Wanted to share our fabulous experience with Wildwood Ace Hardware. Have been to the store several times and have always found it very welcoming and helpful. Decided to order a Weber grill from them. They assembled it, called us to tell us when it would be delivered, called us to confirm the time for delivery and delivered it on time. The delivery driver (Jason?) took the time to walk us through the features of the grill, gave us some helpful tips for using it and keeping it clean, and hooked up the propane tank to test it before leaving. Amazing service that went above and beyond the call of duty. Thanks for such a great experience! Highly recommend them!

Friendly, helpful, easy to navigate. This is an Ace Hardware store so it is a little small. They ALWAYS have potassium chloride for my water purifier/softener, so that's what draws me to this store. It's a good quick run-in store for stuff you need for small projects and repair work instead of going to the big box stores.

I travel around the country and always stop at Ace Hardware when I'm in need. I have great experiences all around. This location is the exception. Staff are rude and seem to act as I am interfering with their day when asked if they have an item. I would not suggest this location, nor will I return.

SQUEAKING DOOR HINGI've had an extremely bad issue with my back door squeaking, more like a baby howling. I've oiled the pins, tried to re-reline the door and watched YouTube videos.A simple fix. It was suggested to first find the pin that was causing the problem and replace it with a 1/4" x 4" coder pin. I found the pin that was causing the issue and replaced it.The door works great and it's quiet!

Walk in the door and you are promptly greeted then personally directed to the location of what it is you are looking for. Quick and easy check out. Very polite! And a rewards system connected to all ACE Hardware stores!

Shopped here for my last time due to a manger named Paul. I went in today to exchange a outdoor cleaner, that they had recommended, for a product I know. When he asked why I was returning it I told him it turned my driveway red and I had spent the last 2 hours pressure washing to get the red off. He then asked what was on my driveway and I said dirt which he responded with "No" as if I were lying. I even offered my address if he wanted to look himself. At the point he reluctantly agreed to an exchange. The only reason I didn't give it one star was due to the politeness and helpfulness of the rest of the staff. Can't hold others accountable for the rudeness of one person

Ace hardware in Wildwood is an excellent place to shop. They have lots of things that you can’t find at the big box stores, the prices are comparable, and you get a lot of service. I’ve been there several times, this past week to figure out how to take care of the mold on my plastic siding. Dave recommended 30 Second Mold Remover. It worked like a charm. Spray it on, rinse it off. All the mold is gone. I trust Ace Hardware and I really value the great service they provide. It is a great store.

I had been needing to get the man of the house, another key...never have time to stop & when I do, I'm always broke!!😁I found myself driving on the neighborhood street one block behind the plaza, and thought to myself:" "😄😁😄🗝️☺️Hey, stop & get that 🗝️ keymade!"so I did, They were fast,I got a special smiley face key, which he used to collect those...and it was reasonable too !! I was on my way home &😄🗝️😁,the was a big 🎯 bullseye with my fella!!We're all Happy 😁👍 Now!!whatever you need, they can probably help you out, if not..they might tell you who can...Have a pleasant day ya'll..☺️😄🗝️🎯😁👋I just wanted to add to my review that this Wildwood store is GREAT!!! What a great business model! Every time I walk into the store they greet me and ask me if they can help me find anything. As a result, I'm never wondering around like I am in Lowe's looking for someone to help me find an item. If you want to get in and out quickly with the exactly right item, go to the Wildwood Ace hardware. If you want to get in lots of steps and look at lots of stuff you don't need, go to Lowe's.

Usually have great service here. But when I went back about some paint that wasn’t mixed properly, the manager was condescending and indifferent. He had a range of excuses..it’s a sample paint size so it’s not supposed to be perfect etc. my favorite was when he suggested it was my roller. I told him I bought the rollers there and showed him the bill. He said you still have to check to be sure it doesn’t have any oil on the surface in the package. What? I repeated that I bought them there. His response that they could be from who knows where and may not be good quality. Very poor attitude.
