This establishment is OPEN as of 1/5/2024.. the internet has it as "temporarily closed"... and it should be closed and remodeled.. This is one of the most disappointing, disgusting truck stops I've seen in a while...Considering it's prime location of the FL turnpike, you would think they would take pride in the upkeep.And if the staff focused on cleaning instead of standing around and talking it would probably be clean.Y'all need to do better

This is the cleanest Pilot restroom I've used so far. The ladies room smelled fresh walking in & there was a pleasant scent in the stalls. I'm very big on clean restrooms & this was one of the best I've been in.

The bathrooms are not automated yet, but hey, this is hands down the best Pilot Travel Center I've been to in the country! Customer service here is superb in all departments. Plus there is a Steak-in-Shake attached to it and the food is always fresh and delicious 🤤

Was in the area to drop trailer and take a quick shower, we are a family of 3, very small bathroom unit. No room to do anything. This location definitely needs some remodeling...it does have a truckers lounge and steak n shake restaurant.. Gas seemed to be fairly high compared to others in the area...

This location has an awesome staff but the restroom has a lot to be desired. I don’t like washing my hands in a sink that doesn’t look clean itself. The toilets are just as bad.

This is an older store, but very clean and the staff i interacted with was very nice (evening shift). Bonus had a steak ‘n Shake attach to it. It’s self serve order which is fine, the food was good. Service was quick.

As a long-term over the road truck driver I've learned that most of these kinds of fuel stops are only interested in getting your money and rushing you off the premises. It seems as though every location they have that at one time may have had a decent sit down restaurant on the site they have shut it down and replaced it with a fast food joint. Not everyone desires to eat unhealthy.

Brand new showers. Just opened up today. Good water pressure and temperature stays where you set it. Staff is courteous and helpful.

I appreciate them for having many different areas with them in so many locations geared for truck drivers and all types of vehicles, they are filled with all kinds of stuff, some things you might only see there at that location.

Manager Janet is a terrible employee she is such a mean and nasty old lady. I truly feel bad for the other employees because some of them are really good at their jobs. There are always job openings at this pilot maybe it's because she rolls her eyes up at the employees and customers while saying a nasty remark to them. This pilot must not expect too much out of their employees because Manager Janet is not a good person.

Biggest complaint is that the gas pumps don’t stay on and you have to sit there and hold it the whole time. You can tell they have been intentionally modified to be this way.

The only issue I've got isn't actually directed negatively towards management or anyone on staff. My complaint is directed towards my fellow " professional" drivers when you're parked in a RESERVE parking spot but have not paid for that parking spot when asked to move to allow the paying customer to park be "professional " and move now sometimes management is at fault because ultimately their parking policy isn't enforced

At the Pilot we experienced excellent customer service. At The adjoining Steak & Shake is a different story! The server was extremely rude & actually started arguing with us over The 50 dollar bill she was given to pay our order. Thankfully a customer waiting on his order saw that it was a 50 and not a 20. That was the start of her yelling across the store at us

Typical busy gas station/ convenience store... inadequate staffing... overpriced...If my car didn't require gas, I would have no desire to stop here.

I've been coming here for about 4 years now and the last 6 months or so this store has been absolutely disappointing and disgusting it we so bad not clean so dirty the fountain drink area and the coffee area is just so gross never clean at all the whole store is just nasty as can be!! I will no longer come too this one until something is done the employee don't do nothing they don't clean they don't do anything but check people out and it's crazy.. something seriously needs to be done!!! The food area is soo nasty don't even wanna eat the food it's that bad!! Hopefully their will be some changes soon!!

Lots of traffic, bathroom was okay. Connected to a Steak n Shake. Local citrus stand located in parking lot. Across the street from a Sunoco with a larger souvenir store. Gas prices were reasonable.

Stopped there & had a pleasant time. Showers were cleaned. Drivers lounge was very nice. Love that they had a Steak n Shake restaurant attached to it! Food was great! Service was good as well...

Some of the employees are lazy and I come there every morning the freezers still aren't stocked and you can see the product sitting there but no one puts it out

Problems in this Pilot... the economic situation we are experiencing is tough. But I make sure I always have money in the business account. Always the same person, with a bad treatment. Telling… there is no money in the account. It's good that my partner has everything evidenced, with screenshots, date and time. It hurt me the morning of work. Upset.

I'm a truck driver, and I have to say that Pilot Travel Centers are one of the best. They are very clean, the staff are friendly and professional. If you have a problem, they will take care of it for you.The price on gas and fuel are usually amongst the best. They havr pretty much everything you will need. The only thing that I have a complaint about is that they only have fast food restaurants to eat at.

The driver of our company just called me… about a situation with the diesel transactions. Allegedly, the cashier told him that the accounts had no money; When I check the accounts, it confirmed what I already knew, that they did have money, but I am surprised by something that I am going to report to the bank, and that is that the debit was being processed in the two different accounts. I took a screenshot as evidence. This happened 7/15/2023 time 4:45 am. I advise that I will investigate with my bank about these two transactions. This is disrespectful.

Fantastic truck stop that actually enforces what you would think would be common sense rules such as paid parking and moving out of the way for trucks behind you.
