Took my wooly siberian husky for a furminator bath and trim but got back a shaved husky. Everybody that knows anything about dogs would never shave a husky. The outer layer of fur will never grow back to what it was. I paid $2500 for him as a puppy but now he is only worth $100. I was under the impression that they were only supposed to shave his legs and not his whole body. The original owners knew that and they always did it with out shaving him. Please see the heartbreaking photos of before and after.

Katie is amazing! I have been going to a local groomer for years but due to one of my dogs being in heart failure we made the switch to mobile grooming. Katie understood exactly what my dogs needs and they came out perfectly! we are definitely going to make this a monthly appointment!

Imagine paying almost 150.00 to give your dog a spa day and you get a completely different dog. I’m SO upset at these groomers. They did NOTHING when I expressed my dissatisfaction. This place is not worth your money. do not take your dog here!!!! I want my money and my goldendoodle back. Extremely unprofessional.

I have an extremely fluffy 17lb kitty and had the hardest time finding a place that would groom cats until I found this place. They scheduled me right away. Julia came to my home with her large. van and in went my fluffy litter-butt cat. Out came my unrecognizable clean beautifully shaved Avery with a lion cut so stunning I couldn’t believe it. There were absolutely no messy buzzer lines, every line was straight and perfect. My big Sheppard Baxter wouldn’t leave him alone because I don’t think he knew who this kitty was. My other cat Winston, Averys brother and best buddy, still doesn’t fully know who this cat is.I highly recommend this company and look forward to a few months of litter-less kitchen and carpets. 👏 bravo. Worth every penny. Can’t wait to get the next cut.

If zero stars was an option I’d put that down. I made an appointment for 9 am to make my beautiful little mini poodle in. I showed up at 8:55 am to be able to give the groomer instructions on how short we wanted his hair. The receptionist, an older gentleman I’m assuming to be the owner, told me the groomers were running late and asked me to leave my dog and that the groomers will call me about the styles. My dog is anxious, so I waited until 9:20 am to leave him (groomers still hadn’t shown up). They called and I told them I wanted his hair very short but not shaved like a rat, and when I picked him up at 12 pm, he was pretty much the same fluff ball I left. I asked for a trim, and they told me to give them 1.5 hrs. I went back at 2 pm, my dog was in the back and hadn’t been worked on at all. I asked for my dog back and the receptionist said “you gotta pay first” like it was a ransom! I expressed very deeply how unfair that was and that my poor dog was there for 5 hrs. They were making excuses about why he hadn’t been worked on. In the end, I didn’t want to pay and they threaten to call the cops. They didn’t even offer me a discount with how unhappy I was. Do NOT for the sweet love of dogs give these people business.

Worst experience for my pets and myself. I regret ever going there. My appointment was for 12. I arrive 10 minutes early and they suggest that I leave the cats and come back in 2 hours. Well 2 hours later I show back up and the lady says they were busy and could only do one cat. So she tells me it would be another 2 hours for the other cat. I tell her that I already left work twice now to drop them off and pick them up, so I won’t have time to come back later.So I told her I’ll take the cats now and we can schedule a appointment for the one that wasn’t finished. So when she brings my cats out to the front they are hyperventilating and says that the one wasn’t actually done. So since they didn’t even do the one cat I didn’t have to pay.I really don’t appreciate being lied to and having my time wasted. Especially when it comes to my animals.Also, the workers or owner leaves their dogs there while there in the back and as soon as you walk in you are being barked at until you walk out. Making it a stressful stituatuon to bring your own animals into.

My poor senior dog has been suffering with his long nails and doesn't let anyone cut them. My vet charged me a fortune to sedate and cut and barely cut anything off within 2 months, he was having a hard time walking again.. I was referred to Animal Palace by a mobile groomer. They did the impossible!!!! Within minutes they were able to trim his nails nice and short. He is so happy, running around like a puppy. Thank you so much to you and your incredible staff. I highly recommend them.

I have a Husky/Samoyed and she is the kind of dog that does not do not enjoy the groomers to say the very least, she get’s very anxious. I just used mobile grooming and Emilee did an amazing job on my dog. It was extremely convenient for not only myself, but also my dog.Highly recommend!

In the past, we have loved having our dog groomed here. Unfortunately, as of recent they have been extremely difficult to work with. We've had hair cut issues; when we asked for our Shihpoo to be trimmed a little shorter, they took it as shaved and made her look like a rat. We've had scheduling issues; they have no problem calling and asking you to bring your dog in early, but when you have a scheduled appointment and run 5 mins late they feel it's acceptable to cancel your appointment completely because the groomer is "tired" and didn't want to stay, It was a 2 o'clock appointment. Then We've tried to make appointments and they're having computer problems and say they will call back and never do. I am over it, there are plenty of great groomers out there, I'll find another one.

I booked an appointment for my puppy and the experience was delightful. The owners of the spa were very friendly and welcoming. When I picked up my puppy he smelled wonderful he was nicely groomed and I could tell he was happy with his experience. My only concern was I felt he was cut to short however that was totally my fault because the groomer advised me to do a scissor cut and I did not listen. I will be using this service for all of my puppy’s needs. I am looking forward to booking my next service.

I could not say enough good words about Joyce and how she runs Animal Palace Mobile Grooming, she is a great person and business owner and I would recommend Animal Palace to the moon and back!! Thank you- I have taken my three dogs there twice and I must say- my dogs and I love this place. My dogs came home yesterday soft and so so very happy. This is where you must go. The owner is a kind and wonderful person and her staff and groomers are just plain awesome. I trust her with my family- yes my pets are family- and you can too. This was my first time bringing my dog Bella and Ariel groomed her so beautifully. She looks amazing and we absolutely love her hair cut..thank you. Thank you for a wonderful experience. The owner, Joyce stayed on the phone with me to ease mine and my dogs anxiety issues. She was extremely accommodating and willing to work with us. An appointment was made utilizing the mobile groom service, I was given a 2 hour spot, but it took less time than expected. My dog, who has major anxiety issues due being a terrified rescue, was giving kisses throughout her grooming. I will definitely use Animal Palace again!!!

On my second trip there, they gave my dog an AWFUL haircut after up charging me to over $100 for a bath and haircut when we were quoted $65. Then they refused to have a different groomer on their staff fix the bad cut. No monetary discount was offered and I considered not going back. I did not want to judge them on one bad experience so I took my dog again, requesting that the first groomer we dealt with would be with our dog. When we arrived, we were greeted once again by rude staff and a groomer who was not who we requested. We ended up with the groomer we wanted after having to ask a couple times. Every time we went they ran two hours later than we were told so we got familiar with the parking lot. They also tried to upcharge AGAIN without prior approval. We will not go back. AVOID this place and if you choose to go, expect the time delay and the price to not be what you agreed you would pay.

Very disappointed with Animal kingdom Grooming they said that they were able to handle a giant schnauzer it wasn’t true and that they were familiar with the coat and the cut and that was not true righter they gave me the cut of a regular schnauzer Totally different a shaved back which is not what should have been done bye a professionalExperienced groomer no nail cutting Which should be part of the grooming process my dog had multiple lesions we’re the shaver nipped him at least 3 I Was Quoted one price105 And when I got there it was another price 145 I wouldn’t have minded paying it if the job was good the real mistake was mine for. Best upscale grooming salon we have ever been too. Juritza took care of my Nena my baby yorkie. No one has ever made her look as beautiful as she did. All the staff was super friendly very knowledgable and professional. I will be a forever client. This shop beats all the ones in town. Highly recommend them.

I have a very grumpy, fluffy cat who had never been to a groomers. He had alot of matted areas. They did a lion cut and he looks great! Arrived on time and she was very nice.

I am a first time customer. Website stated 10 % off. I informed them my cocker was difficult. Brought my own Full/ never been used/ bottle of specialty shampoo at my cost of $40.00. It was returned half empty!! and watered down. Directions are clear to soak for 10 minutes on the bottle, which they were advised. Upon pick up they charged me an extra fee of $10 because she snapped at groomer. Paid the $98.28 on pick up.Tipped the groomer even though the price was totally out of hand. I should have been called that I was not going to receive the discount which is on their website of 10%, and be charged extra fee due to her behavior. You would think a professional salon has difficult dog clients and knows how to handle them, especially when I pre-advised. So to make a long story even longer...... do not bring your pet to this salon that does not stand behind their pricing which is advertised on their website, and refused to accommodate my request for a refund of $20 for spilling out and misuse of the prescription shampoo.

This was my first time using Animal Palace, I must say the experience was a good one! I have a shepherd who is very shy around strangers and I felt the groomer took her time and treated him like her own. I must say when my dog came out of the van, it's the happiest I've seen him after a grooming. He's usually head down not happy and acting like he was in trouble. Madison was nice, understanding and a pleasure to speak with, will definitely ask for her again!

Highly recommend the cat grooming services at Animal Palace. My cat was in and out within an hour well groomed, nails trimmed and relaxed. AMAZING! I've requested different cuts each time (sanitary vs lion cut) and I am very pleased with the abilities of the groomers.

The owner does not honor the prices she quotes you and her turn around on staff is ridiculous. The owner is extremely unprofessional. She doesn’t stand by her word at all. I got a call from the owner about the price I was quoted. $60 for a bath for my dog, I ended paying $78. He just gets a bath. I’ve never had anyone tell me that he is difficult and I’ve been bringing my dog in for two years now go get his nails and ears clean. The talked me into getting him a bath for $60 and everything included. She even told me that if I pay with cash she will give him a free teeth cleaning for $60. I received a phone call two hours after dropping him off.Received a call from the owner and she told me that he didn’t like our dryers, so I was being charged $78 because it’s going to take twice as long to dry him. How UNPROFESSIONAL!!! You call me yo charge me more because you can’t do your job and calm my dog down. No one has ever told me he doesn’t like the dryer. She wouldn’t even speak to me when I came to pick him up. She hid in the back and refusing to give me the price I was quoted by her, but her excuse was that he didn’t like the dryer. NEVER AGAIN!

Sherri arrived on time and was super nice. We had a conversation about our 10 yr old shorkie who has had 4 surgeries in the past 3 months. The last surgery being for ruptured discs in his back. Animal palace is the only place I would bring my cats. They run a fantastic company. I wasn't stressed out or worried about my cat because I knew he was safe. They are very thorough, I was very fortunate to meet Joyce and the staff. I appreciate so MUCH Animal Palace Pet Spa, you not only made it a spa for my furry friend but it was a spa date for me and my wife. Thank you for treating our Strider like he was your own.
