I had been taking him to another vet and he they thought it was allergies and we were still trying to figure it out. A great place with awesome people there, thank you.

Dr. Hendry and his team are nothing short of amazing. We have a very anxious guy who has trouble at the vet. We took him to Dr. Hendry’s Pet Vaccine Clinic and he and his team gave our dog his vaccines in about 5 minutes.

We are snowbirds to Florida and if you are looking for an amazing groomer, please give Hailey a try. She did an absolutely excellent job on our Miniature Schnauzer - Cooper and our Giant Schnauzer - Eddie Rae. Hailey is very detailed oriented and very, very caring. The entire staff also seemed very caring and friendly. The clinic is very clean.

Didn't bother to show up at all and never called. Had to contact them to see why they stood up the many people waiting for them. They lied saying their vet was "out of town" and no one was informed. We confirmed this was a lie as they managed to go to all other stops but ours. They promised our clientele a discount on their next visit to make up for their mistake and neglect. They then called and quit saying they no longer wanted to travel out here even though they have other stops within 5 miles. All of the clients promised a discount are now furious and have put a bad mark on OUR business due to your pathetic lack of professionalism.

They were great. Came in and left out quickly. Very helpful anf they don't push things on you that you do not want. We came for just Rabies shots and that is what they did and at a good price.

Caused ourselves and our business serious grief. Made our personal customers get angry at us for their businesses neglect. We opened our location an hour early to use their service, had many of our own clientele waiting when they didn't bother showing with no phone call or any form of communication. This was after not returning calls for a month and not bothering to do anything they had said the first time they used our business.We have talked to the manager personally and all they had to say was "We meant to call" 20 minutes after they were suppose to be there and after we called them.

I've been a client here for over 5 years. switched over from the traveling clinics when they stopped coming to polk county a few years ago. I think most of the negative reviewers are confusing this business with the TRAVELING petvet clinics. This is a standalone business associated with but not the same business as the traveling clinics. these guys dont travel to other locations like their traveling name-sharers but they provide excellent quality care, build connections with the animals, and genuinely care for their well-being! and they are super nice to their human customers too! from the looks of the website, they dont seem to be in connection to the traveling clinics at all anymore(except in name), which may or may not have an effect on pricing but either way, this is a great group of people working very hard for your pet's well-being.

I have never been to a better vet. My dog was misdiagnosed by lovett and I spent over $1000 on medication trying to treat what was wrong with her. I bring her to pet vet and Dr. Hendry figured it out right away and got the treatment started. Will never go to another vet!
