Walgreens has long lost its place as a nice store to shop, but this unit in particular may be on the top position of worst store ever, no one to help find products if needed and the lines are just ridiculous…. Just stay out of this store

Not sure who took care of me this morning. But very awful attitude of this woman. I said good morning to her two times while she was ignoring me. Dark brown, mid length hair. She needs to practice customer service if she’s going to be in the front. After I paid she said nothing more to me and just left my receipt and bag tossed on counter. Told her thank you and she didn’t say anything more to me. She was definitely not a great way to start someone morning. Please look into this because I guarantee more reviews like this one will come.

I got my recent COVID booster and Flu vaccine at this Walgreens location. Jonathan was AWESOME! I hate needles but he was super nice and very calming and I barely felt the shots at all.

I spent the morning calling about 7 different Walgreens, all very rude and not accommodating, finally called here in Weston and got Ricky. He was very pleasant from the time he answered the phone, tone very welcoming. I explained what it was I was calling about, he placed me on a brief hold, said they didn’t have it in, but had already checked the database and could see he could have it in quickly. I was blown away, as that was not my previous experience. I will be making the drive to this Walgreens from here on out simply because of his amazing customer service! Thank you Ricky, thank you for simply being you. We need more people willing to help customers and not just rush off the phone with no resolution, so thank you!

I went to pick up a prescription this morning at this location not realizing that the pharmacy was closed due to the July 4th holiday. Since I was already there I decided to pick up a few cosmetic items I needed. I was looking at some lipsticks when I heard "customer assistance needed in cosmetics!" over the store's loudspeaker. So I thought they were sending an employee over to help me even though I didn't ask anyone for help...I was just looking at the different colors so I could select 1 to purchase. I then moved over to the area where the nail polish is and started to look for a color of red polish I would like and I heard, "customer assistance needed at the nail bar!". Once again, I had asked no one for help, I was just looking to find a color I liked so I could buy it. And, by the way, both times, no one came to assist me! So I make my way to the aisle containing housewares and of course, guess what I heard, "customer assistance needed in housewares!". Unbelievable. So by now I'm acutely aware that someone is watching me, they think because I'm black that I'm a shoplifter, and they're trying to signal to the employees on the floor where I am so they can watch me. Let me add that there were at least 2 other people shopping in the store at the same time I was there (neither was black) and there were ZERO other announcements over the loudspeaker for "customer assistance" only the ones noting my location in the store. I didn't take that as a coincidence.I shop in several different locations of Walgreens throughout Florida, Georgia and the Carolinas because I'm a Regional Mgr & work in different locations throughout the Southeast. I have never ever had this happen to me in ANY other Walgreens and I'm disgusted by their profiling behavior. I'm definitely filing a complaint with the store's Manager, as well as the District/Regional Mgr of this location and with their Corporate office. And I'll also be transferring my prescription to CVS after this incident. I will only spend my money where I'm treated well and with respect.DO BETTER WALGREENS!!!

The colombian manager Laura is arrogant, incompetent and lacks basic manners of hospitality. She irritated me beyond belief on her own mistake, failed to apologize and it was her employee that saved the moment for me. Failed to recognize her own employee for correcting HER mistake. This is a great store but she needs to go. Managers like this become a cancer for an establishment driving away the good people that work here.

Horrible experience, came in to pick up an order I placed online, this lady name Tania comes Nd tell me that I have to pay for the order, yet the order has been paid online and is just a pick up order, now she insisted that I have to paid, I had to explaiend to her she need it to process the order in the system, mind you I dont work for walgreens smh! Then Im like hold part of my order here im going to go get something im missing, and she has the audacity to tell me, to leave my backpack in the front of the store, that I cant walk in with my backpack, soo disrespectful, what is this the ghetto? Soo judgemental and disrespectful, smh! Horrible experience

We had a Covid test schedule for 9:30 am and came to the drive thru at 8 and waited until 9 they open, we wanted to be early and the first because our teenager started school on Wednesday, and my husband was working from his laptop on the car, when they open a lady said we needed to come back at 9:30, and we ask her if it’s possible we can do it earlier since was no one on the line just us. She said NO, the tests where no ready, my husband ask her really polite if they could do it when they were don’t without going back home, then a guy came to the phone and started talk to us with a really bad attitude and no matters at all, Worst service pharmacy ever! Staff rude and disrespectful! Despite the fact of being a patient I was treated awfully bad for requesting support in something quite simple. Walgreens Corporate, please take note all bad reviews your brand has in this store and take actions to correct them! These people need to be trained in customer service ASAP and human compassion. Extremely disappointed as this is not the first time happens to me. You guys not only lost us as a clients, but definitely will look for legal advice.Treat patient as family, you don’t know what we are going through. We don’t come to the pharmacy for fun. Life goes around. Today is us, tomorrow could be one of you. They should have the same training as employees in Walgreens 199 Weston Rd. Always go there exempt they didn’t have availability.

What a bad service in the drive thru, no customers inside and 4 workers chitchatting and browsing their phones and outside 3 cars waiting the "charity" of being attended. I'm taking my prescriptions to another pharmacy that have a good cursomer services, also my parents prescriptions will be out of this and will tell friends and neighbors to do the same. Finally when someone approached to the window, he was with a bad attitude because I ask why no body is attending here.Shame on you.

The lack of qualified personnel in all types of businesses is evident, and Walgreens is a clear example of mediocrity. I ordered a very important children's pain medicine, and the pharmacist on duty told me that he did not have it at the time, however, he would have it ready later and would call me to let me know. He never called, so I went to the store and the pharmacy was already closed. I talked with the manager, a very young woman with very little preparation, and asked for my prescription to go to a 24-hour pharmacy and she responded without any interest or responsibility saying that she had no authority to enter the pharmacy and take my prescription. I had an emergency, so the manager called another person, a little more disinterested and without any kind of solution, a useless person with a lack of professionalism. I went the next morning and the surprise was that the same pharmacist told me that he didn't have the medicine and I must go somewhere else. It is unbelievable how mediocre a person with such a position (supposedly the face of a company like Walgreens), can be. By reading all the comments and reviews I realized that I am not the only one deeply disappointed in what was once a good business, and every day it gets worse.

Just left this store. Manager needs to know this; very long long line at 6:00 pm. One cashier and no one in cosmetics. I asked the only other employee if someone could help. Very rude, disgruntled and sassy young man. Did not give me a receipt and I know I was over charged but too far to go back. This was a very unfortunate experience. I tried to be nice but he was disrespectful. If he hadn't been so rude I probably would not be writing this so please train your employees better. He blamed the cashier for not calling for back up. Won't be back but I may let headquarters know that you need to update training here.

My rent association sends me to wal greens to pay rent with a bar code simple stuff scan and take the money the way these people treated me like i had a problem or mental health issue when i explained how simple the process was you can rest assure I’ll never be back being black in Weston you get treated different sided eyed and I refuse to spend my hard earned money here ever again get new management now

I went to this walgreens to print out passport photos. I had taken the photos on a specialized app to save money (at $15 per two photos, Walgreens charges WAY too much for this service), but the photos came out over-exposed. The background looked yellow, instead of white. My girlfriend and I had taken the pictures in front of the same white background. Her color came out fine, BUT her photos were cut off incorrectly from above the head and below the shoulders. I returned to get my money back, but the assistant manager SERGIO wouldn't have it. Not only did he raise his voice, but he refused to take any responsibility for my pictures coming out this way. Furthermore, he mocked me for wanting to save some money instead of using their overpriced photo service, AND he dared to say that the reason I was complaining so much was because of my ethnic/national background. To make matters worse-- as if that were possible--, he refused to give me my money back. If you're reading this, I strongly urge you NOT to come to this Walgreens. Whatever happened to listening to the customer OR 'the customer is always right'? For that matter, what ever happened to common decency and NOT being a racist prick. SERGIO: you are a terrible costumer service representative and a pathetic excuse for management material.

I am surprised at the low reviews for this Walgreens. I live in Orlando and go to different stores so I have a good comparison. I got really good service here. Miss Ivy helped me check prices, offered suggestions to products, opened a second register when the one backed up. Thank you.

The pharmacy is a total mess I went at the time I was told to comeback to pick up medication. Waited 30 minutes on line at the drive throw when I get there I was told it's going to be ready in another 15 minutes due to short of staff.To pick up pictures is the same workers see you waiting and they keep open boxes or fixing merchandise that's their main thing and they act like if clients are a bother.

Mostly can find what I need, but this location has close to no staff available to assist with photos, check-outs, or really anything else. Wish they hired more people. Employees are always kind though! They deserve to be treated better.

Deserves ZERO stars.Lesson(s) of the day:1. I will never go to Walgreens @ 4473 Weston Rd in Weston, FL 33331 againnn2. If you're prescribed a controlled substance and the prescription matches the address on your drivers license it doesn't matter because if you try & get the prescription filled idk a few cities away maybe because you moved and haven't updated your DL, even if you JUST picked up prescriptions 10 mins away from the store you're at if the pharmacist is a duche bag he can deny filling your prescription.#Walgreens #WalgreensMakesNoSense- I was so upset about not be able to reach my doctor and because my medication is a controlled substance, I can't call around to see who has or doesn't have it & didn't feel like driving around all night because obviously I went to see my doctor who prescribed three medications in total because I'm sick. I just wanted to go home & rest. The pharmacy manager (Ricci F.) & tech was rude about it & gave me no alternatives besides going to fill my medication at a Walgreen's 20-30 minutes away in Tamarac ***that may or may not have my medication*** just because I haven't had a chance to update my DL. Absolutely ridiculous.

I took my aunt today who had just left the hospital after having surgery to pick up her prescriptions. We went to the drive thru and the young man was so incredibly rude to her I was I shock!!! His attitude was unacceptable.

It’s 7:09 am and store is still not opened when hours today are 7am. Four customers waiting have already left the parking lot. With other retailers like CVS as a competitor you would think the staff would care about losing revenue. Today is 1/10/2019

I stopped in to get allergy meds for.my son that is going through some bad reaction to his skin...when walking in no one said hello, Im walking through the isles saw one young Man filling the shelves and a woman doing the same and neither of them said hello, walked to the allergy section noticed what i needed is behind a lookedGlass . .I asked a young Man behind the Pharmacy counter how do i get the allergy meds he answered with a muffled tone that i needed to press the button to call someone to open itOnce i did the woman that was filling the shelve came to me ....then I asked about the product and she told me to go to the person behind the Pharmacy counter to help me...well I asked and The young man (takling through his ARM muffled ) was bothered that I even asked and when I was paying he was just Not attentive.. ..once I was done he went back to his phoneWhere is Customer Service????...not coming back here for sure...
