Many years. Many $1000’s. If you complain about their inferior product those complaints fall on deaf ears. Carolina would not take my calls, return my calls, credit my purchase or make any attempt to solve the problem. Horrible business with management who cant be bothered. So, here is the first of many bales on the curb in route to the dump, where it belongs.

I waited over 40 minutes in the back to get my order and the staff in the back treated me like I was a total inconvenience. At the time, I was the first person in the back and I was completely ignored by ALL of the guys. They all walked within a few feet of me multiple times and just ignored me like I didn't exist. I tried talking too several of the guys but they just pointed to another guy. By the time I finally got someone to take my receipt I went back to my car and tried to move closer but then a different staff member started yelling at me to go over and get my order... because apparently walking 15 feet with a single 2-string bale on a dolly was too much of hassle for them? I talked to another woman waiting there who was also ignored for quite a while and she said that they're never fast or friendly. So it seems like it wasn't an "off day" for Gold Coast Feed, but the usual continuous pattern of treating customers terribly and like they're a total bother. I'm still in shock of how unpleasant and rude they are to customers. Don't waste your money or your time, I know I definitely won't be returning.

My bunnies loved this Timothy Hay! A Rabbits diet makes out be 80% Hay.I Was paying $50 for 20lb. Now I'm gettin a beautiful 2nd cut, 2 string, Timothy hay for $30.I hope I can get this nice looking hay again.. been to 3 other places this was, by farthe best. Wish I could show you a picture how happy my Bunnies are..

Service is extremely slow when you go to pick up and they act like you are putting them out. Then if you have them deliver to your barn, they leave a huge mess from unloading and don’t clean up. And if you ask them to clean up they look at you like it’s not their job. Go to Grand Prix they are superb!!

The professional and kind staff are educated, hard working and willing to go out of their way for customer satisfaction. Many products are available here like feed , bedding and other supplies

They're not open on Sundays despite their google hours showing open until 3pm. You should really update your hours for reflect your current open times so your potential customers don't drive an hour on a Sunday to find out you're closed. I'll take my business elsewhere.
