Being the protective pet owner that I am, I do not trust just anyone to groom my dog. This is the third time I have had her groomed by Dogs Day Out and I must say my dog has looked like a little “show dog” each and every time! The staff is very caring and they do an amazing job! An extra special thanks to Tony for your professionalism, I fully trust my fur baby in you and your staff’s care! You all are the BEST!

They do a pretty good job. Seems like every time I go, the price increases by $5.00, and the owner complains about the rent increase. Inflation at its best.

Tony is great! I really recommend this place great for boarding and especially grooming! Very lovely and kind people offered me some great cuban coffee while I waited ! Irene one of the groomers is also great leaves my long haired Shitzu gorgeous, ive been going there for 12 years now and they never fail to surprise me !

I will NOT be back to this place! The man with the glasses is rude and tells you 1 price when you leave your pet but when you pick your pet after the services have been done he charges you a different higher price. Everytime for the same service is a different price it started at $20 then it went to $35 and this time was for $65 for a haircut and nail clipped and they burned my pet because the clippers where hot from using constantly. Her nails where not clipped because i put a small line with a marker on all paws and it was still there when i picked up my pet. Her haircut was badly cut long in different places. Is a shame that this man is so nasty because the 2 ladies in the back are actually really nice. I would not recommend this place but this is only my experiences (7) with them. I gave him enough chances to treat a good customer with respect and good service.

If I can give this place negative stars, I would. If you care about your pet look for anywhere else to groom them. This place is like a horror show for all pets. RUN AWAY! This place should be closed, no idea how a place that ABUSES ANIMALS is still doing open.

The person in charge touts many years of experience in handling dogs and though he may actually handle the animals well and treat them well he knows nothing about doing whats right for the animal. What leads me to this conclusion is he completely shaved my double coated dog. Which if anyone with any knowledge about this KNOWS this is something you shouldn't do, no matter what the person says.

This place is absolutely amazing!!! I adopted both my dog and they we're both a mess. This place made my dogs look and smell superb! I will never take my pups anywhere else.

Would not go back. This place is ghetto. I walked into the shop with my lab and had a lady that couldn't speak English. She walked into the back and started arguing with someone in Spanish. I waited a few minutes while they argued and decided to leave. Would never go back. Not a friendly environment. Also the parking lot has lots of homeless and ghetto people walking around.

Evert time I took my dogs there the price was raised. And the groomer did a horrible job on them leaving patches of hair in random places.

My wife took for the first time our little princess and had a wonderful experience she left her there since 7am till she got off work 6pm and they didn't charge her extra for the time this place really have a lot of love for dogs I am so pleased with the work they did with our puppy. I will continue goin there forever.

I am so pleased with my dog this place is wonderful the love the owners have for the dogs is incredible they dedicate all their time to the dogs from 5:30am till the last client pick up their dog I got out at 7from work and they were just there waiting for me didn't have to pay extraI love this place!!!

Llevo un tiempo llevando mi mascota aquí y todo estaba bien me fui de viaje y la dejé por 4 días no lleve comida ni nada el señor q me atendió me dijo q ellos le daban de ahí q tenían bastante y q podía recogerla a las 5 cuando voy al cuarto día a recogerla me atiende una señora con tremenda mala forma y falta de profesionalismo y me dice usted tenía q recoger a su mascota a las 11 y no le trajo comida a su mascota yo le respondo cuando yo la traje todo estaba bien el señor me dijo que no había problema y que el horario era este cuando llego a mi casa mi perra se ha comido toda la comida sin parar y tomando cantidad de agua y al otro día se la pasó vomitando yo no puedo imaginarme que esa señora no le haya dado comida a mi perra por cuatro días no me verán más el pelo ahí tú sabes lo q es tratar a un animal así es increíble no lo recomiendo para nada
