They have propane fill but charge by tank size and will not charge by gallon. Defeats the purpose of refill instead of exchange if you are in an RV and want to bring your tanks in to be topped off before they're empty. Silly policy especially since they have the ability to do it.

Staff was great, product selection not so much. I needed cove molding for replacing some broken wainscot inside corners (the app said they had a couple pieces in stock but it was no where to be found). They had it in stock at Ace in Fort Meade (14 pieces!!!) so I made the drive up to get it. They should send some of them over to Wauchula!

I was a bit disappointed with unknowledgeable staff this afternoon...my ol' man n I patronize this store on a weekly basis, as we usually help ourselves or " search the store over" for this part or that tool...we visited today for parts we needed for our well....an employee approached us and as he didn't have any luck finding what we needed he tells my husband " well guess I can't help you, conversation with his friend maybe was of more importance...but possibly it was a laid back weekend with ever man for himself!!!

Well staffed and easy to find help. All are good people too. 99% of time have what you need. Little higher prices but vs driving 35 miles to somewhere else makes up for it plus are supporting a local owned business is good business! Awesome hardware selection too!

I visit this store to get a couple of bolt screws for my sofa legs. Like most hardware stores I thought I will be looking for about an hour by myself and then another hour trying to find someone to help me. That was not the case here, Jennifer began helping me then Skip and Doug assisted. I felt special. They gave me that great customer service that a lot for companies are missing, Hats off to all off them, I was in and out within ten minutes. Thank you for letting me know my time is precious also...

While most items are priced higher than the other 2 major home improvement stores, the closest one of those is about 25 minutes away so its easier to just shop here. Everyone is always polite and everytime I've had a question they have been able to help me out.

As usual, Ace is the place if you want to find everything on your list in just one store. Pricing was typical for Ace which is on the high side of fair. The selection is wide but not deep in general meaning lots of departments with decent selection across the board but limited selection within most categories. That's not terrible since this is a smallish location. Staff was friendly and the store was clean. I encountered several items out of place which was confusing and, in one case, required me to make a second trip on the same day to make the return and get the correct item.The lumber yard is perhaps this location's weakest offering. Most of the lumber doesn't have pricing displayed and the lumber staff has to call someone inside the store via walkie-talkie in order to get you a price on something. Most of the lumber is stored outside and was pretty dirty and weathered on the few occasions I was there. Even some of the finish grade lumber I looked at under the covered areas was pretty dirty. Who wants to have to wash down their wood with a rag before staining or painting?

Went to Vision Ace for supplies to install a new rv power service at my new home. The helpful staff were able to direct me to the right area of the store where a specialist in the area was able to hook me up with the outlet and wiring needed for my project. Vision Ace is the place with the helpful hardware man..

Everyone is friendly and do very helpful. I was approached by an employer as soon as I walked in the door. He help me find everything I needed and even took the large items to my truck! Very knowledgeable too!

I'm giving 3 stars because I had great assistance finding what I was looking for. Prices are very high already, then they over charged me for tomato seeds marked $2.29 on the package... I was charged &2.69. Check your receipt before leaving!

Visiting a freind in Wachula and by far the Best Ace in town....actually the only .Staff is very friendly and helpful. Everything on my list for plumbing, electric wiring for a new FL room was in this store. I'm all about Ace hardware because it's a place where you Welcomed by all staff no one passes you by without asking may I help you....there honest friendly and most of all always have what you need. And don't have to walk looking for help or a pvc 90° elbow ...very organized and clean. And the staff all every so friendly & kind.Went back at least 3 times in 3 days....yep I was the go get this girl😊.My favorite store in Wachula now😊
