Many years ago I had a Maltizu who I would take to VIP and when we recently got our new boy, Remy I knew he had to go to VIP as well. After being with another groomer 2 other times and being lucky enough to get squeezed in to an appointment, Remy was able to go today and the groomer did a WONDERFUL job !!!! He looks so handsome and the services he received were a complete night and day from the precious company. We will return again and again to Very Important Paws and HIGHLY recommend the for your fur babies ! Thank you so much, Very Important Paws !

Super easy service to use. Has half day and full day options. You can buy a package of days for cheaper than the daily rate. Everyone is very very nice, and the staff remembers you and your pup.

I wish i could write a better review. New to the area, I dropped my two pups off here for grooming and although the facility is wonderful, I was very displeased with the patchy haircuts that each appeared to be more of a minimal trim. I will pay more to ensure that my pups are taken care and especially considering cost, Ive had much better experiences elsewhere.

I take my German Shepard here for daycare and a bath and she always come back exhausted and smelling amazing! I love this place and I hope to make it my permanent go to doggy day care. They also have a lot more amenities, but those are the two I use primarily.

HORRIBLE GROOMING EXPERIENCE. I called to make an appointment and asked how long it would take. They said 2 to 3 hours. Made an appointment for 10am and by 1:30pm I still hadn't been called to pick up my dog. I call to check and was told "He isn't ready, and we can't tell you when he will be ready, but it will be before 5pm." I asked if they had even started grooming him yet, and the answer was no. I said not to bother and immediately picked my dog up. He spent nearly FOUR hours in a crate for no reason. My number one criteria for groomers is not having my dog sit in a crate for hours, and that's exactly what happened because they lied to me. And he didn't even get groomed on top of it. And not even an "I'm sorry" when I went to pick him up. Highly recommend you do NOT take your dog here for grooming or any other services, as what they say and what they actually do are two different things. So how could you trust anything else they promise just to get your business?

Had to leave my dogs because I had a huge move and didn't want them to be in the way or in jeopardy and found this literally place on Google and they took such great care of my girls I could not be happier I cannot say enough great things about this business and that I would highly recommend them. First time at VIP Pets. We stopped in for the dreaded Nail Trim...eeek! We were greeted with positive yet calm energy. Intuition/gut felt good. I have tried other places yet still looking for a better option. For this first experience, VIP Pets hit or exceeded our expectations. My dog Fox has been a VIP for six years. Whether it’s been a couple weeks or a few months, they welcome him like they saw him yesterday every time. They understand the quirks of his personality and accommodate every need. When we turn onto Park Place, and he realizes it’s vacation time, he gets so excited. I know when I leave town, he’s in the safest, kindest, best hands. If I call to check in, they give updates and text pics. Their amenities, like the dog pool, are great.

My puppy hates car rides but as soon as he realizes we are headed to VIP, he perks right up and is so happy when he gets inside and is greeted by the amazing and super friendly front desk ladies. Our dog Charlie is a little over 1 year old. He has been going to Very Important Paws since he was a puppy and absolutely loves it! the staff is always so welcoming and puts us at ease when we have to bring him in for daycare. the daily pictures they post online allow us to see him having fun and being well taken care of. I will be boarding my dog Princess in the next few weeks for a few days and its been stressful because I have never boarded her before. During an unscheduled visit to VIP, before making reservations, i discovered the kennels were clean and the dogs all appeared to be having a fun time in the large yard. The staff was great and was able to answer all my questions. The tour was informative with no high pressure to make the reservation. I will review again after her stay but I feel more comfortable with the facility and the staff.

We sent our old dog here to board when she was a senior. They were able to handle her temperament (she did not like other dogs). We have boarded our new dog Charlotte here and wouldn’t go anyplace else. They gave us a tour of the facility and the place is immaculately clean. We had special feeding instructions and the followed them to the t. Every so often we drop her off for doggy daycare and she always returns home tired. The staff is extremely pleasant and helpful and there is always someone on staff 24 hrs a day ( believe it or not we visited a few places that have no one there after 7 pm). We don’t get many services done but the couple that we do prices are comparable to other places. Bottom line I would recommend VIP to anyone and will continue to use them for all our doggy supervision needs.

Very Important Paws is the best. I love my Westie (Charlie) and only want the best for him- VIP provides the best. The staff is attentive and kind. They always welcome by name, and he is always excited to be at VIP. Charlie loves to play in the pool and always looks happy in the pictures I receive. He plays safely with other dogs his size and often participates in the puppy parties/special celebrations. When it comes to trusting someone to take care of your pup, VIP is the place.

I have been taking my oldest fur baby to Very Important Paws for over 10 years. They take exceptionally well care of my senior citizen. I never worry or stress when Blake is in their care. He loves the staff and the pool! I also take my other fur babe there as well. She is like a bull in a china shop in the best possible way and they take extra special care of my Lucy too! Katrina always answers all of my annoying questions and Elaine is the only groomer I will go to! I can't start to explain how AMAZING VIP is! Whether it's Daycare, Boarding, Grooming, or Training VIP makes sure every dog gets treated like a VIP. The moment I walk in I am blown away at how clean and friendly the staff is. You can really tell that the staff loves and cherishes these dogs as their own. VIP is the perfect place to take your dog. Not only will your dog be happy you did, but so will you when you see how happy and tired your pup is when coming home!

We love Very Important Paws! Our mini Australian Shepard Derby is always so excited when we drop him off, and comes home completely spent after playing all day. The staff is extremely helpful and professional. I definitely recommend taking your pup there!
