This store has a dedicated manager it's clean friendly, it was a nice change from what we have at home on Big Pine key!!! Produce was fresh and in Stock, Isle's were wide enough for 2 carts & then some, selection of products was fabulous!!! Wish ya'll would send your Maneger to Big Pine Key and some of your workers too!! And the bakery was wonderful as was the Meat 🍖 department.

For the past year the meat has been horrible. The meat stinks and is glued together it seems. The workers or the place they’re getting the meat from is horrendous. I got this pack of meat and it looks good packaged up but when you go to grab it, it’s slimy and falls apart and smells old. No one does anything about it even when people return meat. I was told by one of the women that work there, “a lot of people are returning the meat.”

This Winn Dixie is poorly run and the deli shuts down all of the time. Especially on Friday’s or during holidays when people are wanting to buy cold cuts. The manager isn’t interested in filling in if his staff is short and honestly, I have no clue what he does. Lack of service and quality management means this store loses business. Definitely has lost ours. Lack of bathroom cleanliness and supplies means the store employees can’t wash their hands either. Keep that in mind next time you are in that store.

The cashiers and employees are very polite. The store is immaculately clean. Best beef & pork prices around town, especially with marked down good steaks and BOGO offers. I do have to comment that their chicken prices are outrageous and way cheaper at Walmart.Biggest CON is the deli! I shop there very frequently & they hardly ever keep up with the wing bar. I honestly have never walked into the store & there been any wings on it. They are not good at all about replenishing them & you have to request them, then wait 20 minutes for them to be done. They are notoriously short staffed and when I called at 4:15 one day to order some wings to come pick up, the deli clerk told me they stopped making wings at 4pm, which I had a hard time believing considering the deli is open way after 4pm. When the deli manager is there, stuff gets done, when she's not, the girls can be pretty rude & act bothered if you ask for wings or fried chicken if they're just standing around & not bothering to replenishing what they're out of. It's very aggravating! They've also been closing a lane (2 open, closing 1 leaving only 1 open) then the line backs up down the aisle.. makes no sense.

Keep making the fresh popcorn!!! That's what keeps bringing us back from store to store!!! We're traveling the country, and the first year out west, we could hardly ever find any place that carried already popped corn. Yours is a treat this year, thank you! The store was organized and clean, and staff readily available for questions too.

Deli has sign saying they serve until 8pm but wouldn't make sandwiches at 5:30pm, hot food looked dried out. Not impressed

Cashier over packed ny bags. Both handles broke. I didn't weigh them, but they had to weigh over 15# each. Overall the store was clean and well stocked.. 👌

In our hometown of Wauchula, to me, it's the only grocery store we have. We have Walmart, but that's not really a grocery store. For sure, Winn-Dixie's produce and meats are way better than Walmarts. Just go buy an orange at both places and you'll see. Just all-around a better experience shopping at Winn-Dixie than Walmart.

I worked here for a YEAR , and within that year , was pretty good & management was alright to an extent. If you plan on working here , don’t . They let go of good people who do a lot. I got into an altercation with another employee on front end & instead of maybe a suspension or something , they fired me . Fired me for defending myself against someone. The store manager is a really wonderful guy , but how they run the store & the employees is trash . I could of given so much to this company , but they’re struggle is in their own hands . I wasted a year when I could of invested it into something more worth while . It is what it is .

I love this store. Management (Nidre, Micheal, and Ben) are amazing. My kid loves Nidre, and Miss Tracy. Service is wonderful, and feel like family when I go there. There's 1 employee who will remain nameless that always looks miserable, and gives dirty looks but can't let 1 bad apple ruin it for all. They have a forever customer.

The staff is super friendly and will check on it they carry anything. I didn't have a coupon card so they scanned a store one so I could still get the discounts. Not too big so you can actually find things. Great selection. Great produce. No tamales but everything else I needed.

I love this store! we just moved to the area 7 months ago from Sarasota. This store always has fresh fruit, so more fresh than any Publix. It's never really crowded, staff is friendly and you can get anything you want, and more. I am very thankful!

Good deals, good stood staff. The only criticism is, corporate needs to invest in remodeling their restrooms. They are looking pretty....well used. And most the stalls are too small for my pregnant self to get in and out of. Ita hard for staff to make a restroom that old and ragged looking good

Great Customer Service, the girls there are so friendly. Rosa was very helpful and informed me of all the SEGrocers brands that are sometimes even better than well known brands. The dairy free ice creams from Prestige are the best I’ve had yet

Traveling through the area and decided to stop in and grab some quick lunch for a picnic and so glad we did. It was the week before Easter and the floral department as well as the front of the store was beautiful and very well arranged. The department's were very well organized and had a very big selection!!!

I like shopping Winn Dixie for the most part. However, at this one, the produce section is lacking. The fruit selection is dismal to say the least and forget about fresh salad, lettuce, cilantro, etc being available. Also, the "specialty cheese" selection is far below par. I like to stock up with all of the BOGO specials so that's a us and the employees are always helpful and friendly. The store is always clean and they do maintain the restrooms well.

There are some good employees there like Eric who truly went out of his way to help me find my chub of gr. Turkey. They are working hard to put what stock they do have despite unreliable truck deliveries caused by the current times. Need more check out stands as only have 3.

We travel the country in our RV and for this small of a town, this Winn Dixie is downright amazing! The produce was surprisingly fresh compared to other grocery stores in the state. Great meat as well. Always a nice shopping experience!
