If I could give them 10 stars, I would give them 10 stars. You need to come here if you need any help whatsoever. The owner and a gentleman named Brian put my RV back on the road by coming outside and reattaching my cable for the emergency brake on the RV… I did not know how to do it and they spent at least 40 minutes, Brian put this cable together made clamps for it And got me back on the road to Safety. Who does that these days? Lowe’s? Home Depot? No, I cannot believe the extent to which they went to take care of me and my family to keep us safe… Thank you, Brian!

We drove 40 minutes away from our house to buy dog food from here and my wife called in and asked the person 4 times if they had it and explained exactly what we needed. We get there and they don’t have any when they told my wife they had a bunch of bags in stock. Literally waisted 1.5 hours of our time and gas based on wrong information….

They have a lot of inventory indoors, but keep their construction woods outside so I wouldn't go there for that.

HANDS DOWN THE GREATEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. I live about 45 minutes away but will make that drive for anything I need just for their customer service alone. The absolute most friendly staff. John and his people are truly gifted in their knowledge and skills of what they carry, AND way more than that. Go out of their way to help even after closing time. Also if you are thinking about getting into archery or are already advanced, this is the place to go. They carry quite a bit, can get more, but will have you leaving there set up and likely already a good shot. If unsure, trust me, this is THE PLACE.

Very helpful. Will show you where things are and help anyway they can. The prices are reasonable. They have almost anything you could need from a hardware, farm supply store. The building is elevated because there is a dock area for loading materials in pickups and other vehicles. There is a handicapped ramp up to the store entrance.

I am a contractor. I'm finishing up a house near the ace hard ware. I have been there over a dozen times. Each time I walk in theres someone up front with a smile and a can I help you. Every time they take me to what I need and ask if there is anything else? The most polite and helpful people you ever wanted to meet. This by far is the best ace hardware I have ever been in

Stopped by to get a push broom. The price on the rack was $17.99. It rang up at $24.99. I questioned the price. The cashier went and checked, and confirmed that it was $17.99. The manager said that they couldn’t keep up with the price changes, and that $24.99 was the correct price. I can understand a dollar or two, but $7 difference, that is not good business. If you shop here watch the price at the register, they will charge you whatever they want to. Just looked it up as you suggested. Not trying to rip anyone off? OK!!

Im a novice compound bow shooter and my string came off. So glad I didn’t go down to B-Pro on I-Drive. John went way out of his way to get my bow set back up while I waited and then spent extra time with me to dial it in with some shots. He is the man! I’m sure he had more important things to do. It’s hard to find customer service like that.

Always a quick trip. The cashiers are efficient and know the items well for pick up. If you can't find an item, there is ALWAYS someone that is willing to help and can find it rather quickly. The loaders out back are polite, courteous, and load the items without making a mess.

Below is a photo of one of my roses. This guy was ordered on-line but it grows right here in Webster, FL an 8 minute walk from Webster Farm Supply The Hot Cocoa Rose is fertilized with grow and bloom fertilizer The Webster Farm Supply has not always been in the same location but it has always been a family run business. The current owners some of them grew up with me. The family embraces the traditions one usually sees in small towns, patriotism, community, family, and God and their church family. Not only do I know most of the family—-I consider them to be part of my family. My immediate family members live so far away I have to go around adopting family members. This business and each and every one of the employees I would be willing to trust with my possessions and my life to Last week a couple of the dudes got my name entered in the computer with all the colors for the exterior of my house They even advised me on colors. That is a job my three children used to do but they are now out working to make the world a better place. I used to go to one of the big box hardware stores when I had to go to the big cities around our small time. Looking for flower pots to root some orchid cacti in that I could afford. Finally, I decided well let’s look at Webster Farm Supply. You see the Farm Supply I had known all my life, the family business, has joined up with Ace Hardware. Still the small town personal service with access to a huge supply of equipment. The personal touch I love the most is the name was not changed to So and sos Ace Hardware—The name remains Webster Farm Supply and Hardware with Ace placed after the original name. To me this means and says a lot to me about the owners—but I already knew this now the reader does My farm supply family cares more about our community and their community family members than they do about seeing their name in big print on a sign. Oh, that little trip I took from the web page to “plants and planters” was like an answered prayer. God has seen my frustration and taken me on a short trip to flower pot wonderland over four-hundred some of which I have never seen before and I have seen some flower pots The least expensive hanging pot I had seen anywhere less than two dollars. Then there were the hangers. Know the Hummingbird pot hanger is gonna end up in my in progress pollination garden Over many months many of those pots will be coming to my garden. The kids and I gave up giving gifts a few years back we just did cards because it felt like we were just exchanging money. Going to tell them this year if they feel compelled to get the Ole mom something just do an Ace gift card. The mom is trying to fix the grandparent’s house. To you dudes and dudetts at the store may God bless you and your families and keep your smiles big and your laughs happy. There no better medicine to be found. Love you all! Boss. Your dudes and dudettes help me fulfill my purpose! Their laughter smiles and service are the most excellent medicine. Man could not make such a Medicine. Oh, potential shoppers This store also has the coldest drinks, as in sodas in town. It’s worth dropping in for a Diet Coke on a warm country day! DS

This is a family owned business and it shows. I always stop in Webster first when I need something because I know that I will receive the absolute best customer service. The kind that no big-box store can come close to giving. Webster Farm Supply will have almost anything for the home or farm that anyone could need, and if for some reason they don't have it on hand, they will get it there fast. They have the feed, wire, lumber, plumbing and electrical supplies to keep my farm going, as well as tons more stuff. Stop by once and you will be a loyal customer like me. They are always friendly and courteous. I know that I sound like a commercial, but I'm just a customer that loves this store.

I am so happy to have found this place! It is the definition of what a true hometown Hardware and Farm Supply store really is.The people are GREAT....kind, helpful, and ready to assist.The store has everything I would ever need for my residential garden in Pinellas County. Pest control, Seeds, Fencing, Fertilizer...not to mention fishing and archery supplies, and more.For me, it was a 2 hour drive (one way) so I wont be able to visit here often, but FOR SURE I will make it a point to visit a couple times a year as I restock what I need to plant our seasonal vegetable gardens.Go on a Monday and the Webster Flea Market is open, and stop for lunch at the Farmers Market Buffet (good advice I got from the gentleman who helped me at the shop)If you shop the "big box stores" with employees who don't have time to help you, and then you have to scan and bag your own purchase....you owe it to yourself to visit here one day and see what southern hospitality and great Customer Sevice is all about.

Best place in Webster to get supplies. Good selection of plumbing fittings, animal feed, gardening, lumber and tools. Also, they can make hydraulic hoses. They refill propane tanks as well. Highly recommend Webster farm supply.
