This will Always be my pharmacy of choice even though I moved to Village Blvd. I have been using this pharmacy since 2003 for my entire family. Staff is good. Sometimes the pharmacy is slow but trust me the Walgreens pharmacy on the corner of Okeechobee and Military Trail is the WORST. I never waited for my flu shot. Will still continue to use this Walgreens and pharmacy.

I don't understand the bad reviews. My husband and I recently switched to this Walgreens store for our prescriptions after the store on Purdy closed. The switch was seamless and so far we have only had one issue with the copay on one of our medicines but the young man at the drive-thru asked me for my insurance card and he fixed it on the spot. I usually order our refills online and they are always ready in a timely manner.It should be noted that my review is based solely on the pharmacy at this point as we haven't done any shopping here as of yet.

Been in lined for the pharmacy for 30 minutes now. ... no conveinence at all for this option. While waiting in line I just read all the recent reviews about the pharmacy... changed my score to a one star, guess they haven't changed much.

The Best Walgreens In South Florida The staff Is Absolutely great! not to mentions the shift lead they went above and beyond to help out & with truly great customers service definitely recommend giving them a visit

Terrible! Came in at 10:18am for a flu shot. The cashier told me to come back because he doesn't know how to do anything and it's just the pharmacist here. So wasted my gas for nothing. There was no one in the drive thru and and 1 person ahead of me. Walgreens need to not offer flu shots if you can only get them at certain times and needs to hire competent people that actually can do the job and not respond "Can you come back later because I'm not a technician and don't know to do anything and it's just the pharmacist" like what is your point there if there is no one training you! Won't be back

The lady at counter opened my bottle of medication and mix something with it. I asked her what she mixed. She didn’t answer my question and got busy with other customer. I was standing to get an answer. After 10 min another lady came and told me that was water mixed with my medication and as it is so specific, we do it for you. Okay, thank you. But the lady who mixed the water should respond to my question as that medication was for my baby and being concerned is so normal. Please respond to your customers' question.

Pharmacy holds medication hostage and threatens not to sell you your prescription if the patient does not sign up for the Walgreens reward program. What choice did I have? I need my meds! Train your cashier's better. This rating is based on my overall experience.

Pick another pharmacy!!!! The manager is great. This comment is for pharmacy only. I went one night to pick up ALL prescriptions at once and called to make sure I could. I get there to soon to fill no problem. They told me to come back next day it would be ready. I went back the next day too soon to fill. They clearly have no idea what they are doing. Finally the manager went back the FOURTH time it happened to me and they finally filled it. I called yesterday to see when my prescription would be ready she tells me to come after 4. Get there and it’s to soon!!! These techs and pharmacist are horrible!!!!!!!!!! Always giving out misinformation. The new pharmacists are rude and make you feel like you’re in the wrong! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I know I will be from now on.

The store is fine...this review is for the Pharmacy only: We have used this pharmacy for many years and we were happy, but over the past few years it has progressively gotten worse and worse. The pharmacy techs and pharmacists are extremely rude anymore!!! It gets worse every visit! We are done! We are transferring all of our prescriptions! Avoid this pharmacy if possible!

I have literally never left a review on anything ever online. But, I feel it's necessary in this instance. If I could leave a negative amount of stars I would, and this is solely in response to the pharmacy. This place is literally the worst pharmacy I have ever even heard of. Every time they are supposed to fill something automatically, they don't. They once made me wait 2 months for migraine medication that I found out later from my insurance had been available since a month and 29 days earlier ,but they were too lazy to check, although they told me they had. They just forgot to inform me that my doctor had told them weeks ago that I needed to come in before getting a refill....nice, now that I am completely out of my medicine and my doctor can't fit me in right away. Oh, well who really needs to stay regular on birth control and psych meds anyway right?? Their response was, well you should have been informed.... If you can go anywhere else. .do. I know this is the last straw for me.

Worst Walgreens ever, i have had multiple issues with them in the past but i had never done a review. Made an online order for pickup yesterday. Ordered 13 products. Received and email that my order was taking longer than expected, then received another one that my order was adjusted " because they didnt have the products in stock". Mind you when you are placing the order the website tells you how many they have in stock. Long story short i called the store to see what was going on. Whomever answered the phone had no customer service at all, he keep telling me what someone in the background was saying to him. I ended up canceling my order and they told me I had to call Walgreens toll free number to get my points/ rewards used back on my acct. I called the 800 number and they told me the points/ rewards are something automatic, they return to your acct within 48 hours of canceling the order. So i pretty much wasted my whole morning calling Walgreens and wasting my time. Non of the walgreens associates i spoke to from the store nor the 800 number had any type of customer service ethics. They were pretty much talking to me " the customer" like if it was a regular phone call. Not trying to help or anything. I asked the 800 number associate to help me place the same order at a nearby store that actually had the products in stock and he said well just call the store to verify ... really ??? wow f/*- Walgreens seriously

Upset with the customer service today . The cashier was rude and smirked like if was a joke when I ask for my change back. I gave her a 50 dollar bill and she was suppose to give me $33.86. When I asked her for my $.86 cents she smirked and told me this paper said we don’t have change. I was you could of told me when I gave you the cash. Why you didn’t? She said again the paper is here to read. What? So rude. I told her I work for my money for a store to keep it? No way. I want to return my item and I want my $50 cash and I will pay you for this with my card. She said seriously? Oh yeah I’m serious. I’m not leaving until I get my money back. Because if I short you the $86 cents you will not let me take the item correct? Am I wrong ? How many people have you stole money today? She left me talking by myself . The register was with a long line. The lady behind me had cash too and left the items. I waited for the manager. He didn’t even want it to hear me and told her give her a dollar. The cashier I think her name was Jahara or Jamara said what? Manager again saidGive her a dollar. I told her so now you are concern about your register been short? No way you are a joke. This post is to be aware of what’s happening. I have been in this situation before and the register when I give them cash the Inform me right there hey I have no change and I either look for exact change or use my debit card. Cmon Walgreens do better. Train your people.

Booked appointment online. Arrived, waited 20+ min standing at counter watching them bag percriptions before anyone asked if they could help me. When I showed my appointment confirmation, they tossed it back and said they were busy, and maybe in 30-40 min they would see if they could give me my shots. This place is a Joke.....go somewhere else. They don't care, and/or are not empowered to do what they say they will do.

My family & I have been using this location for 26 years now & I wouldn't change it for anything. I meanly use Walgreens for their pharmacy & I LOVE them. I'll admit it hasn't always been easy. 'Cuz of all the rules & law changes that seem to happen ALL the time in Florida unfortunately. But, besides, all that it's a great store, pharmacy, & GREAT people too. 😃👍🏾

Farmacy staff is horrendous. Took 17 mins wait on the drive thru just to receive my prescription. Told me it be ready in 2 hours. After coming back said they were out and was going to take 2 days. Unfortunately couldn't transfer my prescription to another local farmacy of my choosing. Two days later I called. Automatic voice machine said it was ready. After showing up they said it wasn't ready yet. I requested a supervisor and they said they didn't have one there and gave me a number to call. Finally two hours later I returned and was able to get my stupid medicine that I basically didn't need anymore since the infection on the injury was healing already. Thank you Walgreens. You suck

I have been shopping at this location for about 6 years. In the last couple years the management has changed, as has most of the staff. The previous team was stronger in the customer service side of business. Its not bad now, but not as good. However, Walgreen's is normally an excellent chain to use.

Marti is a rockstar. I called 3 Walgreens stores before calling this one, trying to find metoclopramide solution for my son. I really needed this medication as my son is only 9 months old and he was vomiting so I needed the medication tonight. Marti was the only person to offer to call the other Walgreens in the area for me and I hadn't even told her my son's situation. She is very professional and clearly enjoys helping others. As a nurse, I always try to go the extra mile for my patients so it is Very Refreshing to FINALLY have the favor returned and have someone go the extra mile for me. Thank you for finding this medication for my son in such a timely manner. You are the best.

Worst Walgreens pharmacy ever. I went through the drive-thru to pick up children's and infant Tylenol for my sick child as I always do and the pharmacist stated that I had to drag my two sick children into the store to get the children's Tylenol. I have two children three years old and under and I have been going to the pharmacy drive through from the beginning to get these items.

went to buy a few cartons of cigarettes I'm going always so kinda in a rush had NO ID they wouldn't sell it to me . I'm 51 with white hair on beard. I called customer service and they were as cut dry as the cashier was no I'd no sale no sorry? no more of my money. went to the gas station across the street and was in and out in 3 min plus I waitined in line for 5 min at Walgreens smh

This location is the worst of all, it takes them 3 days to have a prescription ready and never call me to let me know I call 4 times in the same day and they only say that in 20 minutes it will be ready. I Change my pharmacy to Publix

I don't understand the point of the automated operator who sends you to speak to a pharmacist that never answers. While trying to help out my mother who gets get medicine from Walgreens, I called, I entered the refill prescription and then the robot on the phone sent me to wait for half an hour to speak to the pharmacy (though I don't know why), before I hung up. I tried to call twice. If you don't want to do your job, then give it to someone who does, you're only hurting the company!
