The staff members are dedicated professionals who do THE BEST job in nail care-clip and dremel- as well as full cleaning of ears, face and body. Taking our pet to Onblonde is like taking him to a playdate with benefits! He comes home super clean and happy. The staff is knowledgeable, experienced and committed to individualized pet care and comfort. We know our buddy gets a lot of personal attention and love at Onblonde. Here every pet is known by the staff and pampered with joyful spirit. The spa also has a great assortment of pet accessories, toys and healthy food and treats. Had a wonderful experience at Onblonde Pet Spa. They were very thorough regarding questions on what kind of cut we would like for our Cavapoo puppy and they took great care to make sure our puppy was comfortable and not scared of her first cut. I don’t know why my review never posted but I took my dog here and they cut his tongue, badly. There was blood all over my hands and it bled for over an hour. I almost took him to an emergency vet as I could not get the bleeding under control. I was told he was cut due to his “panting” and sticking out his tongue. Panting is not foreign behavior in dogs. Any trained dog groomer should know that is normal behavior and act accordingly. I have never experienced this with any of his past groomers and only took him here because it was marketed as a luxury spa and I wanted my dog to be pampered. I was still charged $85 and was told it wasn’t bleeding when in fact it was. I wish I never took him here and it’s been two months and he will forever have a divit in his tongue.

My pup has never been to a groomer before and his first experience here was wonderful! He HATES bath. The only thing he dislikes more is getting his nails cut, but Tatiana was wonderful with him and made him comfortable. We got back a spiffy dog! I didn't know his coat could be so shiny!

We brought our puppy here for six months and were initially always satisfied. The staff are very sweet and welcoming and our puppy (despite not enjoying baths) always seemed to be happy coming for her visits. Towards the end, the prices were greatly raised as well as we kept having to ask for corrections to the haircut that made us look elsewhere.

Onblonde Pet Spa is hands down the best place you could possibly ever take your furry loved ones. They go above and beyond in not only taking care of the dogs but the owners and their staff as well. I recently moved from West Palm to Nashville and I was in panic mode thinking about finding someone to come even close to the groom and care my golden doodle, Cooper receives at Onblonde. Michael and Cooper’s groomer, Samantha went above and beyond to write down grooming notes as well as calling and finding potential groomers here in Nashville that they believe would care and groom Cooper like they did. I mean, that’s not just service that’s treating us like we are family. Truly caring for us even after we have left! I could go on and on but what you need to know is that everyone at Onblonde truly loves their job and cares about every animal that walks through their doors not to mention they have the TOP groomers in the United States. Cooper saw Samantha for his groom and not only did she do a phenomenal job but she also made him feel safe and loved him dearly. That’s all a dog mom can ask for. If you don’t believe me go try them out for yourself. I promise you won’t regret it. Thank you Onblonde!!

When we relocated to Palm Beach last year from NYC I was worried whether I was going to find a good place for our dog's grooming and occasional daycare needs. Well, I was more than pleasantly surprised to discover OnBlonde. We had to go out of town for a few days and I didn't want to leave our beautiful hound stuck indoors at a kennel like facility, so I was very happy to find OnBlonde who offer farm stays at their fabulous location out in Jupiter Farms. Our hound has so much energy and the farm gives her the freedom to run around while the care providers there play fetch and take care of her with lots of genuine attention. The bed quarters are super clean and spacious - Mike, Glen, and Kim have all been a pleasure to deal with always and are very accommodating to our needs.They also offer top notch grooming and a very modern spa-like boutique on Palm Beach where they have some very gorgeous unique items in their shop... Baxter (our dog) has a gorgeous tartan collar that we bought there.Can't beat this place for quality, service, and a great time and lots of love for your four legged friend!!
