I walked in 15 minutes before closing and the closing MOD was incredibly rude to me. I understand you have to tell the customer that you're closing soon, but the huffing and puffing and under the breath comments were absolutely unnecessary. You do not close until 10, if you don't like the fact a paying customer came in before you closed, then you need to find a new job. Your mumbling was unprofessional and I told you so. I even said, sorry for your inconvenience. I work in retail and I know days can be hard, but that's not my fault. You're in customer service, act like it.

Horrible experience and this is all due to the clerk that checked me out! Rudest lady ever yesterday around 12 noon. I have never had a store clerk yell at me when I'm trying to spend money! I couldn't find the eye drops there was no one to help so when I went to ring up I asked the lady if she could suspend transaction while I ran and got the drops, she got so mad and yelled hurry up there is a line of people. I said fine cancel my transaction until I get back she was mad about that also! She said no then I have to rering everything! I couldn't win with her! I only had like 6 items totalling about $28. Then when she rang me up the $5 off did not work! I literally walked out of the store went next door to another store. This store has the best merchandise in Webster but I will think twice before I go there again. To get verball assaulted by the clerk.

This particular Dollar General seems to have their items placed a bit better and the aisles are wider. This makes it easier to find the items you're looking for. It's convenient and it makes for a quick shopping trip for those items you forgot to snag at the grocery store or for a deal on basic necessities.

Love this place..!!..if I do forget something when big shopping done, I always will find ANYTHING I need HERE on my way back home!!.. I always call it my' Last Emergency Stop!!' and it has saved me so many times TIME and GAS without driving to Wal-Mart or any other Big Grocery Store out of my way!!!.Many Items are cheaper and even better as the Big Branch Stores....and the BEST Part is, I always find a Parking Spot close enough without walking miles when the weather isn't good!!..GREAT STORE FOR ALMOST EVERYTHING!!!

Little town store it’s nice to have here. The problem is it’s not staffed well there is always things blocking the walkways because they never get things stocked. This place gets things stolen out of it by the hour. While the workers are usually hiding in the back or in the office.

This was my first time going to this store in this location, since we just moved to Webster. The manager helped me pull off a near impossible costume for my daughter for Halloween by donating her own stash of yellow bags from her house. My daughter wants to be Dollar General for Halloween!! The service is wonderful here too. I used to be a Family Dollar girl in the last town I lived in, but I have made the switch since moving here!!!! Thanks DG in Webster!! I couldn't have done this without you! You are very appreciated, and I will be a long time customer!!! ❤

We were in Bushnell Florida for a few days and we stopped at Dollar General to pick up a few items. The store was very clean and the Cashier was so kind and very helpful. I'm sorry I didn't get her name because she deserves to be recognized. It was Saturday October 12th in the morning around 9:30am... It was store number 11534. We are from Bradenton and I wish our Dollar General was as nice as this store.

Manager assistant was shopping during her shift. Wasn't assisting helping the cashier with the long lines. She had other things that were more important. Like phone calls and shopping. Could have been a better experience.

Closed doors when I needed medicine for sick children! You could've taken cash like the old days before your registers were computerized!!! Pouring rain and next store is over 10 miles away!!

Had to make a pit stop in here and not from Florida. Compared to all others I have seen this was very organized, neat, clean and had friendly staff. Too bad we cant bring that up to NY. Worked out great for what we were looking for.

Clutter always never enough stock on shelves or always on the carts to be put.up. Dirty store. Staff very nice and helpful.

not a very friendly place. beware'', they may cause you a lot of greif. they did me. unformiliar with the area i parked in their parking lot. the front row was posted the lot was empty. my truck was towed away. i was charged 200 dollars for a 2 mile tow. i was in their lot for a brief period.i have bad knees and couldnt stay long in the area. they left an old man without a cell phone or even my cane.to fend for himself. the towing company would not take credit cards and i had no cash. . two ladies who heard the situation as it ocured in dollar general took pity on me and let me use their phone. they then took me to the towing lot. i learned outhers had been towed that day as well.preety good scam for someone. im sure the outhers who were towed away told their family and friends. i know i did. dollar general and the towing company may have gained money on the side, but they certainly lost customers for life i use to shop their. never again. beware snow birds and you elderly visitor. they will show no compasion. on the outher hand you two ladies who helped me i am in your debt. thank you again. i will pay it forward.

Made a quick stop ,while we was on our way homeThe store was a little messy , only 1 cashier working , 1 young girl was getting off work then another lady was standing in the back looked at everyone standing in line and took off to her officeWe stood there for a while, my hubby thought I got lost and came in to check on me ,cause I was in there so long
