In what world, would I drop my dog off for a bathing service for him to then be given back to me soaking wet??? A basic service should be bath and dry. Forget your check the ears, nails and glands. Your staff are not vets. $45 to put dog in cage, hose down and shampoo. Not dry?!?? Unbelievable. Girl told me she towel dried him for 3-4 minutes. No she didn’t.

I have two small dogs, they are very afraid of getting their nails clipped and they are feisty. Because of this, I have avoided getting their nails clipped, but they had gotten so long… they really needed it.One of them can be a little bit aggressive, but the girls at the West Palm Beach location were awesome and they did a great job and it did not take long at all. I’m glad I found a place where I can get my dogs’ nails clipped and have peace of mind.

Brought 2 rescues here for the first time. I expressed concern over 1 of them because he came from an abused home. They were kind, gentle and very patient. Excellent experience. Definitely will return! Pups look beautiful and smelled fresh. The staff was outstanding. Thank you!

I am always so impressed with the thoughtful care Scenthound’s staff shows to my dogs. In addition to my own rescue dog, I also foster other rescues who are often scared of new surroundings or fearful of things like water, hairdryers, or being touched in general. Their pros are so patient, professional, and empathetic to my dogs and put their needs and comfort first. After each treatment, they also provide an overview about the dog’s skin, coat, teeth, ears, and more. I’m so happy to have them a phone call away!

RUN! The owner and the new groomer she hired are a joke! I started coming to Scenthound in April, and it was good for the first 3 months. This month I took my Lab mix and my son's Border Collier mixed to be groomed; it was a disaster. My son's Border Collier is not supposed to be shaved, only trimmed and they knew this since they groomed him last month. The groomer shaved the dog bald and completely destroyed his coat. But the kicker is that she tried to say that I told her to do it! She's a liar! My exact words were "Just do the same thing you did at his last appointment."Customer Service AKA The Owner of the establishment still charged us $54, stating that she gave us a discount.Take a look at my son's dog before and after pics and you be the judge as to whether we should have been charged at all. Never again! PLEASE STEER CLEAR! (see pics)

THEIR MEMBERSHIP SYSTEM MAKES ME FEEL LIKE “A SCAM”In December, my baby came to Scenthound to get a basic bath for the first time which cost $35 as advertised. After the first visit, I decided to join their membership and agreed to the $35/monthly subscription for A BASIC BATH.In January, I dropped off my baby for a second visit and was told nothing. After everything was done, my bill turned out to be a $35 subscription + $57 upcharge. I asked them what is the $57 extra. They told me this was the “additional service for my dog” and I had to pay because the service’s already done. Ok, I still pay but not really happy with that. I told the reception girl: I wanted to cancel the membership and was told that I had to give them 30 days' notice. And they said my next last charge would be in February. This was also the last time I brought my dog to them for service.In February, I expected my $35 withdrawal to be my last time with them. I believe my membership should be over.In March, my bank still keep get withdrawing. I called them immediately about this, they told me: the manager would call me in the day but they lied. I still called back on Monday, same answer from reception: the manager will call back. SAME THING. I then keep call back: the manager will work tomorrow, then hang up immediately. They don't really care.$35, $57 are just an amount of a meal but they make me feel like they are scamming.

Given the great reviews I decided to give them a try. I’ll start off by saying I have an 8 months old active puppy. He has been given several hair cuts before at another business and they all came out great! The office staff here was professional and accommodating(hence the two stars).His belly was half shaved(not just his private area). His cut was uneven and choppy. I’ll let the pictures speak for themself on the hair cut. They did offer to correct it but he would have to be shaved down in my opinion to do so, I declined. Out of the $80+I paid they offered to refund $22 which according to them was the price of the hair cut.

I just moved here and needed a groomer for my mini golden doodle. The reason I’m giving this business 1 star is because it took 4 days for them to call me back to schedule an appointment. I sent an email and also left voicemails. Finally, the owner called me back, but by that time I no longer wanted their services. If I have to reach out 4 times before getting a call back, maybe they don’t need my business

Josh greeted my 10 year boxer, Carl, and I with a friendly smile and a genuine care about us! He took down the necessary information for the grooming appointment and reassured me that my baby was in good hands. A little while later, Brianna called me to give me an update. It put me at ease. You see, my sweet Carl and I were reunited about 3 weeks ago. Carl was found 50 miles away from home in Indianapolis soon after my ex-husband passed away. A shelter from Indiana called me to let me know that they had rescued Carl from the side of the road. I have no idea how he wandered that far away from home but I knew it was my mission to get him to Florida where I'm now living. I booked a flight to Indianapolis and then rented a car and drove back to West Palm Beach with my Carl. He was in rough shape. He was okay but needed more attention to detail with his grooming. I called Scenthound. They superceded all of my expectations! I highly recommend Scenthound located at 771 Village Blvd. You won't be disappointed. Special thanks to Josh and Brianna for loving Carl the way I do💞

My foster dog is blind and I wanted to have him bathed and groomed. I always check reviews and Scenthound's were good. I also like to support local businesses. Right away I could tell these are "dog" people. They were kind and compassionate. When I returned my dog (who I call Don Juan) was really a far cry from when he went in. The thing I noticed the most is he was happy, comfortable in his surroundings, not scared in the least. When we returned home he was prancing around the house like he is the prince of puppy dogs!! lol I took a membership because we will be back. Thank you Scenthound a month ago my dog was on the Euthenization list. Now look at him! Before & After

Very happy with our first time experience at Scenthound!! Teddy loved it. The staff is super friendly and what stood out to me is that they give you a sheet with samples to choose the length of the pup’s hair and the choice of shampoo scent as well! The end result is exactly what I expected. We will definitely be back.

Terrible service lately. My son got ear infections and skin infection the last time I went there. Also, this office has a rude employee suffering anger just to ask why I was paying more than normal. Definitely I don’t take my dog to this location anymore.

Worst excuse for grooming in 40 years of having dogs! Looks like a kindergartener who just learned how to operate scissors cut him, leaving it entirely uneven and choppy. Further, they were unable to properly shampoo his ears and left his head completely greasy and filthy. I shampoo'd him again at home and was able to get him spotless clean. Their staff made all sorts of excuses and still charged over $100. They even tried holding him hostage at the end as they failed to ask for a rabies certificate up front and demanded we produce it when picking up. DO NOT USE!!!

Had an amazing experience at the west palm location. The GM Samantha was super helpful and caring with my pup Romeo. They took extra care of him. They went above and beyond to make sure he was happy and wasn’t scared of the process. 10 out of 10! Would 100% being bringing my pup back and recommend everyone who is looking for any service for your pets to come here!

This team is great. Anyone I have ever met there have been so welcoming and nice. Always super caring with my dog even when he is nervous they give him time to get comfortable before taking him in the back. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who need their dog groomed.

Extremely annoyed with this location at the moment. It was going to be my dogs second time going there, it’s been a while but they had his records there. I called this morning to make an appointment, I mentioned how he had been there before. We got an opening at 3:15pm, great ! I was very grateful. When my husband went to drop my dog off, they asked for his new rabies vaccination documents, I totally understand the need for it and that’s not what I’m mad at, I’m mad because they could have asked me for it this MORNING ! I would have had plenty of time to get the new one from his vet 10 minutes away !!! Like why wait until we get there for the appointment??? Why not ask me for it when I called to make the appointment so that we could be prepared. Now his vet is closed tomorrow. Like come on guys !!!

She was very informative on all of the packages and the other staff gave great recommendations on how to keep my dogs teeth clean. They were very quick and my dog came out looking and smelling beautiful! Love this place!

My Lil' Miss Truffles loves to go in for her spa day! Bath, teeth, ears and nails and I add a blow dry. The staff is great and they do a wonderful job on her. Next time I'll take a before and after picture. The transformation is wonderful. I feel confident they treat my pet with kindness. This is her picture from the another day at the spa. I dropped off my baby with you guys at 4:38pm, I got a call at 6:00pm to tell me my pup was ready. I came a little after 6:15 to pick up Colbie. The person at the front desk as very polite and told me that they tried to get a round face but he wasn’t really cooperative (I understood because this is a new place). He came back with Colbie and he was shorter than I expected and his face wasn’t cut anything like I wanted. I went down to look closer at his face and he pulled away (which was very unusual). I chucked it up to him feeling overwhelmed. I took him to the store with me and noticed how bad his haircut really was. Most of the hair behind his left ear was shaved off (you can see pink spots where it was cut way too short and uneven) , his sanitary areas was not shaved completely (there was patches of areas with more hair is spots), his face wasn’t round at al, he looked nothing like the photo I showed and I’m very upset and displeased with this haircut.

This was my first time taking my senior dog in for grooming. We were warmly received in the reception area. My pet was taken in for her appointment right away, I knew she was in good hands. I picked her up 30 mins later; she was so pretty and smelled so nice. The staff answered all my questions and made product suggestions according to my pet's needs. The cost for this grooming is very reasonable. I appreciated the care my dog received and booked her next appointment! I am grateful for this service.

My dog always leaves Scenthound with a smile on her face. I’ve gone to many groomers in the past and she would always be depressed for days after getting groomed. I’ve also had bad experiences with other groomers cutting my dog. My dog suffers from anxiety and Scenthound has professional staff that know exactly how to handle her. Her haircut is always perfect and they even give recommendations after each grooming session. I am very satisfied with their services!!
