This place is great.. we came in for mulch and Tim helped us, he's very friendly and happy to help, of course we couldn't help wandering around and looking at all of the wonderful things for sale here.. we've been sending our customers here for years for the mulch and this was our first time wandering in ourselves... The Gardens offers an excellent variety of landscape ideas and rock options. We decided to replace all of our pine bark in lanscape beds with 1.5" Brookstone rock. The Gardens had the rock in stock and provided same day delivery. Great place! You won't be disappointed.

Walked around for 15-20 minutes. During that time, no one approached to see if help was needed. Now: Two gentlemen were outside when I first arrived then disappeared before I could approach them for help. Heading to Tampa. Hoping for a better outcome while I shop for rocks.

We have been going to this location for several years to look for items needed for our home outdoor projects. Previously we have been assisted by the owners. However, today was truly a pleasant experience!!! As soon as we arrived we were greeted/assisted. The whole team was pleasant and courteous. Specially Melissa who took the time to help us accomplish our objective! James was helpful too. We needed several things for our new project including pebbles/rocks, fountains, ideas, etc. They were instrumental in our decision making because they took the time to intentionally discuss our vision and project. This was not the case in previous visits! Several were new employees yet if they did not have the answer they would get it!Today we purchased 2 fountains and pending on a stone bench for an oasis in the memory of my mother. Overall the treatment and engagement of the team gave us a different perception of the place and it’s customer service.I love that the fountains are USA made, not china and any imported items are Vietnam or other places like India, etc.

This is by far one of the very best, if not the best place around, if you're picky about your rocks... the owner sources everything himself from all over the country. The staff was far better then expectedin reguards to customer service, frendly , knowledgable about the products, this is only place i would consider for all my stone and coy needs

This place is the tip of the spear! Great customer service, quick load times and easy to work with! They loaded 3 trucks worth of rock in my pickup, able to unload all 1.5 yards in under 2 hours! Lots of stuff!!! Came back for some of the glass rocks, which were half a buck cheaper than others and more sizes to pick from. Some of the green stones were a great choice too. A bit disappointed in fountain prices though as others were well under their rates. Well worth the trip.

I had a good experience with a delivery from Wesley Chapel Rock and Landscape. Needed 2 yards of topsoil delivered and was quoted over the phone a reasonable price. Took a ride to their location to look around and place my order. Staff was super nice and I was surprised at all the different landscape products they offered, its definitely worth a walk through their site to get ideas. Delivery driver called when he was leaving and arrived shortly after. I will use them again and recommend to others.

Prices on mulch are fair, but company’s customer service needs improvement. Waited inside the store ready to purchase mulch when an employee saw me waiting. He said something about being busy and then left. After about 5 minutes of waiting, I walked near that employee and another one outside the store. At that time, after being persistent, I was finally recognized and able to pay for my purchase.

If I could give it zero stars I would. We purchased a new pump for our waterfall. $200.00, only worked two weeks. Had receipt and owner said he would not give refund cause we used it. Never will shop there again. No customer service.

If you like pottery they have tons, all sizes in stock from small to large and some huge ones! They also have lots of rocks and landscaping stones at half the price of the home stores.
