I love this place. You don't have to send out search and rescue to find help with something. The sthas about everything Loews does and it's a much nicer place to shop and spend your money locally. 💰

This has to be one of the best kept Ace Hardware stores. I was impressed by being greeted as soon as I walked through the door, the young man promptly showed me the section I was looking for and continued with if you need anything else we are here to help. Every isle was neat, clean and very well organized! No clutter and plenty of items in stock. Every item displayed with a purpose and the staff are second to none! I had pleasure shopping in this location! You will too!

Ace is always fun to shop, but the ladies up front at this ace are always having a bad day.....to say it nicely. I shop at ace all over the country, this is the only unfriendly one. Plus, they should carry big buddy heaters

There's some things here that you don't see in the average store! Great outdoor things like wind chimes and outdoor decorations that are really cute and the wind chimes are nothing like anything I've seen before! Just beautiful! At Ace hardware? Crazy! Who knew? Lol!

I was given a quote for saw repair that was covered under warranty. Per their repairman. Couldn't reach anyone to inquire about the saws for over 3 weeks. When I finally drove over to the shop, saws were ready with notification but no one was available to get them for me. Second trip, Bill was twice what was quoted and no one was available to inquire as to why the increase. Very disappointment. Went in to buy some coarding for my screen I was going to replace.. one of the employees ask me why don't I just have them rescreen it. Asked how much it would be I was quoted $10 or less. Came to pick up screen screen was almost $17. Talk to the manager Amanda and she told me it is what it is. I asked how they can be so off on the quote and she asked me who quoted me I said I don't remember the general's name but he's the older man with the hat on standing right there. She the manager Amanda acted like I talked to no one. Did not even apologize for the incorrect pricing I was given by the guy that fixes the screens..... Management there is awful. I very rarely go there anymore.Also last year was going to buy a grill crossing over $500 plus. They have free delivery that is offered to all customers. When I asked if they could deliver to my house not even 5 miles away they said it was out of there range. The range goes Way beyond 5 mi away from the store. Called the owners of Ace hardware and complain to them and they said that they should have delivered it. The owner was very apologetic and asked me if he could deliver it. I told him no I went to home Depot and bought one for a fraction of the price already put together.. Once again very disappointed in management. Amanda was the one that said that they would not deliver to my house. So I will spend my money elsewhere...I am not the only one that has had these issues with weirsdale Ace. And even most of their employees complain about the management there..

I love that fact they are franchises. This particular one, is right in the country, so the service is basically one on one. Being I'm from the city, they take really good care of me cuz they know I'm clueless!! LOL!! They are fully stocked on just about everything and anything you might need for you home. Additionally, they will explain to you how to use what you need and accomplish you goals!! Great customer service!!
