Amanda and crew are so professional, caring and warm. My mini dachshund, Randell, loves it when I bring him to Village Pet Inn for boarding or Doggy daycare. They greet him with open arms and he's so excited to see them. So grateful to have found this place!

Extreamly nice and accommodating people.Sheries, Mikela very helpful too.They took great care of our Shitzu/terrier of 25#. We boarded overnight. We asked if he could be socially interactive with some of the dogs and they were VERY accommodating. Sheries was so caring that I thought she was the owner of the business. We will definitely return here! Thanks.

I have been a customer of Village pet Inn for years!! My Teddy is the smallest of all daycare dogs and I absolutely love the staff-Amanda the manager runs a very caring and tight ship...Hats off to Cierra, and Sherisa on the daycare side!! They treat my baby like he is their family and he loves going there!! Mikayla in the shop is truly a breath of fresh air....She was so accommodating to the people I have referred there and actually followed up on a sale of a collar for my daughters dog asking if the collar fit!! I had the pleasure of meeting the new owner and he really loves animals and makes the clients feel welcome....The facility is always clean and welcoming!! Highly recommend!! They even send me videos and photos throughout my day of their interaction with my baby!!

I am furious. My 3.7 lbs. Maltese was injured by one of their groomers (Debbie Berry). Her SCALP was bunched under the overly tight rubber band bow in her top knot. Resulting vet bills and medications= $288. The apologetic owner returned my money for the groom, paid the initial vet bill. Now refuses to pay the last $84 (I paid addl $49 for meds). Said she feels she has been "more than fair". Has decided my dog is being treated for "yeast" (she seems to know more than my vet...). The groomer still works there. The last photo is my dog's current condition. Her hair may or may not grow back. I have been taking my dogs to this facility for about one year. The quality is inconsistent (and I have addressed this with the staff more than once), but overall, the staff is friendly and nice; obviously that does not prove competency or integrity. All of the staff has changed twice in the last year.

Have used their kennel services many times. Staff is always pleasant, and recently were able to accomodate my dogs on very short notice.

I gave five stars to the Village Pet because I took my fifteen year old boy in to get groomed. He is very sweet and weighs 45 lbs. He also has arthritis in his back joints. Roxy has groomed him before and recently joined this establishment. She takes very good care of him and I will go to them again! The place was clean and the staff professional and friendly!

Extremely disappointed with their day care services! My husband went to pick up our golden retriever. Nobody was at the desk, and this is not the first time he had to go looking for some help over in the shop. When he was finally able to get someone to get our dog, she went into the grooming area and retrieved him from a crate!! Our 80 pound golden retriever from a crate!!! Once again, not the first time this has happened. We send him to day care to get exercise and release energy. If they cannot handle this then they shouldn’t be a day care! I’m furious and can assure you we will not be bringing our dog back there.

I took my dog (my baby) to get groom. Did not want my baby shave at all. The Groomer knew that unfortunately she didn’t care. She could have call me before hand. I would have pick my baby up and took her somewhere else. Not only my dog was shave down uneven but cut in different spots and she didn’t tell me. I have a 7 month old Yorkie. Now she looks like a 5 year old Chihuahua. That been in a dog fight!NO ONE FROM YOUR OFFICE CALLED ME AT ALL AND YOU WANT TO SAY MY BABY WAS MATTED I JUST POSTED A PICTURE OF HER BEFORE AND AFTER PICTURES YOU TELL ME WHERE HER FUR WAS MATTED! BY YOU BEING THE OWNER AND READING THIS I SHOULD HAVE GOT A CALL THIS MORNING FROM YOU!

I visited relatives I need a place to board my Jack Russell for a few days. they took great care of her, even applied some ointment everyday for ant bites that she received while in Florida. She doesn't get along with other dogs so I requested that you be kept separate and that wasn't a problem. I would definitely use them again

Had an emergency visit and was serviced as soon as they could. My miniature schnauzer was treated and ready to come back home. Everyone kind and professional. Can highly recommend.

I'm new to Vero Beach and I asked around looking for recommendations for a groomer. I was recommended to Village Pet Inn and I'm not disappointed. Not only did they do a great job grooming Robbie exactly as a asked, but they were very friendly and helpful. They are basically a one stop shop, grooming, boarding, and a pet supply store all rolled into one. Although not affiliated, there is a vet next door that they highly recommend.

It's very difficult for me to leave my dogs anywhere that isn't home, but I absolutely love Village Pet Inn! My dogs always have a great time there, and they always come home smiling. I am beyond grateful for the team at VPI for always taking such good care of my boys. They take away the stress and the worry and I am so thankful for that!!

I have been taking my dog to be groomed there for the last 2 years and sadly I will not be going back. The groomer does a great job but recently I have tried multiple times to get him an appointment which was rescheduled twice by them . My last appt was booked over a week in advance and then I got a call to say they had to reschedule because the groomer had another appt. due to the fact that I have a full time job I am limited on what days I can come, they did not care and when I said I could not reschedule and would need to find another groomer , the answer I got was "ok" and she hung up. Way to go on customer service , felt like just another number . What ever happened to the days of good customer service. Because of that they have lost me as a customer.

We have a cat and took him there for his first grooming session. The ladies were wonderful, and he seemed happy afterwards to get rid of some of his long hair.I tried today to schedule an appointment, and they no longer groom cats. They were very apologetic, It’s just difficult to find a groomer for a cat and my first experience was 5 stars definitely with this place:)

We have been boarding our two dogs here for over a year. They are well cared for and loved by the staff. They are not locked away in a kennel all day, but free to roam the work area with the staff. They are always calm and happy from drop off to pick up. We boarded our cats as well and they seemed to love the nooks with Windows to the outside, and they too have a large area to explore. Clean and safe environment.

Definitely recommend this place for short term boarding. We had leave our dog over a long weekend and it was very reasonable priced for four nights. Flat rate per night included food. And they actually had a "play" schedule so out girl didn't get restless. Definitely would use them again.

I've brought my dog to Village Pet Inn a few times now for both boarding and grooming, and he loves it there! The location and prices are what brought me there initially, but I keep coming back because they haven't disappointed. If my dog is happy, I'm happy, and he is always wagging his tail at drop-off and pick-up.

These guys saved me while staying a few days in Vero Beach. Nice people, gentle with pets. They nicely helped me to get my dog's records 'cause I forgot them. I really liked no seen my dog kept in a small crate, on the contrary, he was playing around and was on someone's lap for a while. The price for a day was not bad at all so if you are on vacation and want to have some alone time from your puppy (Vero Beach is not really a dog friendly area), I recommend this place.

Friendly but poorly trained staff, owner indifferent. I witnessed my dog get attacked by a pack (6) of free roaming dogs including a great dane right in front of me as I was picking him up after boarding. My dog as well as staff member attempting to break up the attack were injured. If I could give zero stars I would. Will never use again. Do not use for boarding.

Good luck getting in touch with someone over the phone. I just called and a woman said to “please hold”. Well, I held for 6+ minutes and she never picked the phone back up. I called two more times and got the voicemail.

I feel like I’m in an episode of Seinfeld. They know how to “take” a reservation but don’t know how to “keep” a reservation. I made a reservation yesterday for this morning at 9. No one is here and the answering machine is on. I know it was a last minute reservation and I was so pleased they could fit me in on a Sunday no less. I’m so disappointed. I will revise this review if they call me back and fit me in later today.Follow-up to my original review....Monday I received a call back. There was a new girl working that booked me by mistake. The woman was very apologetic.

Great hotel, rooms are big and you can bring your furry friend. The view from balcony is great and there's a dog park walking distance, restaurants love it!

Poor business people. They’ll nickel and dime you all over. If you’re looking for boarding you’ll probably be ok but otherwise they don’t know what they’re doing, with their business and their grooming.
