Walgreens in Williston is far inferior to other Walgreens i have used. They are not customer friendly and do not make an effort to clarify their own mistakes. I had to go back 3 times to get my covid shot because the pharmacist was always on break although I went at different times of the day. They even have difficulty cracking a smile.

We stopped here for a few items while traveling. The store was clean and well stocked. Additionally, the staff was very friendly and helpful.Pricing was fair, and you could find some things at a very discounted price. For example, my daughter purchased 8 bags of Sour Patch Kids candy for her friends at more than 80% off the normal price. That's pretty impressive.While clean, the parking lot is tight. Additionally, the lot arrangement is a bit odd due to the store's location. The City Hall parking lot appears to encroach on what I would expect to be Walgreens property. If you have a large truck, it might be a bit of a challenge.We've shopped at many Walgreens stores over the years, and this one is a solid example of what we expect from a pharmacy.

Walgreens has a great selection of most anything that you're looking for, and the staff is always on point!! They also have great sales and senior days (I'm not a senior citizen, but I thought it was important to mention). Although I wish they would bring back the membership deal, that saved you 20% off of almost everything. I shopped there almost every day instead, now I just go on occasion.

Pharmacy staff doesn’t fill scripts until you come pick it up and then make you wait even longer for it. Never mind that we have sick children needing medicine. Ridiculous

i have had problems with the pharmacy giving me incorrect dates to pick up my medication more than 6-7 times already. it’s the same routine with them. i call to get the date i can refill my prescription, they give me the date. i show up on the day they told me it would be ready and they tell me the date is one day longer than what they told me. it’s the same thing every time! it’s almost laughable that it’s happened so much! i can not understand how it’s so difficult to give someone the correct date.. JUST ONCE. but it’s been such a problem that’s gone on and on that i’ve had it. i’m switching back to the walgreens in blitchton/ocala. never once had ANY problems with them. this walgreens here in williston is the worst unorganized walgreens pharmacy i’ve ever been to. i would give zero stars if i could.

12/28/22, about 10:30 am. I noticed a sign on the door stating no pharmacist was available. I questioned this sign with a store clerk and was told I could not get my medication for my husband because the pharmacist called out sick. The store clerk advised me that I could have the meds transferred to another Walgreen. This is completely unacceptable. There should be more than one pharmacist at a pharmacy, and customers should be able to get their medication. I will be contacting the corporate office.

Walgreens in Williston is getting to be as bad as other stores. A prescription was called in by my doctor on January 9th I was on vacation for a couple of days and stopped in on the 17th and it was not ready. I asked about it and got no answer. This is terrible customer service. Apologies are unacceptable.

I get all my prescriptions here and have for many years. Never had any problem or complaints. Has wide selection of items to buy from cosmetics to food.

If it was possible I would give them 0 stars. I arrived to pick up my wife's essential medicine and found them closed for labor day. They are the only Walgreens in about 30 miles and the prescriptions are there. Always slow, and now now not available at all. I wish the VA would give the contract back to CVS. Never had a problem with them.

I was driving through and had to stop at this Walgreens on Sunday and Andrea was absolutely amazing! She seen I was struggling finding something and came and approached me. So helpful and polite. She made the whole experience a breeze!!

This Walgreens was the best I've been to not saying anything derogative of other Walgreens cause there all basically nice but this Walgreens went and helped me save a lot of money for my script(I mean over $100 dollars of savings) the Employees were exceptionally nice polite courteous kind and very friendly & helpful.Thank you Walgreens of Williston FL.for all that you do for your customers

I had an allergy reaction after waxing right before my wedding! I was panicked because of that even tho the pharmacist told me to see my doctor's she remained me about benadryl and other stuff... i can said THANK YOU SO SO MUCH... my face was clear for the wedding very friendly, helpful overall magnific! And everthing was very quick.

While the store itself is generally clean and the staff friendly the bathrooms are anything but. If you have the misfortune of needing to use them, I’d highly suggest you find somewhere else. During my visit I found the bathrooms to be disgustingly dirty, stained, unattended to and unacceptable. The pictures speak for themselves.

I have found the Walgreens in Williston Florida to be the absolute worst pharmacy in a 50 mile radius. The Pharmacy Mgr Lisa lacks customer service and often violates HIPPA by speaking aloud to the customer so that other customers in line behind them can clearly determine the customers illness. In addition, I find it odd that nearby pharmacies are able to determine if they are able to order medications prior to having a prescription sent over however Walgreens seems to be unable to perform this service? Why? Complete poor representation of Walgreens Corp

They don't seem to participate in the statewide discount for general medications for $4 like WinnDixie,Walmart and Publix. Had an RX moved here when we moved to town. Was shocked to be charged $28 for an RX I have paid $4 for for 4 years

Worst wait time I've ever experienced every time I've ever gone there! I'm transferring my mother's meds because it's NEVER less then an hour wait. Called ahead was told 15 minutes, drove 20 mins to be told once again 1 1/2 hour wait. I told women at counter when I called they said 15 minutes her response "not at this store, you have about 50 people ahead of you". Rude rude!

Not only is this pharmacy very slow, but they switched my prescription to the “generic version” without telling me. Not okay! When my husband called in about the incident, the lady couldn’t get her story straight about why they changed my prescription! Not happy and won’t be using this pharmacy anymore.

From candy to photo to grocery from pharmacy to cosmetics. Toys to clothes. I will say when Lisa the pharmacist is there things run smoother and prescriptions flow alot quicker when in waiting situation. She gives a great shot. Flu ,shingles, and pneumonia available.

Always a Loooong wait at the drive thru. Waited 21 minutes with 3 cars in front of me. Went the night before and there were 6 cars in line so I left. Never have I been there and not had to wait unless I was first. Rediculous, poor management my opinion.
