I do not recommend. I took my toy poodle at 7:30am (the time of the appt.) by 10am my the puppy had not been touched. Michelle the groomer did a really poor job. When I picked up my puppy her face and tail had not been trimmed, I made her trim her face but she did not touched the tail. Never again will I bring my puppy there. Her attitude and customer service need a lot of improvement.

Was not a very friendly experience. She kept asking about a skin issue my dog had years ago and I kept explaining she was good no issues. She also cut the dogs nail too short and the dog was in pain. No real good communication.

Gabby is amazing with my pup shadow. She is patient, calm and caring. I can tell that she genuinely loves her job and does her best to make shadow feel safe and comfortable even though she hates going to the groomers.

The groomers are not experienced enough to handle a dog with anxiety despite offering useless VIP packages that would lead you to believe otherwise. My dog was in there for no more than 10 minutes before she was brought back to me. They told me she was too worked up for a bath, so I was charged $28 for half a nail trimming and a partial ear cleaning and told to take her some place else. Very unprofessional.

Gabby did an excellent job taking care of our fur baby Rocket. We were so happy with the way his hair was cut and how gentle Gabby was with Rocket. We could tell that she was very passionate on taking take of Rocket and made it easy to trust that she was going to do what was best for Rocket. I was not happy with my dogs grooming. I came to pick him up and he had a bruised on his head with blood. They told me he didn't like the crate and was jumping in it. My goldendoodle is only a year old and is so sweet. I never had a problem with him there before, why now! No communication by phone to let me know that he was stressed out, they waited till I got there. I will not be going back to your grooming salon.

I had only been taking my one year old Shih Tzu there about 3-4 times. The first two experiences I was told to bring him back during the week where their best groomers were available to handle my kind of dog. I made my last appointment for a Monday, but was told to bring him in on that Thursday. They were quite abrupt with me about his behavior and stated if they couldn’t finish him they would call me back to pick him up. Very negative remarks even before grooming. Of course I had to pick him up. Then the groomers mentioned that I may need to take him to a place where they can administer medication to calm him because they don’t have services like that. In other words, he should not return there! I have never been so insulted! If your pet is active and easily distracted, you may not want to take them there.... my dog was cut so low you could see his skin! He was not matted, but they told me this because it was easier for them. Just terrible customer care service as well as incompetent employees!

The service was OUTSTANDING!!! Our pup is a shelter save, and easily nervous with strangers and being left without her Family. The Groomers quickly bonded with her and put her at ease! She was all smiles when we checked on her and picked her up... And she looked and smelled great! Thank you! 👏🏽

Our two shelties were a mess--they haven't had professional grooming since the pandemic hit and their double coats were awful. I'm not sure who groomed Brock and Sadie, but I think they are the best grooming jobs they've had--and that says a lot because I'm always pleased with Petco's grooming services. There were stray long hairs all over my dog and there wasn't any difference then when I trim him at home. I paid good money to be able to have an exceptional job done and that was not the result I received.

Stylist asked a lot of questions. And Stanley's haircut came out very nice. My stylist was very patient with Stanley he has Cushing's Disease and is not able to stand for long times or walk very well. My stylist was very patient with helping him get back to his feet and getting his balance and letting him sit while she was cutting his hair.

Beth is absolutely amazing. It may sound corny, but I'm so overprotective of who works with my senior Shih Tzu. You read stories and hear stuff on the news. So scary. But Beth is so calm natured. She's gentle, she pays attention to my dog-son. She compliments him every time I pick him up. I appreciate her more than you could imagine. I trust her to take care of him. And he's clean and beautifully cut when I pick him up.

First and foremost when I arrived was greeted and acknowledged which is very important to me when going into a business. Alayna was very helpful and professional I explained to her it had been a while since Missy had been groomed due to a bad experience at another groomer and sanitation. So I was very cautious of who would be grooming her as a customer cleanliness, customer service is key for me. Alayna displayed all of the above and I wanted to thank her for that. So kudos to Ms. Alayna and thank you again for the wonderful experience you provided to me and Missy as well.

My groomer is completely understanding of my dog and how old she is. She is patient with Ladie and that's all I really ask for a groomer. I know my dog, she can be a menace and I have been very lucky that she's been patient with Ladie.

This place it's a JOKE and EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL.. I had an appointment for 4:30 they called me at 2:15 to tell me if I can be there at 2:30 , I said I lived 30 minutes away so I could be there around 2:45.. It's raining like hell today so I get a call at 2:50 asking me where Am I.. I said 5 minutes away and they told me they needed to cancel my appointment even tho I drove 30 minutes for nothing.

The last time I took my dog there, the groomer said he was too big to groom him. He is a long hair weiner dog for crying out loud. It was their way of telling me they didnt value my patronage there anymore IMO. At least there any ways. That was in wesley chapel.

had appt for 10 30. was told when we got there that it would take between 3 to 4 hours. had it done in past in 2 hrs. was told they had a lot of dogs today. then dont overbook. came at 1 30 was told dog was done with bath and cut was nextI should have taken the dog at that point. so my dog was sitting on a crate for couple of hours just because they overbooked. why have an appt?
