I would NOT recommend this place. I purchased a clipper online and picked up at the store. The next day I was back to return since it was to large and not what I expected for my poodle. The same cashier that saw me the day before was there I told her how it didn’t work out and wanted to return. She then called another employee and he said he could only give me store credit? Why? I just purchased a day a go I had receipt and my order number in hand. He said he was not able to find my account and could only give me store credit. I left and call customer service and they were able to find my order right away and told me they should be able to refund me and that they would speak with them. I called the store again and they said oh ok just come back and we will give you a refund. What a joke ! The way they play with people’s time they should have done that from the start. Please train your employees better and stop wasting paying customers time. I would never buy from this store again and I still have not got the time again to return this . Extremely disappointed !

The manager and associate that helped us one night a week or so ago were absolutely fantastic! They were over the top helpful, kind and outgoing. We started looking at tags which they helped us with but we came in with our new puppy very confused on what dog food would be best and on which crate to get as far as the size. We are unsure how big she’ll definitely get so we struggled with which crate to buy. Not only did they both help determine this but the manager price matched it for us and made it much more affordable for us.They spent quite a bit of time with us as well discussing puppy food options. That associate was very patient. All 3 were just great helpful people. I’m sorry I don’t have their names. Go here for great sincere service. :)

I love this place. I’ve been shopping here and purchasing birds from here for over 3 years. The staff are amazing and friendly although they aren’t very comfortable holding some animals. (This is my bird Cheese, I Purchased him back in 2016)

I've been visiting this pet supermarket for many years & recently I've noticed some really nice upgrades to the store & especially to the fish tanks. They've always been a little depressing, a little dirty & always has 3-5 dead fish rotting in them. Now they're vibrant, clean & full of some really cool looking & more importantly healthy fish! Shoutout to the new managers Steve & Jacob! They took good care of me & gave me great advice on setting up my home aquarium

I have been trying for the past 6 months to get the dog food my dog has been eating for over 5 years. Unfortunately the food is only available at Pet Supermarket. They can't get the food and their customer service is the worst. I will find a Different food and never go back to pet supermarket again

This store is by far the best store of the area. The staff is awesome. You can ask everything about aquariums. They’re extremely professional and nice people. They made a clinic for aquarium starters and It was incredibly useful. Brenden is the specialist and Nathaniel is the manager. Both guys are awesome. I’ll buy all of my live plants and fish in this store. Thank you very much!

Friendly people and very helpful. But the staff bicker amongst each other constantly, and blame each other for anything that goes wrong. As a customer I simply don’t want to hear any of that.Otherwise they’re a great place for me and my miniature schnauzer.They have her favorite treats there and everything.

I recently had a terrible experience with adopting a pet here. Emily was very condescending when I was previously excited about the adopting, left feeling worse for it. When I contacted them back Emily answered and spoke with patronizing superiority. My friend said she had the same experience with this employee who she said was rude. The manager was very helpful, but unfortunately due to this one employee, I will NEVER come back and I will recommend anyone else do the same.

Doesn't have friendly policies. I have been buying fish and plants since a month. One time I got a sick fish, when I ask s them to replace it, they will replace only once the fish died. Till that time, If I had that in my tank, it may effect others. Not a friendly policies after being a frequent customer. Other pet stores, they replaced once we took them the sick fish.

good place to buy fish, good prices. I bought albino corys for only 3.50 each. they also have aquarium plants, nothing fancy, but you can get swords, anubias, sometimes corkscrew val.

I have a "special needs" dog- and his needs seem to keep changing. Yet every time I go there and tell them what I need now- they always find what I need. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful and there is a large variety of specialized dog and cat foods. Store is clean and laid out well. Friendly pets on a leash are always welcome!

Hands down the best pet store I’ve ever been in. I’ve had some really bad experiences with other pet stores where I felt that I knew more about fish than the actual staff, This is the only store where I walked in with questions and walked out with answers, The staff is incredibly professional and truly passionate for what they do, Brenden the fish and reptile guy and Nathaniel the manager are full of knowledge and extremely friendly and caring for their costumers.

Only 3 star because they never seem to have anything new. It's always the same things. Would like to see happier employees as they are always discussing how hard their job is. And they also took away the puppy classes so now I have to find a new place. And honestly the trainer at the Weston store was AMAZING. Don't understand why this store is starting to fall short. Very sad.

I get all of my fish from here. Aquarium plants too. Dead fish are a occasional sight, but it's better than PetSmart.

i have a cat of my own the catnip here is very '"long lasting." per say i also have 2 dogs the toys leashes and beds last a very long time but dog food is a little bit over the market

Ok good organized store and good customer service and all that, but these guys are ignorants when it comes to fish. They have cichlids all over their tank like normal fish, while cichlids are super territorial and will attack anything that gets in their territory. The kois’ fins are all eaten because they have cichlids with kois. They literally think if the fish are the same size there will be no problem. Well it’s not like that. Please educate your people how to treat living animals, cuz they are not just a simple product!

As you can see from my Google name, I am a ferret lover.☺I adopted two ferrets a few years ago from this Pet Supermarket and got all their necessary supplies (their cage, bags of food, hammocks, etc) all at decent prices for what they were. I have also experienced great service every time I have been there, very helpful and kind staff in every regard that I've needed help. They're obviously very good at hiring people at this Pet Supermarket and according to other reviews they would agree with me on these subjects.☺I am also a general animal lover and own a wonderful, beautiful cat that I got at a different Pet Supermarket where I found out that the cats they have are not bought from breeders, the pound actually gives Pet Supermarket cats to be adopted out to loving animal mommies and daddies like me and my husband when we adopted our beautiful, fluffy black cat, Delilah. Just adding in that I really, really like the fact that the cats that they do get are not like in other pet stores, especially smaller pet stores where they use breeders or worse, mills (will not go into detail about that) and actually take poor kitties that need to be adopted from the pound where people will mostly be at instead of randomly walking into a pound.Oh, and, of course, we have other animals, a Betta fish whom I've always bought his aquarium pebbles and food and aquarium things like fake plants and aquarium thing-a-ma-bobs, try to buy our cat's special food at Pet Supermarket all the time, and have multiple times needed to get a special harness, new dog collars, dog treats and many, many squeaky toys, tennis balls, and just other doggie stuff like the adorable iced dog biscuits that are generic when it isn't a holiday, but when it is a holiday like Christmas, their individually made and sold as doggie biscuits that look like wreaths or candy canes and around St. Patrick's day, shamrock-looking doggie biscuits, Valentine's, hearts, etc, etc, etc that have been needed to get for my gorgeous German Shepherd ♡ Anyway, all of this was just to say along with my wonderful ferret stuff, all the other animal supplies I've needed have been at decent prices as well and I've always had great assistance and witness very nice employees working there.☺Thanks to this Pet Supermarket and just other Pet Supermarkets in general for having an obviously good hiring policy, having happy employees that are nice and helpful and having nice prices, clean stores and most importantly, happy customers like me! So sorry this has been so long, I tend to go over the top in proclaiming my happiness for a business on the Google reviews. I Love this Place.. they carry food my Chihuahua Loves Royal Canine for Chihuahuas.. it took me trial and moped with my dog. Now Loves the place. Food/ toys/ clothes ( need bigger selection)

REASON FOR ONLINE SHOPPING - Nice store for immediate purchase but not very knowledgable people. I asked question about a dog chew toy for a puppy that we were watching for a week. Young boy (21 to 19yrs) knew nothing and lady behind counter used the sentence; "I've been here for 10yrs and no one has complained." MY POINT - If I ordered online I would have more info to make an educated decision. This time the puppy or really "I needed it NOW!" He was chewing on everything from wood furniture to metal kitchen door knobs! 😁
