i found a super cute cat bowl and water fountain and i was so happy that my kitty liked itthere is so many new selections of cat food that i want to upgrade her too and was excited to see that it's come so far very clean and well zoned islesmy sister pointed out the birds had all their wings clipped and that made me very sad something you would expect at a big chain pet store tho

Dr. Navarro is fabulous!!! I have never before met such a caring doctor. She takes the time to listen to my concerns, works with me in the treatment of my pet, and goes above and beyond to make my pet feel better. She's extremely knowledgeable in her field and I fully trust her when it comes to my pet's health. I would give Dr. Navarro and her team a 10+ !! Outstanding group of people. The groomers do not know how to handle bigger dogs. We tried to get our dog groomed and he tried to play with the other dogs, they made us come back the next morning for the earliest appointment then called us again saying he was “aggressive” and they couldn’t take him. We called to make another appointment for the earliest time today and were told he was labeled as “an aggressor” and couldn’t be serviced at any petsmart. I spoke to Brittany who claimed she was the manager and said he lunged at another dog. When I questioned her telling here he has never been aggressive and doesn’t even blink when other dogs bark at him, she changed the story and said he was still in the tub and was trying to get out. I asked how it was determined he was being aggressive and not just playful or scared and she said “body language”. Brittany claimed to have seen a tape from that day, however none of this was shown to us. The staff from the previous day said they couldn’t take him for an afternoon appointment because he wants to play with other dogs, yet the next day he’s aggressive? He is an XL bully who weighs 100lbs. Just because he’s big does not mean he deserves to be labeled as an aggressor. Petsmart should hire actual professionals who can handle any type of dog. This was a terrible experience and my pup was profiled due to his breed.

My dog has been going there for years for grooming and has been on calcium for years since he had cancer. Now all of a sudden I was told by the groomer then the manager that my dog can no longer be seen there since he is on calcium and it has bad side effects. All medications have bad side effects. The manager was rude and he offered me no solution other than to take my business elsewhere after years. My family and I are no longer going to do business with them. Customer service needs to be a priority in these companies.

We've been taking both our cat and our dog to PetSmart Vet Services in WC for the last couple of years, and we've had absolutely stellar service. I don't often submit reviews, but this whole team is awesome. From reception to vet care, it's always quick, reliable and kind. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Keep it up!

Dr. Navarro is amazing !! She and the entire staff are so compassionate and caring, it’s wonderful to see people that really care about animals . She listens to you , calms you and your pet , and gives you different options for treatments. Definitely recommend this practice.

Selling expired cat food. When brought to the attention of the assistant manager (who claimed to be the manager), got an attitude w me, grabbed it & walked it to the front of the store and threw it at the store manager on the checkout area. Horrible customer service.

The most rude employees work at this location, their aquariums are all filled with grossness and dead fish everywhere. Tried to buy a gecko and was told no after waiting over 20 minutes for an employee to help me.

02/2024: Tippy 🐶 remembered shopping here a short time ago and got some water buffalo sweet potato rawhide chews. 03/2024: Tippy led me to the pet store and we wandered around 3 times searching for something, I got him to the bone aisle and got Tippy to sniff 'em bones trying to find something and he picked out an antler ($12.50). Smart dog who grew up learning about money from his poverty family wants the antler but didn't get excited because it's "pricey" and we already picked out 2 items. Bought the antler and Tippy is happy with a big smile on his face 😁🐶❤️.Tippy also picked out a syrian hamster he wants. He misses Princess 🐹 and Luna 🐹 (both RIP from old age 💐).

We of course go to Petsmart in Wesley Chapel to get things for our puppy, Oreo, and we have also been going there to train her, as well. Torin (hope I got that spelling right) is our instructor/facilitator. What an amazing wealth of knowledge, patience and skills he has!! After a few weeks of training our dog, my wife and I are SO convinced that this was money well spent. SO happy we found Torin.

Half the fish we buy from here die. Takes forever to walk around the store to find someone to help you and once you do they act like you are bothering them. Are not knowledgeable about much…just guess and then read what the packaging says to you. I have better luck at Pet Supplies in Zephyrhills

clean parking lot with poo bag dispensers for your pet. Clean store and helpful staff. Early grooming hours. Pet friendly of course. The early grooming hours are a nice touch for those early risers. All the normal stuff that one would find at a PetSmart. Staff was helpful and positive over all. Happy workers make happy customers.

My little dog Mocha loves Dr. Navarro. She is very caring and compassionate. The office is conveniently located in a spacious part of the Petsmart store, service is great and atmosphere is very friendly and positive. I highly recommend Dr. Navarro.

Out of all the places Dolly has been to be groomed over the years, this is the best we have ever seen her look! Her coat is flawless! She also was happy when I picked her up. Not scared or anxious. We couldn’t be happier and definitely recommend Violet and the rest of the friendly staff at the Wesley Chapel location for your pets future spa day!

The new grooming manager is completely unreasonable looking for any excuse not to groom larger dogs.I have been taking my Golden Retriever to this Petsmart grooming location for the past 11 years. Now all of the sudden they don't want to groom my dog because he is older and has arthritis. That's why I requested the express service and always tip an extra $20 or $30 to the groomer who knows and has groomed Samson in the past.

I have been debating whether or not to post this, because honestly at first the vet here i liked. But after going to another vet, I have to talk about my experience.I have three cats, and one who has entropion (that is diagnosed now and has a surgery date), i went to this vet when i first noticed something was wrong with his eye. they wrote it off as allergies, even though it was in one eye. which i knew at the time was false, but now i have the correct diagnosis.but instead of the vet saying she wanted to diagnose my cat with this, she wanted me to spend hundreds of dollars running tests, when all my cat had wrong was an overgrowth of the eyelid.it made me feel as if they people there didn’t care about my cat, they cared about the money. now while i don’t think they are all like that, my experience with my cat put a terrible taste in my mouth.

I love this place. You can tell everyone who works here truly cares about animals. The Grooming manager Kim is great. We've been going to her for over 10 years. She's taken such good care of all of our dogs. We also find a lot of cool treats and toys for our cats. I highly recommend the store and the grooming department.

Very friendly knowledgeable staff. My cat has been diagnosed as a diabetic and staff is able to answer all questions and makes me feel my cat's health is very important to them. Staff is very friendly and personable.
