My daughters prescription was sent there the 25th, Walgreens said they placed the order on the 26th of March, couple days go by my wife called them asking for an update and she said they were out of stock of the medication. So today 04/03 she called them again asking for a update she said they still haven’t received it, my wife asked if they can reach out to the dr to let them know and to transfer it. WALGREENS told my wife “they can’t call the provider you have to” , we call the dr and the dr says “no Walgreens is supposed to call us so we know they don’t have it and we can get the medication to another Walgreens that has it” so there’s some confusion going on here at Walgreens and there policies and what the employees know. Can’t even call a CHILDS Dr to inform the Dr that THEY don’t have what the Dr ordered. How does that make sense?.. so much for “customer service”.

Prescription called in 2 days before vacation (Feb 15th). Went in the evening of the 16th and was told they didn't have it (but no one checked). Was told it needed to be ordered. Got a text the next day that it was ready (while I was on the plane). Vacation with no meds and clearly they had it the whole time. Terrible service from 2 terrible staff members. Update: upon return, I was told to come in after 3 on the 28th as they had restocked my scrip. Went in at 7 and they told me it wasn't ready (again). "Come back tomorrow", not "give us a minute to count to 30". Literally could not be bothered counting out 30 pills while I waited. No meds for 11 days as of now. Im sure when this Walgreens closes down, they'll be wondering why. Go anywhere but this pharmacy. Update: Now it's after 3 on the 29th. Still not ready.

This is the WORST pharmacy I’ve ever been to. I told the tech what 2 medications I needed And they filled everything but the 2 medications I needed. I had someone else pick up the medications for me. When I called the pharmacy to see why my medication wasn’t in my bag (after the tech told me they had it in stock), I was not given an explanation and rudely was told to come back the next day after 3 pm. The staff is unprofessional, disorganized and rude. After hanging up with the pharmacy, I switched my medication to another Walgreens and everything was filled within the next hour!!!

To Marisa, the pharmacist and all of the techs, and Patrice, store manager on duty, thank you for doing the impossible! You do your jobs with little or no support from corporate and I can see that because you work so hard with little or no appreciation from the very people that hired you. These people need more help in that store! If you want to bring up your stars hire more people exactly like the ones who are working there now and give them a raise for gosh sake!

Takes at least 10 days to deliver. Pharmacy staff (especially am) is the absolute worst. Worst of their chain or any chain. Unbelievable lack of professionalism.i have NEVER got a Rx filled where there wasn't a problem.

I have had the worst experience with the pharmacy staff. I was talked down to and treated with unnecessary attitude when I called to clarify my prescription. This is not the first time I have had a bad experience talking to the staff asking for help. This is the 4th time speaking with someone in the pharmacy and I can honestly say I am disappointed. Where is the human decency to be kind and helpful, especially when it’s a quick phone call asking for help. I understand staffing may be an issue and they may be busy, but it’s not a good feeling to call a business and have the staff treat you like you are a nuisance.

I came from out of town and stopped in for a couple of things. The woman working in cosmetics was awfully rude. First, while she was stocking shelves I went to walk by and said excuse me and smiled, no response from her.Then, about 2 mins later I went over to the counter where they have the perfume locked up and she was bent down behind the counter with her head down so she couldn’t see me and I said, “Hi! I’d like to just grab a couple perfumes when you have a second please.” She stood up and looked at me. That’s it. Never said a word to me. Then shook her head and shoulders nastily as if to say, “Well…what!” Apparently she was waiting for me to tell her which ones I would like even though she never responded to the first thing I said. So I said, “are you waiting for me to tell you which ones?” She shook her head and widened her eyes, very annoyed. I said “I’d like someone else to help me” and she said “well I’m the one with the keys so…”.I cannot believe this is the “customer service” standard in this place. There’s no way she isn’t like that all the time. Anyway, I left without purchasing the perfume. They lost out on $200 in perfume sales and she lost the commission if they make one. I did call and speak to a manager who I don’t believe cared at all. Glad this isn’t my hometown Walgreens and I’m just passing through because I spend a LOT of money at Walgreens and I would NOT go anymore if I had to deal with this one at home.

No Stars at all!. The employees look like they are being punished severely by being there. One in particular, Kayla, was extremely rude, dismissive and really miserable. I almost felt sorry for her to be enduring whatever torture Walgreen's was putting her thru. The girl definitely needs to NOT be in customer service!

DO NOT GO HERE FOR VACCINES . They don't honor appointment time, untrained staff didn't notify pharmacist until 30 minutes after appt I was here! Then pharmacist asked to see my text verification + instead of checking to see that I had filled out the questionnaire on line I was asked to fill it out again. Got shot 45 minutes after appointment. Pharmacist was nice but who cares. If they don't respect your time + use untrained staff, what's the point. Should have checked the Google rating of this pharmacy before I came.

Never experienced a more unprofessional and disrespectful staff. Have waited over a week for my medication to fill. When I called the day prior, they said it would be ready tomorrow. Upon arriving to the pharmacy, I was shocked at that amount of disrespect given for simply trying to get my much needed medication. The pharmacist was defensive and hostile. When I asked when it would be ready, he shrugged and said, “Maybe next week? How should I know?” Extremely disappointed, will not be wasting my time with them again.

I have no idea how my child's clinic changed this to be the preferred Walgreens on file but this one is complete horrible. They have 1 person working the drive thru and the ppl inside the store. I mistakenly went to our original Walgreens and even then I had 3 cara in front of me and waited less than 8 minutes here I had 1 car in front and waited 10 minutes. Nothing on the workers b.c they seem to be stretched out thin but management and Walgreens themselves should be ashamed.

they take 4 hours to do refill my doctor sent my prescription at 11am and 4:30pm and the pharmacy close at 6 my prescription still not ready this is crazy somebody not doing there job no one shouldnt have to wait this long what if its and emergency and yall just going about it like it dont need to be done changing my pharmacy Asap cuz why have one if nobody doing there job .

I went to the pharmacy at 1:45pm to pick up my medication. They told me to come back in 15 minutes. I went back at 2:30pm and they told me to come back in 15 minutes. Initially, when I went there I was the only one there for meds pickup. They did even have the audacity to apologize for the wait. This is my second time experiencing this at Walgreens. I will definitely use another pharmacy next time. The staffs are also unfriendly and rude!

I went to this location to have 3 COVID tests taken for my children. First, I had already been waiting in the drive thru for 15 minutes before the pharmacists (Elizabeth Stewart), decided to even acknowledge me being there. Then she seemed as if she had no idea what she was doing while trying to find my children's appointment. Aside from her not knowing what she was doing, she decided to yell at me on the "correct" way to open the swab. Now, I had a test taken for myself twice and thankfully the pharmacists who are "professionals " at the Walgreens on Okeechobee Blvd had taken the initiative to open the swab for me CONSIDERING they don't have a problem doing it because they've done it so many times. I truly hate it when foreigners come here with their holier than thou disposition towards people when if she was so smart she would have done what I've seen the "professionals " do at the other pharmacy rather than yelling at me as if I'm a child. Luckily for her she works behind a protective glass (which is probably the only interaction she should be allowed to have with the public in any Healthcare setting) because not everyone is as tolerant as I am and not everyone will keep their sanity while someone talks to you the way she did to me.(UPDATE) So apparently this lady in the pharmacy INTENTIONALLY did not place the swab in the tube in order for my child to get tested anyway. I called the lab because I received a message stated the test was canceled because the swab was not in the tube therefore his Covid test could not be performed. I will be contacting corporate along with whoever else because this is not going to fly with me and I'm not going to rest until she's reprimanded. This is my child's health who has Cerebral Palsy and had difficulties understanding this as it is. I'm not about to play with you people about my children. It's one thing to screw me but you're playing with fire! When you see me you'll know ME!

Would give the pharmacy a 0 if I can for their rudeness and purposely having us to wait longer while the workers are talking and on their phones ..I was there today they trewted my 76 yr old mother bad and shes sick they had her s to and there waiting for a long time then the ghetto girl said that she was see rushing her well we are sorry we disturbed your secret time on your phones and the pharmacist did nothing looked. Around 05/24/2020, I purchased about $50 worth of various photo prints. I later noticed that two of the photos (5x7) had flaws. I came in on 07/19 about 4pm to have this resolved.I pressed the service button and waited until an employee came to help. I used my thumb drive to pull up my photos on the photo machine as I waited. In no time, Ms. Patrice came to the rescue, at least I thought. To my surprise, she had an attitude while serving me which made my experience extremely uneasy. I didn’t have any proof of purchase yet still revealed to her my issue. In my opinion, this is no reason to show ill behavior. After half listening, she expressed that they couldn’t do anything about flaws within the photo. I explained that the photos didn’t have any flaws, only the print. I had proof to show. She kept saying that there was nothing that they could do, with no enthusiasm whatsoever or attempt to utilize the computer to look up my customer profile. Not once did she ask for my name or phone number, she didn’t care. Only after I inquired about ways to resolve this issue, finally, we went through a couple of steps to resolve. She tried to pull up my name & phone number, no evidence.There were a few ways to prove that I had made this purchase around this time. I paid with my debit card, used my phone number, and gave my name of course at time of purchase.As I put my trust in her, I asked her “What can we do at this point? How can we resolve this?” Again, nonchalant, she says there’s nothing we can do. I asked to speak with a manager. With a slight attitude and jerk of neck, she says “ I am the manager” There’s no way a Manager could ever treat a customer like this. I asked her what could she do as a manager. She stated that she couldn’t do anything and I would have to wait until the manager named Ted came in tomorrow. I asked her what could Ted do versus what she could do. She says go into the system and use another option to search for my transaction. I asked her why couldn’t she do this as a manager, there was a long pause. She says she didn’t have the capability of doing so. Ms. Patrice later admitted that she was a team member, not a manager.As I removed my thumb drive from photo machine, she dismissed me by calling for the next customer. She treated this customer with the upmost respect, she even changed her voice which seemed odd to me. Why the next customer and I had received different treatment, I wouldn’t understand why.Previous visits, I had pleasure encounters, today was a different day.There was tension here for no reason. I’m sure this would’ve easily been resolved had a manager been involved.

The pharmacy staff is completely unprofessional. I have been hung up on multiple times after getting one word answers. They drag their feet making their clients wait an unreasonable amount of time. This has never happened to me at CVS only at Walgreens and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I will never shop at this location again! I waited at curbside pickup for 20mins. I watched a ton of people come and go. I could not leave my vehicle due to the fact of my sick kids in the car with me. I called to let them know I have been outside waiting just to be told one second...6mins goes by and finally someone comes out. Customer service sucks!

Do not use this pharmacy. Staff (Bryan in particular) are completely incompetent. They will leave you on hold for 10 minutes at a time and then hang up the phone. They also close the pharmacy during operating hours. Reported to corporate.

The pharmacy staff is RUDE, unhelpful, and have no desire to hide their hatred of dealing with customers. I called to let them know that I got a call from them saying a perscription was ready but it was an error since I don't live in the state. She looked up my number and found out 3 people were using my number that I've had for 2 decades to get medications. I asked for them to be removed and she mumbled "uh no" and hung up. So now whoevers perscription is ready doesn't know, and 3 people are using my number. Easily solvable problem dismissed by a rude and clearly untrained employee. Luckily I don't use this Walgreens but if you are looking for one, maybe try CVS instead.

Had worst experience today. We went for passport photo of our new born baby. Before I called them and asked them, is there anything I need to get before I go to the store. They said just bring the baby. So we went with baby. After going there, they are asking for the white blanket as a background for the baby, which we didn’t had. They are the photo Centre and they are expecting us to get all the things needed. If we need to get all the things, what are they for? Those two ladies exactly looked like they are suffering from constipation for the last three days. Please do not go to this store, if you have any photo need.
