Very helpful staff. My daughter loves this place! We purchased a goldfish. The staff was very helpful in making sure we understood what size tank we needed and what the full grown size of the fish would be.

People that work here are great! Knowledgeable about products and helpful. I was in the parking lot going toward my car as one of the girls that works there was walking into work. Shannon (I think) turned around and notice the brace I had on my arm and shoulder and came over and loaded my car for me. How sweet! Not even on the clock yet. Thank you

Brought our dog Scarlett in for a much needed bath and brushing. Jenna was our groomer and did a great job. Scarlett was shedding her undercoat and Jenna had her work cut out for her and I’m more than pleased with the results. Would definitely return to have Jenna take care of Scarlett again.

Went in store to buy food and cancel my repeat delivery. Associate said she couldn’t cancel it and would leave a note for them to cancel in the morning. She did not food was still delivered after I purchased food. I also lost my free bag of dog food in this process. It’s amazing how helpful the associates are when you really need them. This location also has a hard time keeping items in stock and there is never anyone at the register. When there is a cashier the sense of urgency is just not there. If petsmart were closer this experience would have definitely made my decision to switch.

When you think of Petco you think of pet store they change their whole business plan and now they they're. A pet health wellness store. Some products have changed some products stay the same. Prices are definitely gone up. The people are nice. I can see it's a learning experience for some of the new people as well as some of the season people. When you ask a question that is specific to the information you need. They have to go some place to find it which is great. They do do that. In the past I have had my negative experiences with Petco with a grooming department with their fish department with their overall food for individual animals but they've gotten their act together.

I've bought wayyy too much stuff here for my fresh and saltwater tanks. Employees are always friendly and kind when helping. PetCo has fair prices and a good selection of products and aquatic life. They also price match!

Been here several times. Decent haircuts, horrible customer care. Few times have waited 10-15 minutes , other times over an hour. Though it’s walk in only, seems like they have their regulars who can walk in at last minute and be seen, while they may not acknowledge you even though you’ve been sitting there for more than an hour! Sat there for an hour and 20 minutes today. Was only 3 people ahead of me. Those plus 2 other walkins were seen before I walked out without ever having been acknowledged! Won’t go back! Unless your time doesn’t matter I would recommend you go elsewhere! They are more in to looking cool than appreciating client!

We had scheduled our an appointment to have our dog's nails cut. We were unable to make the appointment because of car trouble. We went a little later and had to wait about 10 minutes, but it was no problem. They were quick and efficient and friendly. We will be back again. We also did a little shopping. It was a great experience.

The staff were friendly and attentive to my cat while he was there to get his shot. They also provided recommendations for treatments for an unrelated issue for him.The only negative was that the shot seemed a tad expensive. With tax, it was about $42. Which seems kind of high, but that could just be what the manufacturer msrp.

I called to make sure my order was still there, since it was 4 days after I was supposed to pick it up. The associate said just pull up to the curb and she would hand it to me. I was expecting to go into the store and have to pick it up off of a shelf. How easy is that?!

I like to pop in here once in a while and see what kind of cool stuff they have for the cats. A few years ago they had a adoption event from raining cats rescue. And we adopted Astrid. My family's dog was butchered, the groomers name is INGRID. PLEASE BEWARE!!!We are fairly new to this area but we used to go to our local Petco back home, never had this sort of problem before.Upon dropping our family dog for grooming at this location my dog was severely mistreated and we picked him up looking and behaving like a complete different dog.He was scared, very timid, he didn’t want to eat for a few days. Worse experience ever, I will never recommend this place.Word of advice to this pathetic excuse of a groomer INGRID. "IF YOU REALLY LIKE ANIMALS, AND YOU ENJOY YOUR JOB YOU SHOULD NEVER TREAT ANY OTHER PET LIKE YOU DID OURS." Our pet is our family and I do not agree with the way my family was treated by IGRID at Petco. I don't understand how can this company stand behind such a bad excuse of a person. All animals should be treated with respect. Your company left my dog traumatized.If there was 0 stars I go with a 0. PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW YOUR PET TO BE A VICTIM.

I was just in there recently and I was very happy with the customer service. For the first time I’ve adopted two baby teacup chihuahuas and I didn’t have anything for them!So I went there and a lady (I can’t remember her name unfortunately) went through every isle with me and gave her recommendations. She wasn’t pushy at all. She even told me that I didn’t need a few things that I picked up to ask her about them. So that made me feel much better and I ended up buying a lot more than expected because of that! HahaThey have a great selection of anything you may need for your pets and their prices aren’t bad at all.I totally recommend this particular store❣️🐶🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾

They do not properly take care of their animals! They had a baby water dragon that they let slowly rot away on the sales floor. I purchased 2 "healthy-looking" clown fish to add to my established tank and they died within 3 days. I have since purchased fish from a reputable salt water store and they are thriving, going on 2 months now. These chain pet stores should not be allowed to sell animals. They support adoption yet purchase their reptiles, fish, small mammals, and birds from their respective puppy-mill like suppliers.

I love this place. Their staff is always so friendly and ready to help. Nine out of 10 times they have what I need also. I also like they're online shopping it's easy to maneuver through and the products are exactly as they are described. Plus delivery is pretty good also.

I did an online order with curbside pickup. The online process was easy and even saved me money by signing up for a repeating order. I had trouble with connecting with the store, but I just parked and went in. I quickly found someone to help and picked up my purchase. Overall, a very delightful process getting the product I needed and at a lower price than anywhere else.

Crazy how I go in there and spend hundreds of dollars at a time and they have the audacity to charge 10 cents for a stupid bag to carry my stuff to my car and in my house with because they seem to think that I just have shopping carts laying around my house waiting to be used when I arrive.It's even crazier how you get boxes of bags shipped in for near nothing with your inventory stock and then charge more than the bag is even worth to begin with.You're not saving anything or doing anything productive except annoying people who are already being price gouged by everyone else, everywhere else. Last thing I gotta worry about is trying to get what my pet needs just to be told it's 10 cents per bag extra for the things I already do get.Stupid changes and annoying policies like this are what's driving local businesses to be shut down or turn down in profits in favor of just using Amazon. It's pretty cool how I get free next day shipping, and I don't have to leave the house to get it. Just figured I'd support a local business but if they feel the need to nickel and dime you to death over something as stupid as a plastic bag after I've spent 150+, I'll just opt for Amazon and wait 1 day instead.

Bought a cat liter that was listed on shelf 16.99 (vital program 13.99). The scanner rang it as 20.99 when she scanned it. I mean I didn't go back cause it's a few dollars but the shelve prices should match the scanned price.

I have been using Petco's repeat delivery for some time now. The last several months however have been disasterous with them. 1st time, food was on backorder and I was not advised at all. No emails, nothing. I had to look it up to see it was pending. Called and was told it was on backorder. Asked why I wasn't contacted and was told I should have been, but they were so sorry and it would never happen again. Well August 2023 it did. My dogs food never arrived, looked online and same thing. Called and was told it was on back order and that they were so sorry yet again. I contacted corporate office who gave me a very canned response and excuse. All I wanted was to be notified so I could make other arrangements to my dogs food so they would not run out. But they could have cared less.. So I cancelled my other 2 Autoships and now using another Pet company...
