Its hard to find good service and there always a line. The people who work there are rude. Everytime i go in and they need manager she is always out back smoking out back of the store and them gets an addatude because she jas to stop to come help or she is always on her cell phone. Also this is a new post about the dollar store in Williston I couldn't figure out how to add another one so I parked in a parking spot and when I came out a guy parked right in front of the door it seemed like he knew the lady who was running the cash register up there today but apparently if u know someone who works there u can park anyway u want and make it impossible for others to get out of there parking space. This place is not getting any better not sure why it is not closed down yet

It was a pretty good experience. I am very disappointed that Family dollar in Archer and Williston Florida no longer sell Swan Aftershave.Tall Green bottle.

Cashier's are always friendly and considerate. I left my deodorant in a bag on the counter after purchasing it a couple years ago and the manager allowed me to get another when I returned. Superior customer service, honestly the best! I try to avoid Williston for the most part, but Family Dollar is one of the few shops that don't treat me like I'm less than them. Greatly appreciate my local Family Dollar. Definitely recommended, always great deals and clean aisles! Easy to access parking and helpful staff.

Unprofessionalism at its finest. I called 7 times and was hung up on each time. Instead of saying please hold they pick the phone up and put it right back down. My reasoning of even calling is how my sister and mother was treated about 15 mins ago for doing a cash back transaction. The cashier told my sister “it’s way too early for all of that.” No. That is not how you handle that situation or any situation this early in the morning.. She could of simply said that they aren’t doing any cash back transactions at this time and I’m sorry for the inconvenience. Instead they were met with attitudes and poor customer.

The store was neat and very well maintained. But the manager retired and the store is now as bad as the Dollar General in Williston, FL. The isles are cluttered and there is merchandise that needs to be put away. They have a sale sign posted by one get one half off winter wear but will not honor the sign.

Good selection, friendly staff. Dollar Tree section is not like the store and does not have the groceries or hygiene but Family side does

The assistant manager Laura is realy helpful and nice to talk to. Day time employees need to clean more. I suggest going after they leave. Night time the store is cleaner..

I have never felt so pushed and unwelcome at a family dollar intill we brought are 4 and 2 year old kids in to this store and the manager was yelling across the store at us because my kid put something back in the wrong spot and then we were followed around and every time my child touch something she would yell at my kid and say are you going to buy it and if not dont touch!!!! She was so rude and im sorry but it is her job to pick up stuff that might be in the wrong spot.

Often times I've found the Famil! Dollar Stores to be in complete disarray. I was pleased to come across one store that was organized and straight! Two employees, one on the cash register, would sweep every chances she could while watching cor customers to come in. The other employee was stocking and straightening the merchandise. He was also watching in case there would be any problems and sweeping the floor.

They sell different items that you can't find at dollar general. But when it comes to the same items dollar general has its cheaper to go to dollar general.
