If I could give them ZERO stars I would. The worst store ever. Waited for over twenty minutes to get some cheese even though I was the one and only customer there. Everyone was too busy doing what, I do not know....except one woman was cleaning a slicer. Once we got taken care of, the cheese was thrown in a random pile and put in a bag for all the edges to break off. Disgusting. Then we did other shopping but there was no popcorn. I asked if I could get a rain check at the customer service desk. After waiting another fifteen minutes someone came up with a box. I was told, see, we do have it. OMG. There was none on the shelves. This lady in customer service called me a liar. Then I had to go back online to pay for it. Last straw. Will not be back.

This store has a lot of issues, all of them bad. The deli sucks. Last week a cashier got mad because I wouldn't bag my food. George Jenkins would not be happy.

This Publix has the worst employees you will ever encounter. Rude, no tact, confrontational for no reason, bad attitudes with ugly faces to match. Terrible customer service from terrible people. Shop here if you enjoy being miserable with miserable people.

This is the worst publix in the villages. Understaffed, shelves not stocked. It is a waste of time going here when there are better staffed and stocked stores within a couple miles.

Very poor service in the deli area u will wait a hour in line for a sub and if put a order online it’s not ready when u get there 10 min after pick up time just needs a better deli crew maybe more younger and quicker

This Publix is excellent. The shelves are stocked, and the employees are helpful and pleasant. For some reason, this store never seems as busy as most even at lunchtime. When I'm in the area, I love to stop in for my shopping. Keep it up!

Publix is a bit higher on prices, but the staff is so wonderful and friendly. The store is clean and well organized. So, if it means I pay a little more, it is worth it. There are too many businesses you visit these days that have little to no motivation to help and be kind, much less great you with a smile.

It was dirty. There was trash all over the ground. I had been to this park several years back. It was a nice, clean, pleasant place. Definitely has gone downhill.

Bakery did not have advertised bread. I had to go to Grand Traverse Publix. They had plenty. They ran out of advertised BBQ ribs. Again, I had to go to Grand Traverse. They had more than enough, with lots of choices.

This store is very appealing and everything looks wonderful. It stocks my favorite local wine called cha cha chocolate, which is amazing by the way. The clerks were very patient with me as I just recently downloaded the Publix application and wasn't sure how to use it and they helped me. Great job to all!

The B1G1 deals are amazing! Came here to grab a few items quickly, while on vacation, and the place was clean, organized, & employees were nice.The only bad thing is that I am from out of state, visiting, and I stopped to also get cold medication, well the bag with my medicine was left behind at checkout (all parties were talking) so my dad went the next morning (because the store closed already). He went and spoke to the service desk, they had ALREADY PUT MY ITEMS BACK ON THE SHELF... Why were they not saved from the night before? When I had already paid for them, just the night before, AND they were just tylonel like pills, nothing refrigerated! So my dad had to go around to find what I had bought, according to my receipt, and it turned out to be one CORRECT item and one NOT CORRECT item that he picked out, (he's elderly and I didn't realize he'd have to go around finding these items again) and they let him take them because the price was similar (not because the barcodes matched). One was famitidine (for acid reflux), and One was Tylonel Cold & Flu.
