Hi,The whole Staff are GREAT!From the start the receptionist he was Great, he assured our security when a new furry patient arrived.The Vet's and Assistant they are Very respectful, caring & loving with our little Shifu.The timing was good.Overall they're Professionalism.It's a pretty clean place and it doesn't smell like other Vet's clinics.I will highly recommend them.

I will never go anywhere else with my babies. They are extremely knowledgeable, though, quick and affordable. They love animals as much as I do and that builds trust, as we all know, trusting your vet is very important!You can now text the main number instead of leaving a voicemail. North Florida animal rescue is the greatest! Wonderful people taking care of our animal stewardship needs. Two neuters, shots and nails trimmed all around. Everybody up to date with a very easy fast appointment and visit. We dropped our boys at 8 and picked them up at two with the help of the most friendly organized staff! Highly recommended!!!

Reasonable prices and always treat my animals like they would their own. They are respectful of the owners as well, sometimes my own neglect leads to dirty dog ears or untrimmed nails and they're always understanding and kind about handling it.

I brought my 2.5 year old small standard poodle in to be neutered and was very nervous. The staff made me feel much better. When I came to pick Percy up everyone was so nice and explained how to care for him. Everyone had a smile on their face and it was obvious that they take such good care of our babies and enjoy doing it.

Men using them for years I have dumped thousands of dollars into that place on my animals and the one time we had a hard times due to an open heart surgery I couldn't let me slide a couple of weeks before my dog got physical to get heartworm pills wish she already has heartworms so there's nothing test is going to prove just our way of getting more money out of people. They really don't care and they prove that.

I went to this place to neuter 2 of my dogs, one was a stray that had been dumped on my road. The lady started yelling at me that the stray had ringworm and I had just compromised her whole surgery day. She then proceeded to haul me in a room and show me with a black light, I myself did not see any green. I left the place in tears 😔 I was so humiliated. I proceeded to Suwannee Paws to talk to Susan, She informed me that it was indeed not ringworm and put her on bravecto. In one week the skin had completely cleared up.
