If you have a big dog(over 40lbs), your dog has long hair! Don't go here!! Because they prefer to serve small dogs, they will refuse to serve your dog for all kinds of reasons!! Don't ask me how I know, 👎🏼they turned me down three times ！！！！

It was my first time taking my 16 week Yorkie puppy for his first groom and Kathie did such an amazing job. She is super sweet and listens to exactly what u say and want. The last two times I went to with my Maltese I did not have good experiences. I actually read reviews this time and decided to try again and had a great experience! Will definitely be taking him back to Kathie!

I paid for the vital care premier wellness.. it was 239.00 for the year i paid upfront... it appears to be good for savings on all grooming's and discount for pet food and rewards back per month and rewards if you bring your pet bill receipt for rewards.. but as far as the grooming pricing,,, they have ala carte pricing.. plus add on 5.99 per groom for materials.. which is not stated on their mini price list on counter. plus my dog needs special shampoo which i supply and they will charge 8.00 per groom if i bring my own,, mgr said time is money they need to keep in on him for 5 minutes... all these mini charges not mentioned when i purchased plan.......... I dont mind paying the correct prices but all the other add on charges they do not mention when you sign up.. they even asked who did not tell me the additional charges.. I refused to mention name but i did not want the person to get in trouble.. But I dont know if plan really worth if i use their grooming... Grooming was fair....... groomer was nice... but i still have my reservations... i am about full disclosure when you buy into a plan..... See their counter price list dont even have all prices and all these additional charges on it, only to find out when paying at the end.

Customer service is non-existent at this petco. This was my first time using their grooming services and definitely my last. I walked in for my dog’s 11 AM groom appointment and we went straight to the check in for grooming. I nicely asked the associate “Hi how ya doin?” she didn’t even respond. Very unwelcoming. I stood there and waited, after about a minute she decides to say very tiredly almost as if I was burdening her, “can I help you”. I told her I have a 11 AM appointment. She very rudely asked “umm, do you have a dog?” with such horrible attitude. Once I showed her my small dog on a leash she said “Oh I didn’t see you there!”. Maybe if she acknowledged me upon walking in she would have realized yes I do have a dog. Someone else came out to take my dog back to start the process; she brought out a leash and started throwing it at him as if she was trying to lasso him. I told her he’d be less intimidated if she got down to his level. She said with such a nasty attitude, “well.. is he like an aggressive dog or something?”. I couldn’t believe she asked me that about my little 11 lb dog. These people don’t know how to work with animals. Monotonous, miserable employees that lack compassion. Condescending and all around rude. They act like you should know what they do when you come out the womb. My dog left so nervous and upset, they handled him badly. The absolute nerve of these people to ask for a tip at the end! Here’s a tip: try to act like you value your clientele. These people go behind the scenes so you can’t see what they do to your pet. They don’t care about the consumer or their pets. You’re burdening them to be in their presence. Spend your money where customer service is valued.

Brought my standard poodle in for his first ever groom and they did amazing. He looks great and Jessica was his groomer and was super nice and calming to him during the process, he was happy the whole time! Definitely will be coming back for his next groom as it left a good impression.

Sara, my pet's groomer, is a perfect groomer. She is so sweet, so helpful, and so great at listening to the cut you want for your fur baby and then completing the job. Even though she was a bit inundated, she was as sweet at could possibly be. Thank you Sara, you're a doll.

Everything was great but the staff member assisting me at the counter failed to mention the price increase for the treatment plan she offered me. Seeing as it was basically the same services as I normally recieved just accumulated differently, I would think the price would be less because why else would you suggest a change? Unless she was trying to sell me, which she was. And I would not make a fuss, I'll pay it. I have the money. But that's not right

The groomer decided that she wanted to shave all of my Yorkie hair off. I specifically told her to trim the hair and to just even out the hair around the face. She decides that the face hair should also be cut super short. She insisted that I told her to shave off all of the hair when I specifically told her that he always gets the teddy bear cut. I cried because my baby looks horrendous. I am extremely disappointed and upset.

Took my Chinese Tibetan Mastiff before and was told that she was a sweet dog to groom. Called to reschedule my dog and they flat out refused to groom her. Mind you, my dog is well behaved and sweet. Never again!

Just called trying to make an appointment for my dog's hair cut. Whoever answered the phone was very ignorant and seemed to only care about charging as much money is possible requesting to add to normal hair cut and bath service I wanted more & more extras. When I denied all of the above then she came up with that "lion cut" for Pomeranian is $10 more than regular cut. My dog is 10 years old. I've tried all kinds of private groomers, mobile groomers, in home groomer and Pet smart grooming salons. No-one ever charged extra for a lion cut. You should be ashamed of such practices of trying to rip off your customers especially during pandemic ! Very disappointed and would not recommend them to anyone! Smh
