Early evening I went shopping.  No cashiers except for the head cashier working the customer return booth.  She told me she couldn’t ring up my item, only self-service was open.  So I did not buy anything.  I would guess that with Home Depot opening soon, Lowe’s would do more for their customers, I guess wrong. Being a 100% disabled veteran, I shopped all the time at Lowe’s.  The self-service had a gentleman working - but he was helping two customers… a sad day for Lowe’s. By the way, the “Head Cashier”, told me that Home Depot was not going to have cashiers either.  Does she know something about the Home Depot business?

This Lowe's has an excellent selection, and I always leave here with more than I came looking for (which I see as a good thing!). The employees are also very kind and helpful with my requests whenever I need their assistance. Regardless of what project I'm working on, this will always be my go to place

We want to thank Lowe's for having such great employees such as Shane, John, Kurt, and Cindy. My wife Judy is 82 years old and she needed extra special help with plants, fertilizer and garden things. John and Kurt patiently and actively listened to her, and then found her the fertilizer, seeds, and the pots she was asking about. Then later, Shane took time to understand what plant she was asking about, and then took her outside, found the variegated Bougainvillea (I can't spell lol), and then he held it for her, explained how to care for it, and then carried it inside for her, and then helped hand her off to the cashier Cindy. Cindy was so nice to Judy as she rang up the merchandise. Cindy made sure Judy didn't lift anything during check out, and she had Judy laughing and talking the whole time. Cindy then encouraged Judy and I to use the cart to bring the merchandise to the car, instead of carrying it, of which we were happy to take advantage. Judy had such a great time. We will be coming back again, even if it is just to see her new friends, Shane, John, Kurt and Cindy. Great Job :) and thank you again, Joe and Judy

Large and has exactly what I was looking for. Plus the associates don't keep pestering you like they do at smaller hardware stores always asking "you need help, want some help, can I help you, may I help you?" If I needed help I'd ask. This place is cool and collective, and I can dig that.

Love going to Lowes, get most of my home materials and landscaping supplies there. But today found 'in store' checkout was now self checkout. Don't like this practice at Target and now Lowes. Takes alot more time doing it myself while the line grows longer. I know this is the wave of the future as it gets harder to get staff.

Buyers beware. Tried to return a holiday mat I purchased December 26. Was told no holiday returns after the holiday even though I bought it after the holidays. No signs, no nothing. Woman said manager not available to talk to us. Not the $ just that we have been shopping at Lowe's for over 40 years. Never heard of such a thing. Can't wait for Home Depot to open.Nasty, nasty response.

My husband and I have been remodeling a house we just bought and every experience we have had with this store has been top notch. Special kudos to Sarah in flooring for always being so friendly and helpful anytime I come in. She helped us with all of our flooring needs, and while we haven’t got it installed yet, I know she and this store are going to take care of us. We’ll be lifetime Lowe’s customers.

I returned an item and got a in-store credit. I want to purchase a grill but they only offer it online. So now I cannot use the in-store credit even though I physically go to the store to have them order it for the store and I can come to get and pay for it. This is madness.

Hello Lowes Wildwood. My husband and I were in your store a week ago and had THE BEST associate's help! Ron V is incredible! Not only did he help us figure out a solution to a problem we had, but he was cordial, friendly, and all around a terrific person. So I went lowes today (4-20-24) I was getting a toilet, (wich is a very heavy item)had to go up and down Isles looking for help to take off shelf and on a cart,2 different employees had same reply that's not my area you need someone in plumbing, so finally found the right one he didn't act like he was happy about it but he put it on the cart and said have a good day, went to the front to pay (self check out) the lady standing said, have a good day, nobody asked if I needed help loading it in my vehicle, I'm a 53 year old women by myself I wasn't rude or disrespectful to any one, but I had to struggle with this heavy toilet to load it in my car, and in the last 2 weeks we have spent good money there, we are in the middle of remodeling a home, but this was totally uncalled for.

Went to Lowes for plant fertilizer and they had the two items I wanted. Looked at plants and the have a good basic selection of plants and a few I didn't expect to see. Overall a good assortment of plants.

Do not buy appliances from the Wildwood Fl Lowes. Their sales associates have no idea what they are doing. Management blows you off or doesn't respond. We ordered a stove/range (two in stock) in November 2023 and was promised delivery in December. We recieved a call that the delivery was delayed approx one week. We recieved another call from the delivery contractor that the stove would be delivered in January 2024. Since that point, we recieved calls from the contractor that the delivery was pushed back to February, then March. The Wildwood Fl Lowes Management blew us off blaming the manufacturer and delevery contractor. Now the contactor contacted us and stated the stove is in north FL and could be delivered early. We asked that the stove be delivered on Thursday 2/15/24. Needless to say the delivery contractor did not follow through with the scheduling and stated that the delivery date would be in March. I contacted the Wildwood Lowes and was blown off again. I would give the Wildwood Fl staff, management and their contracting company "0" stars if possible.

Associates at this store are very helpful and willing to answer questions. Tamara and Mark in the appliance department are knowledgeable. Today Eddie was getting ready to go on break but helped us by going into the back and bring out a ladder that was on sale. Thanks Eddie!

So I use to love this place until I was told I would get a call back on a discrepancy on an extended warranty. I never received a call back and was charged interest on something I would have just paid for in full. I was overcharged about 400$ when it was done. Watch out for the lies! Nevertheless I closed my credit account!!!!!!!!!! Never will they get my money again.

I was in Lowe's last week. I was using the self scan register and had several issues. Lowe's employee, Zachary, was very helpful to us and other customers. He helped us as we doubled scanned and was helping others that bought screws, nuts and washers find their items to scan. He was very helpful to all of us even though many needed assistance. What a great job. Thanks to Zachary for all his help.

Although Lowe's typically has everything I need, the customer service has really declined in the past year or so. Anytime I need help it seems like it's a bad time to ask because of the attitudes given by the employees.
