CVS is a wonderful pharmacy, they have everything you would ever need or want. They are friendly and helpful. There are always a lot of coupons and sales and great prices. This is one of my favorite places to shop.

In the retail section, Eric, the manager, always goes above and beyond to help customers. He is knowledgeable, hard working and pleasant. He nevers makes you feel like you are bothering him when you take him away from what he is doing. I needed assistance with a particular hair item and Kendall, the cashier went to get Eric to help out.He suggested what to do and the problem was solved in 2 minutes. Kendall was also very courteous and helpful. (I do not use their pharmacy so I cannot rate it).

I was appalled at the recent rude treatment by a pharmacy worker. When I was picking up a prescription, I explained that I had a Good RX coupon to apply that I had previously authorized. The worker looked at me and imitated a baby crying: “wah-wah”. Are you kidding? I guess it’s okay to mock a customer who is trying to afford life saving medication. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I've been to many CVS stores; this is hands down the rudest one I walked into. I went into get my grandfather's scripts that were 2 weeks late by the way, bitter old woman gives me bad look for no reason. I also know everything is online, I'm not a luddite, but figured I would strike conversation and ask if they were hiring, only for the clerk to just dismiss me and walk away. I can see why there's many 1 star reviews here now.

This pharmacy has serious problems. There is always something wrong with one of the prescription which requires a back and forth to the doctor. They make a lot of clerical mistakes, need more training in the computer. Is just this location as I have been throughout the country to other CVS and they don't have these problems. Can wait till the new CVS opens in the Villages.

Ok, very busy pharmacy. I don't really care for the fact that all locations now make you talk via a speaker that anyone in the store can hear your private medical business. Otherwise, the pharmacy techs and other employees are very nice and professional. I may move to the other local pharmacydown the street because of the speaker issue at the drive-through.

Horrendous customer service. Uneducated pharmacist too... Refused to fill my perfectly legal prescription becauseshe claimed it was illegal due to the fact it was from my country. Ummm WRONG. Perhaps read up on the laws in FL!!! Went to Walgreens, where people are friendly & at least have more than their G.E.D

The staff are rude, unhelpful the pharmacy is the worst they could not fill my son prescription even though he had three refills left. Had to drive ten miles to the CVS on 466 in the villages.

Terrible pharmacy bags and bags of prescriptions on counter behind desk. Was told my prescription would be ready in an hour I arrived two hours later and still wasn't ready. I'm a veteran and they were supposed to call and verify payment and didn't so I ended paying out of pocket

Not as good as walgreens and a bit more expensive. The staff where very friendly here though and there was plenty of stuff available to buy. Plenty of parking spaces and very handy right on the main road so easy to get too.

They have been great but for the past few weeks the place is a mess. You order prescriptions and they sit not filled until you come in, then they say sorry for the delay, we’ll get to it as soon as we can. You can wait another 20 minutes in the store. I called and was on hold for 45 minutes. I ordered a script and two days later came in and was told by the tech that they’re out of it. Things are wrong and it needs to be addressed. Lots of grumbling people on this side of the counter.

I've used this pharmacy location for years and never had any issues except for these past few months. There’s several employees that are always rude with an angry look on their face. My prescriptions are never ready and they don't want you to wait in the store. Three different times I've heard them arguing amongst themselves about which one isn't doing their job right. They desperately need to fix their staffing problems.

Friendly service at drive thru pharmacy and inside. Pharmacist very helpful I forget his his name dark hair thin, about 5 ' 6. Lady with brown hair and glasses at drive thru very nice. They have good sales. You can get discounts joining free CVS club.

TERRIBLE!!! The employees take so long to answer phone calls and also take so long to make prescriptions then blame it on you. They left me on hold for 30 minutes on the phone and they took up to an hour to make my prescription. They are not organized at all and many other customers hav complained about the terrible lack of communication and service in the pharmacy. I would recommend finding a new pharmacy to go to that actually cares about your time.

I am a diabetic. Picked up my insulin prescriptions from this CVS location today. My insurance allows for a 90 day supply of insulin and needles. On the needles, I needed a minimum of 360, the needles come 100 in a box, the pharmacy would only give me 3 boxes. They said they could not give me an open box or over fill the prescription. Therefore, I did not receive a full 90 day supply of the necessary needles for my prescriptions. For the insulin the pharmacy opened a box of 5 insulin pens and only provided me with 4 pens in a plastic zip bag. I did not know that they could legally open full boxes of insulin and sell the pens individually?? Very disappointed and would not recommend or return to this CVS Pharmacy.

Pharmacy gave me the run around then finally got my sons medication situated and was told they’d call when it’s ready only for them to close and be closed until after Christmas. Thanks, so helpful for my child

Have been with cvs several years in fl. and va. and agree some staff looks o er worked, ot sure and short with answers to questions. Turn around time for filling has been terrible, these are from drs. office by fax email,and will not be ready for coulple days? Upper managementioned needs help, more staff or hours or both looking to change. Not the only one!

No stars would be perfect as I have sat in the drive threw with a very sick 6 month old running a 104.4 fever, turntaround timeturnis 11/2 hours for some tylenal enamas and 3 zofran. They don't speak have you wait at the window for 15 minutes before speaking it's so rediculous.. probably one of the worst experiences yet.
