The shop is so cute and the staff is extremely friendly. She helped us pick out the perfect gifts and treats for my dog, she even gave her recommendations on what other shoppers showed. All the products looked fantastic, even the collars and harnesses looked wonderful. Definitely going to visit this shop every time we're in Vero now.

There's hardly anyone ever in the actual shop. I've had multiple times where I've walked in and had to wait 10 minutes for someone to come out, and when they do they act like it's an inconvenience. Today was the last straw when I had to walk around the store yelling "hello" and nobody ever answered. Spend your hard earned money at Bark Avenue where they actually care about their customers and provide excellent customer service every time.

Customer service is excellent. I find that the employees are very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. They sincerely are pet lovers and I am more than comfortable leaving my doggie in their care.

Great pet store they have all that high quality food you could want. They're always very nice and owner will go out of her way to explain things to you if you ask. Best place in Vero and one of the only places you can find Fromm dog food.

Cute place. More dog oriented than cat oriented, as there is slim stock on cat stuff. Clerks did not seem to familiar with the products. I go here to shop local.
