience with shopping I've ever had. Customer service sucked. Was not allowed to talk to a manager due to her being busy. This is a horrible place to go shopping and I will never spend time again using my husband's hard earned money in this establishment.

Today I had the best service from Raul at the curbside pick. I was concerned about my bread and eggs because of previous experiences but he made sure I got them and none was broken or mashed. He greeted me professionally and handled my groceries with great care . Walmart needs more people like him. Raul I would have given you 100 if I could. I hope 🤞🏽 my future experiences will be like today . Great service .

If management spent a hundredth as much time being helpful as they do screaming at customers to get out and at their clearly just over it employees for not kicking us out early aggressively enough, sales would surely be higher.At this point I’m fairly committed to never shopping there again. Tonight was an emergency but I couldn’t get help, just screamed at.I saw that the bag of cheese I could at least grab had no label. Had to leave it there to go bad to get out of the way of your drill sergeant reject candidate.I hate you Walmart. Most of us do & deservedly so. Your too big to fail inevitable collapse can’t come soon enough.

It was nice we were down visiting family. We went from we were on vacation. We went from upstate New York to Florida on a summer recess. It was our winter recess. We went to the summer.We didn't find too many things that we were looking for. At that particular Walmart, they have a lot of fishing stuff and a lot of housewares.That didn't have any too many microwaves which we were looking for.And we were looking for a particular plate. And they on their website they had the store had it when we get there. They don't the store.My mind is they couldn't then out of stock. They could have been attracting come in.There's a lot of variables,

Worst Walmart I have ever been to, if I could give it 0 stars I would. The employee with short black wavy hair and two stud nose piercings was extremely slow at checkout. I’m never going to this location ever again. It’s dirty everything is not in its places, price tags in the wrong place, employees chatting and on their phones. Employees always in the way but nothing is getting done, compared to the Cortez and palmetto Walmart this one has hit rock bottom. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here. The isles are tight yet there is always some boxes or random cart blocking them. I know I’m all over this review but this is all in all the worst location I’ve ever been to.

If I could give it zero star I would put it yesterday I made a purchase of 462 dollars which I went through a cashier who gave him 362 dollars in cash and he only went through the cash register 162 when I was passing the card I realized that I still had a total debt. 300 dollars which I realize and I'm telling him to verify the cash that I gave him 362 after trying to make me look crazy I call another employee who I told him what was happening because he didn't understand me and then he didn't want to come back to me count the cash and she actually saw that I gave her 362 in cash because she was so nervous that she marked 200 dollars more to try to fix the mistake but she made a mistake again and put 200 more in cash, I mean I had given her 162 first then everything I did 200 +200 already, oh, they had to call the manager and after waiting almost an hour until the big manager arrived, who instead of arriving apologizing for what happened, arrived arrogant and with a posture of realizing that since we don't speak English very well or At no point did my niece even apologize in the middle of it and start recording everything. The impotent manager they have there for recording calls the police and they take us away as if we were thieves. The police also didn't even ask what happened or anything. The worst Walmart ever. There is and the manager, I just tell you, God bless you and that nothing like this happens to any of your children, if you have one, because instead of solving the bad time you screwed up, I don't even know how they could give you that position

I went to purchase a few items; but my experience was not that great, and I needed material and I requested assistance and seemed no one in the area had a scanner. A visit that should have taken 20 minutes took almost an hour. I was finally able to track down a manager who found staff to help.

Not clean, food, not priced clothes, shoved together. Other locations nicer. Oh, and the stock people mow you down with their carts and don't smile or speak. Sun City Center location

Tried to order cupcakes for a birthday party. Couldn't get through by phone so we came in between 5:30 PM and 6 PM last night and no one was working on the bakery. Website stated they are open until 10 PM. Went in first thing this AM and was told they couldn't help us. How are you supposed to give 24 hours if no one is available?

This review is for the auto center, bought tires and scheduled and appointment and after waiting for 1 1/2 an employee came up and said those wheels are custom and are going to get scratched really bad we don’t deal with those , he didn’t want to do it and by his attitude i just knew i didn’t want him near my vehicle , I took my tires and left.Poor customer service at its best ! i know where not to go for my auto services , stay away you been warned !

Don't like self checkout. But be cause I don't want to stand in a long line because only 3 were open with lots in line. That is why most times I go to Win Dixie they have self checkout but always have most of the cashier's open. Not like you.

Literally so disgusting. My grandma bought a rotisserie chicken at the Wimauma location and she found live maggots inside. When she brought it back for a refund they didn't even apologize. I absolutely would not recommend buying from here.

Rarely are the shelves fully stocked. They move items around so often that you never know where they are anymore. The store is usually a mess and could use a good cleaning. It is obvious they need new managers to run the place.

Nice store with lots of friendly and helpful employees. Found everything on my list. Starbucks inside was good and clean, and so was grocery and deli. Also had plenty of electric carts, which was nice to use.

Recently purchased a 65inch TV from this location to discover no power cord nor remote upon removing from box and nor was it bubble wrapped, upon attempting to return Customer service indicated TV had been swapped out with 4 year old TV as serial numbers on box didn't match the one on box. Risk management claimed to have pulled tape from parking lot and witnessed us swapping TV out of box although it's raining outside and no search action took place. During this entire process Risk management and Customer service was very rude making me feel like a criminal when they missed the opportunity to catch this with whomever did it on previous sale by not checking return contents in box. Return denied and they blamed the manufacturer and said they would have to replace but after their investigation determined WalMart erred and should replace or refund. Never again! Jury still out.

I’m an advocate for people that hate their jobs, if you don’t like working for WalMart why don’t you leave and look for something else that tickles your fancy. You expressing your dislike for the company through the way you treat customers is distasteful and petty.

Tried to shop there twice. Very narrow isles, employees pulling pick up orders blocking every isle. Selection not as good as other Wal-Mart's. I would have them deliver my groceries but I live 1/2 mile out of the Wal-Mart+ delivery zone. I will be cancelling my Wal-Mart+ account; not enough benefits to keep it.

Walmart is always bad, but this one is the worst! Asked 3 people where chocolate syrup was. Two looked at me like I was stupid, and the third told me no siento, english which means I feel Englush. So apparently she didn't speak Spanish either!

This Walmart is typically not as well stocked as Gibsonton BUT they have one of the best garden sections of any Walmart I have been to. Definitely check it out if you need plants for your yard or inside your home. They are not always cheap but they have a great, healthy selection.

They WILL stop to check every one of your bags if you aren't white. I saw a man with his young kid get stopped after they left self checkout and they went over everything and the employee was so rude to him and his daughter. This old white guy practically checked all the barcodes. I didn't get stopped because I'm white. Out of the dozen or so times I gone they don't stop white people. But anyone else they entaragate. It doesn't mater if they are young or old you to them are a criminal. They shouldn't have racist old men harassing people.

I gave the two stars because the floors were super clean and shiney other than that my experience here was terrible. I asked 6 people for help and not one of them spoke English. I had to walk up and down every isle in the food section trying to get someone anyone to help but nope no one could help. I finally found what I was looking for but come on…. yall can do better than that. I am pretty sure a couple were lying about not being able to speak English. Hard to believe Walmart would hire people that speak no English or at least a little English!

Expect long lines with very little check outs open , over 20 checkouts and your lucky if 4 are open, self check out lanes usually backed up more than halfway to the back of the store, doors on pharmacy side close either at 7pm or earlier , the store closes at 11 but you can expect pallets full of unloaded merchandise to be scattered throughout the store during all hours making it near impossible to push shopping carts through aisles and pathways they act like they dont close at 11 , since 24 hour instore shopping has been taken away youd think theyd have close to 8 hours at night to restock with no customers in store, aisles have been reset during store hours and employees will get upset with you for trying to shop down an aisle that they have taken everything from the shelves and thrown it on the floor, if youre a semi driver , they will beat on your door around 10pm and tell you to leave or the police will be called they dont want you getting your government regulated sleep in there parking lot even though they wont be open ( huge thanks to the truckers trying their best to restock your store) seen this happen multiple times, last but not least receipt police at the doors, friendly reminder to all, youre not required to stop and show proof of purchase for items that are legally yoursUpdated 5.23.2022 stores still open and looks like this, why not wait until you close and do all this after 11pm , you have men climbing on top of the refrigerated foods while customers are shopping, who wants to buy food while workings are climbing on it and dropping empty boxes everywhere and dust from constructionEdited 07/01/2022 , No lights on in the oatking lot from 930pm to 1045pm , cant see people walking , cant see carts left in spaces, cant see painted lines to park, people almost getting hit trying to walk in, self checkout only, appears checkout with employees are leaving, self check out lanes roped off, employees get mad when you open the rope to check out, no one understands how they want you to check out no starting point for the checkouts
