So this pilot is nothing like yesterday's! They said they have nothing to do with parking and charge $15 a day to park! No other truck stops close to here, so they got you coming and going. This place really isn't geard for big trucks so I don't recommend it. We are stuck under a load until the 2nd! Who can afford to pay for so many days? Not like we want to stay, the employee's couldn't care about truckers. Wow! After reading the reviews these people just don't care. The good comments are from the people in 4 wheelers and don't know the difference in service.

This is the smallest location I've ever seen, but that's not why they lost stars. The smell of grease smacks you in the face as you open the doors to walk in. The location is well lit, and shelves are organized, but it felt a bit dirty. On the up side, they had the best gas prices by far in the area.

Quick checkout but you have to hold the handle the entire time you pump gas. You can try to set it and walk away but it'll pop undone every time. On pump 5, 6 and 3 so far.

A smaller version of the pilot truck stops but had everything I needed. Staff were very welcoming and friendly and entire store & restrooms were very clean. Will definitely continue to stop here on my weekly trips across state.

Good Afternoon. I’m a lady trucker. My husband and I team drivers. Looking for over night parking and showers. This “thing” that was working tonight was very rude. Told us if we were looking to shower she will have to charge us for two. We asked why she replied so rudely WE ARE A TRAVEL STOP OUT OF VEGAIS we sell pilot gas but we don’t have the same rules as pilot. So we left, we would have paid anyway but NO her attitude just her as a person was VERY nasty. We just NEVER heard of anything like that at No Travel Center or Truck Stop charging 34$ to shower. Our company provided us with unlimited showers at LOVES. We just love pilot better because of there better food options.

Lost money in the car vacuum, which was likely damaged by the kids roaming all over the place from the campgrounds next door, there were wads of papers stuffed into the tube. Couldn't even get a cup of coffee from Dunkin due to the place being overrun by the kids and mud-caked campers. Got outta there quickly before trouble started. The rest of my trip was great. This stop was removed from all future travel plans as well as warning friends and family to stay away.

Well, I have the best one yet. I had asked many times when I went into the store how I could apply. Told go on website. I finally received the owners number on my own. Was told he was coming into town. So, I texted him. I introduced myself, asked if we could meet. To discuss a possible job opportunity. Advised him of my experience. Also, if he needed anymore information before Friday to feel free to contact me. He thank me for the information. and stated "yes that the following Friday would work for him." I asked if he had a time. He advised me he would text me with a time.I thank him for the opportunity.I never heard a word from this man.So, I texted him Thursday night. Stating he must be all set as I never heard from him and to a nice flight back to Vegas. His response "ok thanks." No apology nothing. They should not be allowed to bare Pilots name only a few employees are decent and the rest are rude, but I guess they get that from the owner. How sad and to have no respect even the owner. It is a sad day when an owner thinks he can just disregard people like this. But, this is why they can not keep employees you get what and how you treat employees. And, also why they bad mouth him. Probably, a good thing he loves in Vegas. Good luck, I think the only reason they do business is because it is the only one for a long distance on 301. Because it is not about customer or employee service.

Wont get my money here, I won't get fuel or food from a place like this. PAID PARKING ONLY. Truckers are not appreciated by the greedy owner of this place. Stop for a 30 min break next time I will take it in a fuel lane and leave without a single dollar from my pocket. Sad owner and pethetic concept for dollar grabbing from small useless peice of land.

My wife and I visited this Pilot Dealer on April 21st, I then received notice that my Credit Card had been compromised and someone was trying to use it in Dubai. I did not use my card at the pump, I was inside making a payment. Someone has to have a scanner or something in there stealing peoples information.

As a place to grab a snack, this travel center is fab. There's a huge selection of pre-packaged snacks, a Dunkin', and a lot of really tasty looking Krispy Krunchy Chicken. Seriously, if I hadn't eaten before stopping here I would have been tempted to try their Cajun Tender Meal Deal. There's also silly knickknacks you can buy to keep yourself (or the kids) amused on the trip.As a rest stop? That's a bit of a mixed bag for me. The toilets were clean, but the bathroom stalls and floors still had that grimy wet feel, like they cleaned them but couldn't keep up with the daily traffic. I didn't get a look at the showers, so you may want to check others' recent reviews to get a feel for that.

My husband and I often stop here on our way to the feed mill in Lake Butler. He usually pops in and gets us a drink and lunch/snack of chicken tenders at Chappys chicken. I went in with him today and decided I wanted the pieces of chicken instead. Never again! They were dry and obviously been sat too long. It was supposed to come with a biscuit the girl said; that was missing. My husband also asked for some of their chipotle ranch sauce; that was missing too. If we stop again on our usual trip, he can get the tenders and check the order is correct before we get back on our way!

This used to be A great place to stop and get some gas and a donut, 2 years ago it was relatively new, and used to have clean bathrooms but not any more. It is run down and the gas is more $ then right down the street.

ATTENTION EVERYONE....DO NOT USE CREDIT CARD HERE....FRAUD HAS BEEN DETECTED....pulled in to get gas in my vehicle and used credit card....total charge for fuel was $36.98....that was charged to my credit card AND a charge of $151!!!....when i was instantly alerted by my credit card company of the $151 charge i went back into the station and confronted the people working there....at first they said they would cancel the transaction and let me pay in cash instead....but one of the other employees jumped in saying they could not do that and that the $151 charge on my card was a holding fee to insure that the $36.98 charge for the gas would be covered on my card...they further told me the $151 charge would come off my card once the $36.98 charge was approved...I, along with the rep from my credit card company told them that it does not work that way....the employees stated that since they are just employees that they could not do anything about it (they tried to make it sound as if there franchise owner was responsible for this and that it happens to everyone).......after 20 minutes or so of arguing with them and the employees saying they cant do anything about it I left after I got assurances from my credit card company that the $151 charge would be reversed....I will never be back and I am notifying Pilot Flying J about this incident and try to pull there authorization from credit cards usage at this facility

Now, this is one of the bigger gas stores and very clean and well stocked. It's a great pit stop for a long road trip (Tampa, Orlando, or further anyone)

The staff during the day seemed good but in the afternoon they where awful. All of them wanted to be on the phone while they worked and acted like they where being tortured for having to be there. This pillot is very weird. They have random stuff all over the place. Stuff from dollar tree randomly placed all over the store at marked up prices. Old toys abd stuffed animals. They real food they do have is barely even stocked. They have showers but no laundry or drivers lounge. Calling this place a truck stop is a joke. Barely any truck parking unless you go over to the sandlot next door which is set up really weird. Theres trash everywhere and overgrown grass. The place really just looks barely kept up.

I stopped in and filled up on my way back from Jacksonville Florida what a great spot to get things to fill your belly as well as your gas tank. Thank you so much for the mango with tangie and for the cucumber drink that I got. Absolutely amazing flavors. If you go in to the right towards the back you will see a stand where they have these coolers and they have all these cool drinks that are either fruit or vegetable. And you have great customer. Now up front where you get the gas and the chicken tenders such great customer service there and the food is so good. I want to say thank you for all the great customer service that I received including the great gas prices. Whether you're just local or traveling through it's an amazing place to stop and get all your needs met so that you can continue your journey to the next spot. I will definitely be back on my way through on my next trip. Just know that this place is appreciated and all the time that you all take to prepare the great food and all of those things keeping the restrooms clean. You don't find that in every place that you stop at. But I found it here, and I just want to let you know that all your hard work is appreciated. I am one satisfied customer and I know there are plenty plenty more they may not even leave a review for you but I'm leaving you one because I think that you all deserve it and hopefully this will bring you more business. I stopped to get gas and use the bathroom. When I came out I was looking at stuff before paying for gas when a lady who I believe her name is Kelly Williams (I believe because when asked for her name she was not upfront, said she could not provide me with corporate number, an email… nothing. Pretty much said “google it”) and showed me a video of me putting my hand in my pocket and asked me what I took with me. So, I emptied my pockets and then she said “well, you went to the bathroom”. I was offended because I get it that they need to check but her approach (in the middle of the store) was humiliating. I asked her if she wanted to go to the bathroom with me or what and she said no. Never apologized.When I asked if I could have corporate information she declined. I stepped out but my girlfriend stayed behind trying to get her to either send us the video, or even some type of information for Corporate (which she declined) and when I came back I heard an employee say I could have shoved the item (which I don’t even know what they thought I had) up my “vagina” (apologies, her word… not mine).Worst and most humiliating experience. I am still attempting to communicate with corporate so any response is highly appreciated.

This not look like a pilot big trucker chain is really small parking lot is a dirt lot but really quiet and not a lot of movement of truck , they have a dunking donut and a Krispy krunch chicken, just remember not a lot of movement =food not always be fresh

Free bubble gum or lolly pops for the road!Just tell the Danyelle or Ariel cashier and she'll hook you up with bubble gum for you or the kids. 🎁🍥Totally clean showers the people here will help you out no matter what the center is located outside the town so it's very clean and the staff is very friendly and they'll accommodate you whenever you need something. Pilot Travel Centers are always Top Notch and a lot of fun to go to get good service at the counter whenever I need a shower or anything like that. Usually hook you up if there's any problem.They make their chicken tenders good here. 🍗🍕

We stopped for gas and to use the rest rooms. When I walked into the ladies room it smelled wonderful. So clean and fresh. Then I took a look around at the store itself. If u can't find something to satisfy you then you don't want anything. Everything from Dunkin Donuts coffee to fresh cooked chicken to souvenirs and snacks. Price on gas was good also. Kudos to the staff at Store #1058.Ann Marie Lesser of New York.
