We have a new 12 week old Maltese that desperately needed to be bathed, and her face was in need of a trim as it was in her eyes; she is only 3lbs, so it was scary to leave her! Dez took such wonderful care to give her exactly what she needed, and she came home looking like a beautiful new puppy! Dez indicated that she was actually sweet during the process; which has to mean that he knew exactly how to handle and care for her, as we had never used that adjective to describe her! I actually think that she came home calmer and more comfortable with being handled! Dez was awesome, and he will definitely become our life-time groomer! Thank you, Dez!!!

Had my golden retriever groomed today. It was our first time here as I’m a new customer at the SCAH and discovered they also offered grooming services. Dez did a very good job and was attentive to my concerns. I will continue to use their grooming services. Location is very convenient which is a bonus.

We needed a trim for our dog. It was getting too hot in this great Florida summer. Few phone calls found this groomer open and ready to take customers.Worked Luna in on same day, did a great cut on our pup! Dez did a fantastic job. Quotes a 4 hour window, but nailed in 3. Exceeded my expectations.

First time taking my dog to the groomer, called for an appointment, Metish, answered the phone quickly and was able to make my first experience a breeze! I was able to speak to the groomer Dez before booking and he answered all my questions! I was offered a same day appointment I wish I could have taken but was able to get in the next day which worked better for me! Dez was extremely patient and took his time with my nervous pup. I will be back and highly recommend.
