I'm usually not the one to complain but this pharmacy is by far the WORST pharmacy I've been too. Had my children's prescriptions sent to this location and they don't accept our insurance. Was told we had to go to Walgreens to get it transferred. Went to Walgreens and they called CVS and they did not answer. I called CVS pharmacy and sat on hold for 30 minutes till I arrived at the store and explained the situation. Then was told by the women behind the desk and I assume the manager... basically Walgreens and I were lying because "there's been no phone calls that we've recieved." Mind you there was 4 other people complaining of the same thing. Ridiculous. 0/10 Recommend.

Cliché, but one star is one too many. Not sure how a pharmacy can screw up every single prescription request EVERY TIME for years. Every. Single. Time. If anyone else took our insurance locally I'd switch in a heartbeat. They're awful.

If zero stars was an option then that's what I would pick. I have worked in pharmacy for 7 years and I have never come across a worse staff. These people care nothing for their patients and blatantly refuse to do their job. It is absolutely mind blowing that these folks are employed. Getting your medication filled here is nearly impossible. You have to fight with them to get them to do every step of their job. This is my third experience with them and it is exactly the same. This isn't just "a bad day for them" this is every day routine.

Medication was called in by medical provider on a Thursday. Pharmacy did not call back to relay that it was filled. When called back Thursday before COB, this pharmacy said the medication wasn't in stock. Doctors office was closed Friday so we couldn't verify. Come Monday (4 days after initially calling in) we contacted the doctor who prescribed the medication. The doctor did in fact call in the medication after verifying this CVS pharmacy had it. The pharmacy blatantly lied to us about not having it in stock. THEN the pharmacy said that medication would be in ready for pickup in 1 hour. Went there to pick up, and they told us it wasn't ready yet, and would be another 4 hours.... After the 4 days that it could have been filled. They again lied and said that the medication "may have just come in." I am certain corporate has been contacted several times, but isn't doing anything to fix this horrible pharmacy.

There's absolutely NO communication between the staff or from the staff to the patient. I call my medication in a couple days early every month, in an attempt to help them have enough time to take care of things on their end....Without fail, every month, I have wasted my gas multiple times, have been without meds for days, and end up anxiously crying because most (not all) of the staff lacks empathy, urgency and flat out refuses to take ownership of the issues that consistently originate from THEIR end.

Watching pharmacy techs/clerks roam and refuses to answer phone, accidentally hangs up on you but never calls you back. Yells out to you from the back of the pharmacy "what's the name of your medicine ", like you want every one knowing your business and God forbid if there's an addict waiting to rob a customer...pharmacist is rude, always rude no matter who is on duty, they are all rude. They refuse to give a phone call to your land line phone, states the system can only send a text. CVS has company though with Walgreens.

I have several prescriptions that are refilled on a monthly basis. I do call to make sure they are ready for pickup before making the 18 mile trip one way, and do wait to speak to a live person. When asked what prescriptions I am calling about I speak plainly while the live person verifies my request. Today, in less than one hour, my prescriptions went from being ready to: come back tomorrow. In 12 months this has happened to me 9 times! I have called and voiced my concern, I have gone in and spoken to a manager. Nothing has changed. I am fortunate that my medications are not life threatening. If yours are or you can choose where you have them filled, I would never recommend CVS Williston. Because of insurance coverage I have to go to a CVS and this location is the closest. If I could give them a zero, I would.

I’ve been going to the CVS for the last 2 1/2 years. When Christopher was hired for CVS, he made a lot of good changes and improve the pharmacy by 100%.Since Christopher was relocated, the pharmacy has went backwards with customer service 500%.Yesterday I had surgery and the surgeon called in pain meds that I should’ve been able to pick up at 10 o’clock on Friday. After surgery at 6 AM I stop by CVS to pick up pain meds at 10 o’clock. The pharmacist had not checked her online scripts that had came in. I was told it would be ready by noon. My daughter went to CVS at 5:30 this afternoon and the script was still not ready. Period she waited for an hour and 15 minutes to get a script that was called in at 8 o’clock Friday morning. CVS pharmacy is at its lowest ever since I have been going there.

Worst pharmacy ever! I remember years ago when a script was called in they were on it! Well not anymore. Several times I have called to see if a script was ready and told it will be 2 hours. When I go in to pick up the medicine it isn’t even in stock. From filling scripts, to ordering stock, to phone help, this pharmacy needs a complete overhaul!

First off I've never had to write a bad review but this pharmacist by the name of Christopher needs to have his license pulled or atleast reprimanded... he was terribly unprofessional no filter very rude told me not to speak when he's speaking! In a very loud dominating voice.. also put my prescription I was asking about under review? Now I can't even get my script until he lifts that talk about abusing you're power there in the pharmacy!! I'll never go back to CVS ever again!!Lost a customer

Wow, how impressed I was to meet help at CVS that was very polite and informed of the product layout in the store. Melissa showed me exactly where the Ichthammol was on the shelf and gave me her personal experience using it as well. I ended up buying both the CVS brand and the Hyland brand. I will try them both on my wife’s feet tonight. Walking in the Florida woods barefoot helped her get about 30 wood slivers. I hope these salves work. Melissa also offered to help me sign up for the annual plan that would help me visit CVS as needed. She informed me of all the pluses and I paid the one year membership in full. Thank you CVS for allowing a person as helpful and courteous as Melissa to work at this store! I will be back.

Have been using this pharmacy since moving to Williston and it’s been nothing but problems! Glad to say I have finally learned my lesson and Walgreens will now be my pharmacy! Trust me don’t use this pharmacy!!

Don't get your prescriptions filled here.Apparently they are under staffed and behind in their orders. So a scrip I should have been able to pick up same day is now taking 4 days.Your better off sending it to Ocala, Dunnellon, or Gainesville based on where you live.

These folks have no interest in serving customers. They are the worst! Waited 5 minutes at empty drive through. Beeped, tried to call. Nothing. Went in 3 employees no customers. Still no one would help me. Told my blind son I won't go there for his prescriptions anymore because they are such a terrible pharmacy. Shouldn't be allowed to operate when you treat customers so badly!

I have lived most of my life in Williston. Worked in one of the doctors for many years and delt with CVS a lot. Never had any problems until the last year or so.. You get the run around with the recorded options, then I finally get through only to be put on hold twice for 10-15 minutes before hanging up. This is happening more and more.. I'm seriously thinking of moving my Rx's to a CVS in Gainesville.

Every month it’s the same thing I have to call to have them fill my prescriptions or it doesn’t get filled. When I call I have had to wait 55 minutes for them to answer the phone. Then they say it will be 2 hours before it’s filled. When I get there it’s never filled and then I have to wait. I don’t understand why this store isn’t staffed to handle the work load.

I am re-editing my review because this place deserves zero stars overall their workers are disrespectful and do not know how to talk to customers . Sat in the drive-through for 45 minutes then walked inside to be serviced for her to take someone else in front of me that she said that she would fill her prescription and get her out of there took one other person after her and then stopped me to take her there was only one other person after me I had been there she disrespectfully said well I’ve had a patient who’s been in here for an hour I have been at that CVS for an hour she didn’t see me because she was not working drive-through this is disgusting to be treated this way especially when pregnant and when I walked away I heard the snarky comment . Do not get a job dealing with people if you cannot speak respectfully to every single person in your line . I can never get someone on the phone at this place. And when I do I’m not able to get a Word out edgewise when they try to say we are helping other people please wait and they proceed to place me on hold when I really can’t wait. The ONLY way I speak to someone from this particular pharmacy is if I go in person.

Worst customer service ever. $70 thermometer that doesn’t work and no refund. I brought it back within 24 hours. The store manager made the situation worse, telling me if it scans she would give ma a store credit. What do you mean if it’s scans? Like did they think I stole it. Most other stores can refund so long as you have the method of payment which I did. Thank you for reminding me why I stopped shopping at CVS. I only stopped here because Walgreens was closed

I recognize the special issues raised by the pandemic, and I am not complaining that the store is out of in-home Covid test kits. But if someone has the time to design and print a sign saying the store is in fact out of the test, that person surely has the time to UPDATE THE INVENTORY LISTING ON THE STORE'S WEBSITE THAT SAYS IT HAS SEVERAL DIFFERENT BRANDS OF TEST KITS IN STOCK. The CVS on Archer and Tower updated their information overnight, on New Year's morning -- why couldn't this store do the same? Especially since it should have been automatic?

Apparently the pharmacy doesn't know how to pick up a phone. Everytime I call I have to wait AT LEAST 15 minutes for someone to answer. The one time I told them I needed to transfer a prescription from Walgreens I was told it would be at least an hour and a half because Walgreens doesn't like to answer their phones. Are you serious? I've never had a problem with Walgreens answering.

This is the worst most incompetent pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. They tell you two hours for one prescription then you come back they tell you two more hours. Then the prescription is wrong when you finally do get it so you have to wait longer. The only reason they get one star is because you can't give no stars. They are the only CVS in town so they have their clientele held hostage to their incompetence unless you want to drive an hour to get your prescriptions.

Worst pharmacy on the planet. When a surgeon calls in an antibiotic for a patient leaving the hospital, don't make them wait in store 6 hours later to even start filling it because they don't have insurance. And maybe try honoring your register printed coupons.

They held my prescription for the flu for 2 hrs and never notified me that they were not going to fill because blue cross uses Walgreens. So I drag myself out of bed to go get prescription unknowing that it was not fill then told me that Walgreens had to request it to have transferred. 3 attempts to transfer by Walgreens and another 4hrs later still nothing. Finally had doctors office resend it. Then to top it off called to express concern to management and stayed on hold for 8 mins without ever speaking to a person. Good thing they don’t have an important job like getting medicine to the sick.

Sad that I must leave this place as a customer. Customer service need to improve.They stole almost 500 dollars from me. When. I tried to get it fixed they refused then said did you used to work her. What has that got to do with anything Michelle. I left on great terms with the company. Mind your business Michelle. The store is called CVS not Michelle Michelle store. She is so rude and is chasing the costumers away. This place is better off being a vacant building. They need to shut down this CVS it is shameful and not a good representation of the company. Or fire Michelle..There is only one boss. The customer. And he can fire everybody in the company from the chairman on down, simply by spending his money somewhere else.

We are normally happy with this Williston branch of CVS Pharmacy. We have been doing business with them for years with our Cigna Insurance coverage. Today, we were shocked when my son returned from picking up my husband's prescription and he had to pay a co-pay of $21+. Our Insurance covers 100% of our medicines and this particular medication had been filled by CVS for more than a year, WITHOUT co-pays! Same Insurance. My husband called the pharmacy and the staff attending to this matter took several tries to check and WE WERE CORRECT. It is covered 100% by the Insurance, so no co-pays. My husband had to drive all that way to Williston. We live in a different neighboring town. Talking about a waste of gas, mileage and time! We are very upset. This has never happened before...what's up with that? In future, we hope the staff who serve the customers at the Pharmacy "pick up" counter will be more careful and double check these coverages.

The worst pharmacy EVER! They never call when they don't have my medicine that I get every month or of there's ever an issue. You have to wait For all the people taking covid test to grt pick up your freaking medicine! Just horrible every time I go and I will NEVER use this pharmaCu again
