I used to love going there, but as of late they haven't had alot in stock. It's been 2 weeks and still no feeders, im sure they'll blame the shipping, but this isn't the 1st time. They don't have much of a selection of aquarium products. I get more from publix then I do from there. I like that it's down the road but wish they ran a better business. Gotta go where the products are. Bye

The staffs are not professional when I came it was only 20 minutes before closing and I ordered 10 chickens but they gave me 8 chickens on purpose. And they taped the boxes HORRIBLY! And one of the chicken popped out of the box. PLEASE DO NOT TO THIS PLACE!

They refused to refund my purchase (from two days ago, with the receipt) unless I gave them my phone number. THEN, they REFUSED TO REFUND MY CARD, saying they "only do cash" on debit cards. Bad customer service, and prices higher than anywhere else.

I rarely do reviews but our shopping experience with Gabby deserves one. We bought a new 68 gallon fish tank and wanted to buy some new fish for it. Gabby was very patient, extremely knowledgeable and answered every question. Her knowledge of the different species of fish and care was impressive. We felt very confident that her suggestions of fish would work out great. We will return to this location because of Gabby!! Thanks again

Love where it's located. Most of the other ones in my area are no where near close to everything. Employees were awesome even though I asked questions they would never know the answer unless they were vets. Should told me they weren't instead were very polite and tried as best as could be to ease my mind about what I was doing for my dog. And an extra thanks to Isabella from Cuba, it was her second day there and she really tried to help even though she is just starting out. God bless her, she had to leave her furry friend in Cuba until........Thank you Isabella. Praying for you and your furry best friend are reunited soon. Big thanks to entireGreat group.

I like the store itself. As far as the grooming goes, I cancelled another appointment to make my dog's grooming appointment here today and I show up an hour early and it turns out the groomer called in sick. Per the staff, they were auto call me early this morning and let me know it had to be rescheduled, which they failed to do. So now I missed both appointments that I had for nothing. They should be more considerate of people's time.

Recently bought two birds and a bigger bird cage from here. The staff was pleasant and very attentive to what I needed. They made sure I knew the birds and what to expect when I got them home and how to transfer the others to the new cage. A perfect crew!!

Some of the staff is friendly and helpful but others are no help at all and very rude. We have bought fish from there and the tanks have lots of dead fish in the tanks and when they are getting your fish out of the tank everything floats up! They are stuck in filters and just not a healthy environment for the other fish. All the fish we have bought over 100 plus dollars hav me died non have survived. We will not be buying from them again.

Gabby the “manager” is very unhelpful. I came in today because I was told the new shipment of food comes on Mondays, she refused to check for the food in the back and said I have to wait until the food gets on the shelves. This was a 30 minute commute, I just think that she should’ve made the effort.

Very impressed with the knowledgeable and friendly staff. The store is extremely clean, well stocked and organized. I bought stuff on the 1st visit for my hermit crabs but had to come back the next day to buy my kitty a cat tree.Love how they have so many trees and posts to choose from. It's difficult to purchase those on line, they seem to never be large or sturdy enough for my 14lbs cat.The ladies were so nice and loaded it up for me and said if she didn't like the tree, or it wasn't large enough, I could return it.Despite my concerns......it was a hit!Thanks to all the wonderful employees for a truly stress free experience! I will be back soon.

I would not visit any other store. This Pet Supermarket has it all and this is where I come for my pet food and grooming. The place is very clean and the inventory is great. When I got my new picky eating pup I couldn't get her to eat and spent a good penny going to the vet but that dilemma was resolved when Camila came into the picture. Thanks to her knowledge and guidance Nikki is now a happy pup...and u now how it goes Happy Pup Happy Mom. My hat goes off not only to Camila but to the owner who does a great job picking the store staff ....would love to shake his hand.

Esther at the cashier was very rude!! She definitely needs to take a class in customer service. The only reason why I will come back to the store is because the girl with long hair she knows a lot about fish and is super nice.

Our first in the beginning it was okay and I always ask for at least two dozens of crickets but every time I got the crickets they looked at like one dozen of crickets so I let it go next time I did the same and it was less it was 10 crickets instead of two dozen of crickets these people will jip you out and every time I bought crickets from there two days later they would die now they turn pure black so yeah I guess that's the last time I go there

The staff here are incredibly kind. We were able to get right in to the groomers. They were gentle and kind with my dog. I just wish they carried his brand of dog food.

I have been twice to this store and I like how they have set up the fresh-water-fish section that is rarely seen in good shape in any other pet store or even in another Pet Supermarket. The fish look healthy and well cared for. However today when I was buying a couple of guppies one of the associates told me, quote: "let me tell you that we will not be able to refund you if the fish die", and I asked why. The associate responded: "it's because you were advised to buy the fish in odd numbers (three), now if the couple you bought fight, and they die we won't be able to refund you" ( I only bought 2 fish). That was something really wierd and unnecessary to say since guppies are a very peaceful kind of fish and in general it didn't make me feel very comfortable.

Always a pleasure shopping here. They had some kind of activity for dogs going on and there were some cute dogs. I bought some raffle tickets but forgot to look at what they were raffling, I just like donating to anything with animals. Keep up the good job!

Bought a rabbit here with my girl about a week ago and the rabbit is amazing but overall, was pretty disappointed that none of the employees could tell me the rabbits age, gender or even breed it was. Nice and clean store though.
