Don’t go here for grooming, staff is rude and incompetent, and will not deviate from their “standard” haircuts for customer request, I.e. they lack the skills to do anything more than a very basic groom, but charge for a premium service. The groom was $200 for him to come back feeling like his coat had buildup that wasn’t there when he went in, and with only maybe 10% of the haircut I asked for even attempted. The groomer they booked with my poodle had no clue how to do proper clean feet or face, and seemed afraid of going close to the skin. She also couldn’t blend or follow directions to save her life. Dog clearly wasn’t blown out when I got him back, was cut curly, which never looks right on a poodle. I tried to get a partial refund, and was initially refused and booked for redo service with the same incapable groomer, until the manager heard what I wanted and finally conceded they didn’t have the skill to do it, or in their words “weren’t comfortable grooming a dog outside their stand cut,” and finally gave me half my money back. Manager was rude, and clearly irritated at me for having standards.I asked for clean sanitary, clean feet, and a shaved chest and belly blended into the longer back length… the picture of him outside is the same cut done correctly by my groomer before I moved. the rest of the pics are what i got back from Woof Gang.

This is my absolute favorite pet food shop in all of PBC!! Not only do they have a great selection of products (including raw food brands and many other healthy options) but their entire staff is always super friendly, and they never hesitate to go above and beyond for their customers! It almost always smells great in there too, because they're often baking up some tasty dog treats in-house ;p It's truly always a pleasure doing business with them and I love telling other pet parents about their adorable little shop 🐾 Thank you Woof Gang for being so awesome!!! ♡

I was facing medical issues and I put my GSD, Cooper, into their 2 week bootcamp. I was very pleased with the staff and trainers who are very professional and personal. They also put Cooper on a diet and took 12 lbs off my GSD and since then Cooper went from 130 lbs to 102 lbs. His new weight has given him more energy and he looks great. I highly recommend Woof Dog and continue to use their services.

I wouldn’t be posting this if it hadn’t been for the groomer at this shop being rude. I liked the people I engaged with while booking the appointment. I liked having text communications. That’s why this place earned at least the two stars. I figured spending twice as much money than the mobile groomers would mean that I would interact with a high quality groomer. NOT SO. I asked for my dog to be trimmed with scissors instead of clippers and the groomer tried to tell me that it is “not breed standard,” (by the way it is most definitely breed standard) and that it would cost more money and take more time. I was open to paying MORE money for him to be cut correctly. I asked how much more money would it take and was cut off mid sentence with “it doesn’t matter anyway his coat has been ruined by someone else shaving him in the past.” I actually do realize that when dogs are shaved once their coat doesn’t fall the same afterwards. That’s fine. But I was asking to have my dog trimmed and not shaved. In addition I clarified and said that she can use the clippers on the chest and belly of my dog and make it really short almost to the skin for those areas. She said okay and that she would blend the edges so it would transition to the longer length of the coat. At this point I started stressing out because I had to ask my boyfriend to go drop the dog off and I had already waited a month for this appointment. I asked for him to please be cleaned up and even and keep his chest short and trim his paws. Of that list only his paws turned out well. I don’t know how but this dog is completely uneven. Long hairs in weird places. His chest is longer than most of his body by the way. The only thing I made sure to clarify wasn’t done. I am not sure why a shop wouldn’t accept more money from a client but I was totally willing to pay extra to have him done right and now he looks like a clown. All of this aside, my dog is an adorable boy and I wouldn’t care so much about the way he turned out if the groomer wasn’t so hostile, stubborn and frankly she seems unwilling to take pride in her job. Had she not spoken to me and my bf both condescendingly— I wouldn’t even be writing this review. I did text the shop to ask for the owner to call me. They wrote back saying I should just call the shop. No thanks. Enough of my energy has been dedicated to the wrong business. I haven’t tried their products in the shop but I definitely won’t be going back. If you’re considering finding a quality groomer then don’t bother with this place.

I just wanted to give a shout out to the Colleen, Ellie, and the whole team at Woof Gang Bakery. I have been taking my little lady here since 2017. I had been to a couple different groomers & just didn’t get warm & fuzzies from them, so I continued looking until I found Woof Gang & I couldn’t be happier. They are not only a business I frequent but I consider them family. My little girl is in every 2 weeks for her Diva treatment. They have been there to help me with everything from her picky eating habits to our most recent problems, severe allergies. There is no shortage of good healthy foods & treats for your babies. If you have questions about anything Colleen has answers.If you want a place that you know your baby will be groomed with love & receive food that is the best quality look no further, this is your place.I would give them 100 stars unfortunately Google only allows 5.

From all the products, to the grooming services, and the complete friendliness of the owner and staff, this place is fantastic. My dog loves the homemade treats and even doesn't mind if I grab him a cute bandana or bowtie while he gets his nails clipped!

I understand that each Woof Gang Bakery is a franchise and has different owners, but the price range from one store to the other is unbelievable. I called the Wellington FL store and asked how much the small cupcakes are and they said $7.99!! For a little tiny cupcake? They add sprinkles and a candle so I guess that warrants such a high price. So then I called the Palm Beach Gardens FL store and their cupcakes are $3.25. Much more reasonable and I can use my own candle. Needless to say, I will shop at the PBG store.

A quaint shoppe, Woof Gang Bakery has a variety of wholesome, homemade treats that my dog loves, especially the Bacon Cheddar Treats. I go mainly for the treats and my dog eats them up! Definitely recommend checking it out for your pet. Miles thoroughly enjoys!

Very helpful and friendly staff. I loved that they understood my concern for my babies sensitive stomach. I wanted a small little cake to "try" before his big day... and she GOT IT! No judgment on their end, and they were able to empathize. They also suggested a few treats that they felt were ok for him to try. Long story short ...they were able to make a mini version of his cake a week before his party. I absolutely this place and Jax loved both of his cakes!

We took our Golden Retriever for a grooming. Coleen and her staff was very friendly and really went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The groomer took her time making sure Robin was properly trimmed. Other places we have gone to either don’t dry properly or won’t trim their hair properly. We will definitely be back. I would recommend Woofgang Bakery to anyone.

My dog has been suffering ever since the last visit to this facility…! chewing and licking her paws all day all night… Please pay attention to your dogs feet before you drop them off… Owner of shop will except no responsibility??? .. and found it easier to blame me… Please look at the pictures and be the judge for yourself…The owner told me this was a puncture wound…? And was not caused by buzzer pushed too hard into The webbing of The paw… which it clearly is…!! That’s why there’s no hair…And a lateral slice.. . These types of people should be held accountable for their actions and not blame them on The owner who knows The condition of their own dog..! I hope this review helps good people down the road.. make the right choice for their furry loved one!

Woof Gang Wellington is the only place I shop for my dogs. Not only do they have high quality dog food and treats but they are very knowledgeable and really take the time to listen. The owner and her staff are always helpful and offer suggestions if asked. My dogs love going there for grooming and are always spoiled with attention and treats.

Don't bring your dog here for a grooming. Food, sure. Grooming, heck no. They do stuff you don't ask for, and they do NOT listen to what the owner specifically asks for. My dog needed a basic bath - ONLY a basic bath. I told them that at home I meticulously maintain his coat by regularly brushing him several times a week and trimming his fur myself. He needed a simple bath after rolling in something right before bedtime. I had already spent a long time cleaned him off using dog cleaning wipes, brushed him out, and made sure his coat was still in its usual very good condition. He had no knots, no tangles, no matts, nothing wrong with his coat condition in any way. The only way you could tell he had done anything was the subtle scent around his neck (cleaning wipes work very well to get rid of all the stuff, but they aren't scent miracle workers). I specifically told them to ONLY bath him, and to NOT cut or trim him in any way. No trim, no shave, nothing. He gets fully maintained at home and I have all the equipment to do it - just unfortunately no bathtub. When I got him back he seemed clean but was licking his privates a lot more than usual. When I got him home and had him roll over for a treat I saw they had shaved the tip of his penis to give a "sanitary cut" and shaved a line by his anus. I never asked for this. His coat is meticulously maintained at home and he naturally has long hair on his bits that gets cleaned once a day every day using gentle cleaning wipes and a gentle detangling comb. He's NEVER had a problem down there, my vet always raves about how well his coat and skin are maintained and how clean and soft he always is. She says he's her best maintained and home groomed client. Now he's suddenly itchy down there and is biting at his bits, because they nicked the skin on his penis a bit when doing something I specifically told them Not to do. They also cut off all his long feathers on his elbows. His breed is supposed to have them! It's part of the standard! That's why I comb them, trim them, and maintain them multiple times a week at home. Now suddenly they are totally gone! Those can take over a year to fully grow back! I thought $60 was a bit high for a basic bath. Now I know why. Because they didn't listen and did more than what I asked for. They did something I specifically told them Not to do. I mean, how hard is it Not to do something? Especially when the owner tells you Not to! This isn't a dog that needed grooming intervention. This is a meticulously well maintained dog that gets brushed and trimmed at home multiple times a week, he only needed a simple shampoo and a dry. How hard is it to do just that? Maybe next time the owner TELLS you not to trim, cut, or shave him in any way because they maintain the dog at home, you'll actually listen. I don't care if it's standard. Not all dogs need to get maintenance cuts, especially if the owner maintains them well and says not to do anything like that. If you want to keep clients who love their dogs and work hard to actually maintain them at home in between bath sessions, maybe actually listen to them and do what they ask for.

My little dog BaoBei ran away about 7 months ago. Needless to say,, I was totally heartbroken. On Friday I got a call from the Big Animal Dog Ranch Rescue that my little guy had been found. I was away and as soon as my plane landed my fiancee and headed straight over to the shelter to pick him up.Well, my little guy was alive, but boy was he a mess. He was all matted, his hair was all over the place and well, this isn't easy to say. He just stunk. We called around and Colleen said we could bring him in for a quick bath. That quick bath took 2.5 hours. They kept the store open for an additional hour and a half. You can tell that they really love their animals here.We are so thankful for all that you did for BaoBei. Thank you so much!!!

I highly recommend showing pictures of how you want your fur baby cut instead of just telling them; especially if you have a golden doodle like we do. They completely shaved our little Oliver from head to tail and now he looks horrible. Doesn’t even act the same (poor boy). We used Woofgang in Charlotte and loved it, but I won’t be going back here to the one in Wellington ever again.
