Amazing experience! Me and my daughter took our American bull dog here on a Saturday afternoon at about 12:30 to use their dog bathing facilities. I worried that all the tubs would be filled and that we would have to be standing around for quite some time with a huge dog on a leash but that wasn’t the case at all. When we first walked in all the tubs were full but after a short 10 minute wait and a $10 fee- we were IN! This place is extremely worth every penny and we’ve decided to make it a weekly thing.

I love using their self bathing station for my dog. It's always clean and they provide towels and shampoo for an affordable price. I live in a town home and it's hard for me to bathe my senior dog at home so this is the perfect place for him.

Rachel at this location was very helpful in offering to call another store for me to see if they had a certain kind of puppy food for my puppy since her store was out of it. She also explained the dog washing station and vip. Then when I needed to exchange my dog crate for a smaller size, she was extremely helpful with that process as well, making sure I didn’t lose the price match discount I originally received and made sure to apply it to the new smaller crate I bought there. She is a great helpful easy going person. I hope she’s there each time we need to go there. :)

We only own fish at this time, but we go there for anything we need for the fish and for my kids to check out all the animals. They are always well staffed, very friendly and let you peruse (like my kids love to do weekly) without being annoyed if we don't buy anything and just came to visit the creatures.

Beautiful store. Clean and organized with friendly, personable, knowledgable employees. Loved looking at the live animals- rabbits, ferrets, parakeets, parrot and finches. Their "cages" were clean and comfortable. The ferrets had an unstuffed teddy bear to sleep in. There were also 5 cats up for adoption.

Highly recommend this location. I went to buy our dog’s food with my 1 1/2 Yr old granddaughter and was showing her the bunnies and Sophi was AMAZING!!! She brought the bunny out for her to pet and was very professional, kind and knowledgeable. I think this will be now for sure my store. Employees like her are an asset to the store making it a memorable visit for my granddaughter as well. Kudos to the management for having such a GREAT staff!!!!

Cannot believe the customer service at this store. Multiple people in line and the employees just stand there. Especially the girl with short brown hair just standing on her phone! Its ridiculous to have this many people waiting to be helped and no one attempting to do so. Wont be back here anytime soon.

We took our dog Monday September 4th at 7pm for a bath as we do every week. Today's experience was less than desirable. When we finish using the bath facility I was dripping in sweat and asked a gentleman called AJ if the air conditioning at the store was functioning? He sarcastic and rolling his eyes said is not working. I suggest the store manager to refresh their customer service training. By apologizing for the inconvenience and asking how could we make your experience better?.

" do not accept paper receipts to return items, you must give your phone number in order to return items, paper receipts are not acceptable". Words of the mgmt from this store. Super rude and nasty little lady too. Blamed it on the company saying thats their policy, hard to believe, but we'll be going elsewhere. BTW how about you clean up your store looks like garbage

The staff here are very friendly and social! They are all well versed in different types of pets and are always willing to help. The store itself has something for every type of common pets like dogs, cats, hamsters, reptiles, fish, and birds. Everything from enclosures to treats!

Genesis was very helpful when I went in to the store recently. She showed me recommendations on dog treats. And informed me of what to use to treat hot spots for my dog! I was very pleased with my visit and the customer service from Genesis was great. Definitely will be coming back again for any of my pet needs!

Employees so nice and very helpful. Love them and take my dog to get a wash. Warm water, they supply shampoo and conditioner plus dry towels and blow dryer. It's a beautiful thing.

Lived in Weston now for 3 months. Every time I have gone to the Weston location all I get is excuses on why they have nothing in stock. My take on this is the store manager and or inventory manager do not know how to order for their location and need to be retrained. I lived in Lakelake for several years and never encountered this problem at that location. Obviously, they want me to take my business to another pet store.

I get the best service here without fail, and they always go above and beyond to help me. Today they not only did the manager help me make my new dog tag , put it on and even set up my bluetooth and helped me with the app. From food to treat recommendations, they are always friendly, knowledgeable and caring.

The dog wash at this place is convenient; however, it's disgusting. Employees don't clean up after each customer. Bath tubs are full of dog hair from previous customer. The floors are wet and full of dog hair. The counters around the tub are soaking wet, the plastic bibs are wet from the previous user, the blowers/driers rarely work. All in all not a good experience.

I’m a member of this pet store & I love it! They do buy 10 dog food bags and You get one free. Well today was my day. I got my first free bag . Also used my points for other items I bought!
