Normally, everyone here is extremely nice. I just had the worst possible experience, although I frequent Petsmart all the time. This one in particular.Never had such a hard time returning a product that was unopened because I lost the receipt and although I have an account and pay with a credit card, which was easily found within seconds, I literally got treated as though I was the worst person in the world For not having my receipt.Maybe I just caught this lady on a bad day and because it was close to closing time, but no one should be made to feel that way.I have to deal with customers every single day in my line of work, and I could not imagine giving anyone an attitude during work or outside of work like I just received.

Our groomer, Jenny, is fantastic! She cares about your pet and is the best at what she does. I was fortunate to find her as soon as we moved to WPB. She did a great job with my dog, Bandit, and is extra gentle with my puppy mill rescue, Charli. My dogs have always left Jenny looking and feeling great! I appreciate her so very much. Highly recommend.

We absolutely love working with Jenny for grooming!!!! She takes care of every dog in my family, even the ones that don’t live here full time. She cares so deeply for our pups and has always given them THE best hair cuts they’ve ever received. Thank you Jenny!!!!! No better feeling than trusting the person you leave your best friend with.

Staff was very helpful and pleasant. I had some confusion on my end bout an appointment i made that didn't show up in their system. Seeing my concern and worry bout my fur baby. They squeezed me in and took care of my little fluff ball. Came home and she was exhausted. Thank you to all staff at this location. You guys rock

Have been bringing my dog here to get her nails trimmed for a while now and hadn’t had any issues before today. I was JUST NOW informed for the very first time (after multiple visits) that the vet needs to confirm my dog’s heart murmur level. It’s been a level one for a while and while i understand that precautions need to be taken for her safety, they had been trimming her nails without this confirmation before. Because it’s a Sunday and Banfield is closed, my dog’s vet is not reachable and they were unable to receive this confirmation and unable to trim her nails. It would seriously help if they could inform customers of this beforehand and keep things like heart conditions on file and refer back to it every visit. If you’re going to follow a policy, follow it consistently!!!! I drove all the way here on my day off for no reason. Extremely disappointing.

Horrible Customer Service!!I am here now. I asked when I walked in if they still sold the puppy discount books. I was told yes. I shopped for 35 minutes getting a basket full of toys, kennel, puppy bed, puppy wash, food, treats, and now I am told sorry I don’t have any. There’s nothing I can do. This is unacceptable but apparently nobody cares. I walked away from my cart. I will not be back.

The Banfield at this location has the worst vets!!!!! They’re always trying to add more services to get more money out of you and they can’t even do their job right. My dogs nails are always messed up because they say he cries too much so they can’t cut or file…I’m sorry, but aren’t you the “professionals?” If you can’t do it, who the hell will? And then they want for you to drug your pup up because they can’t do their job right. Seriously? Absolutely ridiculous. Do not come here. Take your beloved pet to an actual vet who provides the right love and care for your little one.

I can’t say enough good things about the dog trainer, Yvonne! She was able to help us with our 6 year-old very stubborn pooch. She was kind and compassionate and used positive training techniques. She went above and beyond to find training methods that worked for our scent hound. I would recommend her to anyone who is struggling with their dog as she has taught us you can teach an old dog new tricks!

I typically come here to conduct grooming. Consistently my pet is satisfied, refreshed and loved by everyone in more after. During this recent visit; accidently her ear was clipped and bled. The minor wound was attended and the staff was very affectionate. To assure my pet did not have any further issues; the store leader, Bonnie, accompanied me to a local vet and accommodated any care. Lastly, the haircut was spot on.

Christina A. and her team always go above and beyond in taking care of our dog. He always comes back shiny and healthy. They communicate very clearly about expectations and always do right by my pet. They are always WONDERFULLY professional even with customers who are not (take care of your dogs so the staff aren’t forced to do so for their health, it’s that easy). To the woman dissatisfied with her service today? You were handled with grace I would not have given and I’m not sure why you decided to continue complaining to me, a fully satisfied customer, about anything.I will continue to bring my dog here as long as there is such a fantastic team!

I'm just going to put my review like this if you are interested in buying fish here do not do that the employees and the fish area are literal Nazis I had three people with their arms folded trying to question me about my tank making me feel very uncomfortable at that point I didn't even want to buy fish anymore..... Not only that I came in one time to buy aquatic plants I literally asked for no assistance on this I had one employee come up to me and say all these plants are no good took them out of my cart then proceeded to put two small plants that were dying in my cart instead !!! What kind of disgusting behavior is this the people in the fish area are rude they don't care about the fish at all but for some reason the act like they don't even want to sell you any fish like you're some kind of criminal it's absolutely ridiculous I even watched one employee tell a six year old that they can't have a small goldfish in their 10 gallon tank then the girl proceeded to start crying to a 6-year-old really? This place is sick

Me and my boyfriend go to this location a lot, and just the other day we happened to be ready to adopt a fur baby. We adopted a Kitty and the lady who helped us sign the papers and stuff was very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable.The cashier also was very kind, funny, and patient with helping to ring out all her necessities! Very great staff and my experience was just a 10/10 !!!

The dog trainer Yvonne is AMAZING! She is not only great at her job, but you can tell she truly cares about your pets. I highly recommend taking your pup here for training- our dog LOVES her! The other employees here are always nice, helpful, and informative. The store manager is also awesome. This is one of the best Petsmarts I’ve been to!

Friendly staff, clean store and they were able to cut my dogs nails successfully! My dog was scared, but Christina was able figure out a safe way to dremel his nails. Bought him a yummy cookie treat after. Will bring him back! Thank you.

I come here for the grooming and specifically for JENNY. She treats your pet as if it were her own, she is the sweetest, most genuine, and kind woman! She even makes her own bandanas for your pup 🐶❣️ if you have ever had a bad grooming experience (which I have) you know how how important it is to find someone who cares like you do. Jenny is your girl. Thank you for everything, Jenny! Leo and I love you.

This place is horrible, it’s been twice where I bring my dog to get groomed & nails weren’t trimmed. The guy that took care of my dog put the blue leash around her neck & had the leg going through it. Didn’t even bother to fix it. I didn’t want to cause a problem so I just left it alone. But honestly this place isn’t good at all.

This is the worst pet smart ever. The associates lack knowledge on fish care. Every associate tells you something different. There is no standard set for the employees. I spoke with Nick who is a manager who told me to change my water once a month and another employee who told me to change my 10-25% once a week. I spoke with another manager named Kristen and informed her that the employees or not on the same page. She said she would refer the information to management but did not ask for a name, number, or email to follow up with my complaint. Kristen also told me “ you should ask for a care package document”.The unprofessionalism is real. Do your own research when it comes to your pets. Don’t assume just because they work there, they will always give you the best advice.

This place is great for what they are. Their groomers care about their work. The employees are helpful. But sometimes, they don't have what I'm looking for. Their wet canine food from Hill's usually has a sparse shelf. They also have a veterinary clinic there, but I've never used them, so I don't have an opinion about them.

Got a great new carrier for our African grey to travle in the car with. Very clean store, easy in and out. Would highly recommend this location.
