Earlier this week, I stopped by the Dollar General to buy my wife balloons for her birthday. It was 7 pm and I entered the store looking for balloons. I found balloons but not a great variety. In any case, I asked an employee, who happened to be “stocking items” while secretly talking on her mobile phone. The employee’s name was Devin. She was not of much help. Nonetheless, she pointed me to where they might have some and also said balloons may be by the register.In addition, while looking through the assortment of balloons, she kept on having a full blown conversation for about 10 minutes. Besides, I made my way to the checkout line to pay and have balloons filled with helium. After some time, the line began snaking between isles and Devin arrived, still on her mobile phone, and began ringing customers out.While I was there, she checked out about seven customers. She helped all those customers while having a casual conversation with her boyfriend/lover—holding the phone between her head and shoulder.If I had to guess she must’ve been talking on that phone for 30+ minutes.Her customer service could be much better. HORRIBLE SERVICE

Staffing issues please be ready to wait 20-30 minutes to check out! The store itself is messy and a conglomerative mess but in fairness most Dollar Generals are designed that way. The store itself is not the cleanest but once again most dollar generals are upkept that way. My biggest issue and it's a constant one with this location is the staffing problems most times there is only 1 lane open for check out and a line stretching across the store just to pay and leave and this is always the case.

It's your basic DG. Staff were polite and helpful. Aisles and shelves were quite messy. A couple of small birds were flying around inside the store. They had what I needed at good prices.

Unreliable Fedex services.Other than that, very friendly staff & love the convenience & variety of items.**check expiration dates on food items**Recently bought an oat milk that had very short time of expiration.

This was my first time in this store. This first person I saw was employee Fernando. He was extremely rude. Employee refused to assist me with locating the spray bottles. After asking for a second time he mocked what I said and laughed. I spoke with the asst. Manager Latrenda who stated she would make the store manager Karen aware of the situation. I will be contacting corporate.

State open back up 50 percent inside 100% outside dollar general never shut down but store refuses to let u use bathroom. But every other store let's u use bathroom these employee to lazy to clean them..but employee can

New store, closer to my home and had what I needed and at a discount!I've put thousands of miles on my Tundra and almost every little town has a Dollar General! I can walk in and know where to find my common items I purchase! Great job DG!

This store is a complete mess,it’s hard to get down aisles. It’s just so unorganized. There’s an older lady that works there that literally does NOTHING! The line will be all around the store and she will continue to do NOTHING. She is not a team player. I only gave it one star so I could comment,I give it no stars and I would not recommend going there if you are in a time crunch

This place is the worse. Fire marshal should really take a look at this place. You can't walk down the isle of this store. Lord help everyone In this store of a fire every breaks out. And forget shopping here if you're in a wheelchair. Half the time you can't find a cashier when you're ready to check out. They are supposedly sticking shelves but there is always boxes of inventory EVERYWHERE! You can't get your shopping cart down over half the isle. This place is sickening!!!

The shopping is fine. They only had one check out clerk so a very long line formed to the back of the store. Many customers dropped their item's and left.

Store was a mess, I went to the register to make my purchase & the cashier had her back to me talking to herself, it kinda went on for a minute or so & thought maybe she doesn't know I'm here but then she turned around & rang me in. I asked where the restroom was, she said it was " Out of order" Really Dollar General? Considering theirs nothing else around I wonder where the employees go?

They wont let you use their restroom just so that they dont have to clean it.. i went in there to get some gifts and stuff for my home but had to end up leaving everything cause my son had to use the restroom and wasnt allowed to.. ended up going to walmart instead... long lines to check out but only one cashier... when i see other workers standing outside talking or smoking.. Management Seriously needs to be reevaluated...

I shop here often due to convenience. I think that it's a good store to shop at when in a rush and you don't want to go to Wal-Mart. It has just about everything you would need to buy.

Its not that clean. shelf are usually empty all the time . 5 nights out of 7 they close 45-50 min before closing time. Always a long line to the cashier.

This store is the worst! 😡 the isles look like a tornado went by.. you're not able to pass by the isles, and outside the store is a trashy. Hire people and managers that know what they're doing! Question where are the supervisors? Help help

Always a long line and workers walking around, not really doing anything trying to look busy, because stock is in your way in the isles not on shelf and act like you are inconvenienceing them by ringing the bell on counter

Its always stocked and has basic essentials like food and toiletries but can sometimes be messy and has no customer restroom also usually only one register open even though its quite a busy store..

Came in for an exchange with receipt and the woman acted as if I'd ruined her day, then proceeded slowly as humanly possible. Excuse me for asking you to do your job. LAZINESS is the epidemic in JAX!

I was at the store and Wimauma they need to hire more staff. Hollered out is anybody working and no one answered I had to go and find an office door to get somebody to come out so I can pay for my purchases! Dollar General as a whole needs to clean up their stores

Evacuating my home due to hurricane irma and stopped to use the restroom. The cashier told us that we had 5 minutes to use the restroom.
