An amazing group of people to work with to find the best food for my pets. I have found the cutest things for my dogs here! They have strollers, cute treats for special occasions, food and so much more! My AB Buster loves coming into the store to see the ladies and maybe steal a snack or two :) Prices are very fare for the quality you receive. I absolutely love that we have a boutique dog store in Wesley Chapel!

I love the staff. I have a VERY anxious Lab mix and have had to try a few different CBD calming products to help him. Their product knowledge has been extremely helpful. In addition, they have a great return policy on these products if it doesn't work out for your pet. Highly recommend their services.

Super friendly and helpful whenever I go! My rabbits are litter trained and I was looking for a good oder resistant litter that doesn't have too overpowering a smell and they recommended one cat litter that's worked perfect for them and doesn't bother their noses. They're also just really friendly and always give me good advice on brands when I have questions. I always feel welcome in there which is nice and it's convenient since it's right by Publix so I can get my groceries in the same trip too

Over the past few months I’ve been researching raw food diets for dogs and although I knew it’s the best way to go, I just felt a bit apprehensive about making the change. I went into Munchies for the first time and omg!!! I went from being a little overwhelmed to fully confident all thanks to Lindsey!!! I told her what my intentions were and that I just didn’t know where to start. Let me just say, she has soooooo much knowledge about everything! She really took the time out to explain everything to me. From the products they carry, the benefits to a raw food diet, supplements, hot-med-warm meats, literally everything. I’ve learned more from this one visit at this store than anything I’ve found online. I’m so thankful to have found this store, and more importantly, to Lindsey.

I gave 2 stars bc it was my first order from this store. I buy Stella and Chewy products, which is freeze-dried raw coated food. I needed CAT food, and I was sent KITTEN food.Needless to say, I was very frustrated bc I was told what I needed wasn't even in stock! I then had to drive to another store to get the right food, which defeated the purpose of using Doordash for delivery.I wanted and planned on giving 1 star, but I was contacted by the store via text after realizing the error, and the person was very apologetic and did try to correct the error.The apology meant a lot to me bc of the sincerity. I recognize mustakes are made.This company just started on Doordash, so they deserve a second chance. Just make sure you check your order before the dasher leaves for order accuracy.Mindy B.

My wife and I went to Munchies today looking for some new options for my cat with food allergies, who is currently on a "prescription" food diet. A Primal Pet Foods ambassador was there, Gary, who was very knowledgeable and helpful with answering our questions. Also, the store staff was very knowledgeable and helpful as well. We got a coupon for a free starter pack of the Primal Raw Food for cats. Our experience was great and this vendor is highly recommended. We will definitely be returning in the future.

This is a cute little place that sells some useful items and good quality dog food. They could improve by streamlining their "member system", so that when you "check in" by entering your number, it automatically keeps track of your blue buffalo purchases. Instead, the deal of a free bag of blue buffalo dog food per X amount of bags purchased, and the number of bags you purchase is kept track of via a human writing on a card. That's fine with me, really. I just wish they'd do everything, including the check in via human power and eliminate the tech side, or go all the way tech. I don't like the half and half, where some things are tracked only via paper and others are you typing in your phone number so that you get the occasional text advertisement of store discounts and sales. The people are pretty friendly and I could see this business holding it's own, if they could just not make you feel so terrible for asking if they have rawhide bones. The response was a very passionate, "we don't sell rawhide here". I agree. Rawhide is bad. I was shopping for someone else and they wanted me to ask.

I understand you take pride in your products but in my opinion it is not good to come across as aristocratic. There are plenty of places to purchase blue buffalo at $55 a bag. I try to support small businesses over big box chains even if they are more expensive. That being said I do expect a higher level of customer service. I did not receive the experience I was hoping for when I entered the store. I was not asked if I need help when I came in or if I needed anything else when checking out. When asked about a dog food brand I had purchased before the representative turned her nose up at me. It is not like I was looking for kibble and bits. As a consumer I want the highest value for the lowest price it is not absurd to think someone wouldn't want to always buy your most exspensive product.

They have a wide variety of dog & cat food, treats,and are willing to order you anything they lack in inventory. Location is great. The owner is not very friendly , not sure what the deal is there but its obvious even to us and we come here to buy often....

This is a very customer oriented business. I needed an airline approved carrier and they were kind enough to extend the return deadline to accommodate my travel needs. The store has an extensive inventory to meet the needs of your pets, from toys to food and more!

Great selection of all natural high-quality products to choose from. Many products we had not seen elsewhere! Worth a look if you prefer to feed your animals real food.

Went in yesterday and nothing was in stock for the third time i’ve been in there in the past month. The new employees have terrible advice. Seriously they will give you textbook answers that are not specific to your situation. Since the new owners took over and the main girl left it has not been worth the drive from Brooksville. truly sad to see this store is not even family owned anymore and is just owned by some corporate chain from Chicago. this isn’t shopping local. Just go to Max’s on 54 instead. it’s actually local owned and has just about the same prices and more options.
