I absolutely love this place ... the staff are well educated in all the pets ... I have two dogs and a fish my fish a betta fish had something I never seen before I believe it was fin rot this was my first fish I had ever owned I went I asked somebody who had experience in fish the gentleman certainly spoke like he did he told me what to get and what to do and now my fish is healthy once again eating and I am and my child there are happy campers

Katelyn was excellent at both explaining and signing me up for the vital care premier plan. She was also very kind and knowledgeable of the store and products. As a whole your west palm store is a complete mess. With all due respect I spoke with your dog trainer Angela and she smells repulsive it’s not normal. It’s actually very unprofessional as she’s a representation of petco. I can’t get to cat food isles because your employees have huge pallets blocking the isles which I’ve never seen before in any petco location. You also have a very odd and flirtatious manager. While looking thru dog bowls he approaches me says he likes my outfit then proceeds to speak about nothing pertaining to my dog or to the store in general. Then he introduced himself as Tommy when I asked his name but I noticed his name badge said Tom. It was just an odd interaction which because of I will not be returning to that store.

My experience at this location was the worst, the employees are not friendly at all they where rude, I was going to perches a Betta fish the tank I got said fit for a Beta fish, and I was looking for someone to help me since it was my first fish, turns out everyone was busy. I actually found a customer who helped me out since she is a beta fish owner herself. And once I got to the register the two employees in the front said “are you can’t take that tank beta fish jump you need a bigger tank unless you want the fish to die” they laughed and where not helpful the costumers in the line where all in shock the employees where so rude. I ended up leaving the fish and taking only bird food for my parrots. And once I fished paying the employee didn’t hand me my items I asked for a bag and they said “ it’s 10 cents” I don’t understand why they didn’t offer me one when I was paying ? Their job is to sell and they can’t even do that. 4:30pm 11/21/23

I asked for help and got “attitude” from the person helping the cashier. The cashier was kind; the person supervising her was rude with a “I could care less attitude.” You asked, I just told you.

EXPENSIVE!Store clerks do not make themselves available.U have to look 4 them.When I asked 1 clerk about the price of adopting a kitten, she told me somebody's name.Did not get an answer until I think it was the mgr. Overheard the question & asked me when I was walking away, if she could help.The clerk with the fish & aquarium questions was much better. Although another customer had to find him also.I have to say the fish tanks were clean.Update;These pet stores r not consistent with proper help.Went there again & a different clerk was helping another customer & just got carried away with talking with them & ignore the fact their is another customer waiting for help.

The cashier, Sabrina, was so patient in helping me. She explained product questions I had and the rewards program throughly. I felt very comfortable signing up for the premium program after talking w her and she “walking me through” the process to get it.The store is also very clean and all the staff very friendly. The overheard the dog trainer working with a doggie and it’s owner. She was terrific. Your store has everything a pet owner needs.

Horrible experience with the Vetco department. Unfortunately, when I took my dog to get his annual vaccines the "veterinarian" and "vet techs" were very rude, lacked respectful customer service, and lacked experience with medium-sized dogs. It's sad because I use to love Petco, but after this experience I can't support.

The staff was very helpful, they help me find everything I needed and answered all my questions about the products I bought. The Grooming staff for grooming center were very nice and kind to dogs they were grooming and told me of a great deal called vital care. You get discounts on grooming, food in the store and on the vet office in the vet centers too. You should really check them out, it doesn't cost a lot.

Great doggie day at the spa with Brittney, my little girl bichon Chanel, came out with just the right hair cut smelling good even with fresh breath. I am never disappointed with Brittney's work. My daughter that is a hair stylist said what a great hair cut Brittney did a great job. Thank you Brittney :)

I've been shopping at Petco for many years and have spent thousands of dollars there!The new manager Tom offers zero customer service and will put you off for months without responding to your requests! The so called manager, Brie, in the grooming department treated me terrible and will not let my dog come back to get a grooming at that salon because of her prejudices toward me! Tom put me off for months when i told him what she did to me! I asked to speak with the regional manager! No one called me back! Tom is more interested in appeasing his staff, than offering good customer service!!! I've had my own business for years and would never treat customers the way I've been treated! I would go to petsmart for my dog food but they are too far from my home!! I am very unhappy with the way I've been treated!! Go elsewhere!!!!
