Spent a lot of money here and mostly satisfied but I took a pair of keys I bout for a FORD, because Ford keys have to be programed to the car and they ruined them. Gave me back the charge for the key cutting but I am 100 for the 2 keys. Very not good.

Exceptional customer service from start to finish. I recently purchased a Weber Genesis and Mike was very helpful assisting me in choosing the perfect grill. The delivery was coordinated when convenient for me. Adra the owner, delivered and set up the grill on my lanai. Thank You Williston Ace Hardware.

I'm giving this place five stars because they've got what you need for the most part but now for the lady that works the register she's been there for years and she's still has that attitude just don't bother her don't talk too loud have your cash or card ready and call it a day

Rachel was AMAZING! She greeted us when we first walked in and when she was done helping the customer she was helping she came to find us in the aisle where we were trying to find hooks for a project and troubleshooted with us the best avenue to take. She didn't give up and found a better solution for us and saved us money at the same time. Amazing service and extremely friendly and they have kitties!!! 😻

I received excellent service as always. Josiah did a fabulous job of cutting glass for and found a cardboard box the shape and size I needed to put the glass in for safe transport. It didn't hurt that price was less than what I had been quoted over the phone!

Staff is fantastic. I bought a gallon of white Royal paint, and it was the worst paint I ever bought. After 3 coats it still wouldn't cover. I had to purchase another gallon from different store, diffrent brand. Primer was in the paint. Color before was also white. They should not sell this paint.

Great service and helpful staff!!! Love them! 3 month old Havenese Quora, Service dog in training, helping pick out items for repair projects! Havenese are non shedding smart fun little dogs I plan on raising for Invisible disabilities for people. Incredible noses and willing to please. We will see.
