Petsmark in the Vero Beach, Ft. Pierce and St. Lucie area is very busy, and inventory is low due to the popular WELLNESS CORE brand we feed our Papillion. Petsmart offers periodically 20% off and other sales incentives. The Vero Beach location had the most inventory of items as we stock up during sales. They responded quickly and had it ready to go when we arrived. A few notes about Petsmart on-line purchasing. They offer 4 Toppers and get the 5th free. So you enter 4, and at checkout, don't get the 5th free as expected. I called customer service, and they said I should have entered the number 5, and it would have had the cost of the 5th one deducted. I told them the logic is wrong, I thought if I entered 5, it would charge me for 5. They were very nice and patient and helped a lot. Also, I ordered a Wellness Core dry dog and the offer was, if you buy any topper, you get $10 off the dry food. It didn't happen. I called again, we ended up canceling both my orders and reordering. The customer service deducted the $10 from their end. They said it might take several days, we will see. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS OUTSTANDING AND I BELIEVE IT WILL HAPPEN AMD THEY DO AN EXCELLENT JOB!!! They have great sales and you should shop them.

Horrible manager. Nasty look on her face. Avoid this store, because if you have an error with your receipt you have to deal with a nasty rude manager with to much facial hair. If I’m coming back it’s to bring her a razor or trim her eyebrows

Of course they've got a great selection and helpful staff. The only thing that I would complain about is just the cleanliness. Underneath the shelves is dust, hair and other debris. It would be better if they had more staff on hand. Other than that, this place has everything you'll need.

Good store has very friendly staff, and ample parking is available. The only limitation are that there are limited choices available for all pet products. But it will satisfy basic needs for most things.

Took my cat in to get her nails trimmed. Paris and her co-worker did a great job. I did not think my cat would be cooperative but, she was perfect!Nice experience. Very quick professional. I now have a new nail salon for kitty.

I dropped by kinda in a rush on my way to an event. I'd been looking for a extra small halter for my new lil pup. Although the store has a huge selection and laid out pretty well, like I said I was in a rush and as usual I was overwhelmed big the huge selection and size of the store. I saw only one associate who was busy with other customers so I was aimlessly wondering around the isle marked Leashes searching intently for a halter, well after several minutes I'd decided I was going to be a little bit of a pain and interrupt the associate I'd spotted earlier , then is when I caught a glimpse of three other sales associates hid in the back corner yuckin it up with one another. After getting their attention one of the young fellas, dragging his feet meandered my way, after explaining my situation he had me turn around where there was a whole side of the isle for halters , I was just before making funny of how close I to what I looking and not seeing it but, I was too late he was beating feet back to his buddies , which I found damn rude.But also I discovered in this huge selection of products their was only one extra small harness in the whole store further more the sucker was twenty flipping dollars for something that looked like it come from the dollar store, being was all they had and I needed it I bought it but , they will not be getting any more of my business.

Dog food very expensive here. Versus other grocery stores. Also dog toys not worth the money. Toy bought destroyed by 9 month old puppy in 2 days.

We brought our 22 month old labradoodle for grooming. Another salon had told us he was aggressive. A friend recommended this Petco. We had Paris and Cheyene as the groomers, explained what we had been told. They días he was a little mouthy but he did fine and they did a fabulous job. They knew how to handle him and he really enjoyed his session. Needless to say, this is our be salon! Thanks Paris and Cheyenne!!!

We adopted our Lacey from here. She is a sweet girl. Operation Catsnip was very helpful. They were patient and kind as we spent time getting to know the kitties.They gave us a coupon booklet with tons of money saving coupons. We even got a bag a food free with it.We would definitely adopt from them again.

Employees could be better at welcoming, recognizing pets when cutomers enter.Prices are a bit higher than most other places.I LOVE the small gold fish I've bought for my little creek! They jump up asking to be fed, after hiding under bridge for a day or two.Pretty good selection on most items.

Unless you have a statue for a dog I wouldn't recommend it. I took my 10yr old Pomeranian to be groomed along with my other dog. They called me to tell me they couldn't finish my pom because he wouldn't be still. What the groomer didn't realize is I was watching from inside the store When I got the call and he was just sitting on table. Stacey was the groomer definitely wouldn't recommend her she never finished him.

I like browsing through pet stores to see what items are available for different sized dogs. They had a good variety of items. I have hardly seen any animals in the store, no ferrets, no birds, no other little animals. I did see mice and, I think, a snake. Nothing exciting here to really boost the store. It was very clean inside the store.

Perfect for all your pet needs. They also offer lots of classes for dog training and host different adoption events. This store allows well behaved leashed animals inside the store which is a way for your pets to interact in an indoor setting.
