Excellent knowledgable butcher. Probably the only one in the area. This isn’t your ground Chuck special. This is a high end butcher with premium meat, cheeses and pasta.While some folks will get price shock, think of the price you pay for a steak at Chop House.The bread made here is also outstanding.

Great place & we love the marketplace concept & this store offered a lot of great items. My husband wanted a small charcuterie board to snack on however there weren’t any pre-made to grab & go. A very nice man behind the counter offered to make one but we did not take him up on the offer.

I can tell you that this place is ridiculously over priced on all meat & pork. And without a doubt taking advantage of the villagers and people that know nothing about meat. I looked at the price of the Italian sausage $17.95 lb, I thought I was on TV being pranked, You can buy italian sausege at publix $4.99 lb or Fresh Market $6.99 lb and I'll bet that this place at $17.95 lb is no betteralso asked how much for an untrimmed whole brisket they told me $250.00. Is this a special cow? Is this wagyu? Does the cow hand deliver the brisket? The answer is no, just a brisket for $250.00. I can buy 2 prime briskets for less than the butcher markets at Sawgrass. I have now been to this Butcher& market twice. Their homemade pastas are delicious; their meats are so good as is the sourdough bread and homemade butters. I highly recommend this place for great food.

Ask an employee if he was busy with any customers and he answered no. Asked for some help and he said as soon as I am done with this label I will help you. Watched him meesing with the label for two minutes and then left and went to Publix where customers are put ahead of labels.

Tiene un servicio no tan malo cuando se dan cuenta que vas a comprar pero en realidad no saben atraer a los clientes me párese demasiado caro y los productos no son de tanta calidad como quieren hacerlo ver compre unos medallones de lomito al destaparlos estaba podridos con un olor putrefacto también compre solomo y en verdad no tiene nada especial para costar tanto en verdad no lo recomiendo no vuelvo a compara mas nunca
