The reason I am giving one star is not because you won't groom my dog Bunny anymore but because of how I was treated by the groomer when I arrived. Both of my dogs had been groomed a few times by Sue who I thought was grooming my dogs again. Bunny was always a little active but it wasn't a problem and she did a great job. This time it was another groomer who was very aggressive with me about some mats. I said it was ok to do a puppy cut on him and that the tummy gets shaved anyway. She insisted he needed to be shaved and was now also complaining that she only had an hour with him. At that time I was ready to take both of my dogs home and forsake the groom because of her attitude. I left them both after being assured by Sue who had groomed them both in the past that everything would be fine. As it was they were both done in one and a half hours so it couldn't have been that bad. When I got home I noticed the Yorkie had a strange shave spot on his one paw and when I went back and asked what had happened I was told they didn't know. I tried to support the store because it is a new business by buying my food and toys there but I felt that I was not treated like a valued customer anymore.

We were wary greeted. The new aquarium department has taken great shape and BillCould not be any nicer. Not having to drive 25 miles out of Vero Beach for our aquarium needs is a game changer!

I took my shihtzu to get groomed here on 1/27/24 and they completely screwed up. They cut him so bad that they literally cut skin off of my dog! I had to take him to the ER Vet due to the blood coming out of his wounds.. after the vet visit they were also complaining and trying to avoid to pay the cost of the vet! $190 was apparently too much for something that they screwed up, so my dog was suppose to suffer because of their negligence.... never bringing my dog back here again!!

LOVE this place! They carry some of the best brands and at the lowest prices I've seen. This is my new go to pet supply. It was clean and organized and they are very knowledgeable and friendly. Kudos for doing it right!

Store prices are really good, thought they would be high for a boutique store and they are not!Bill the owner is very professional, knowledgeable and will spend as much time with you as needed.Aquarium home services is great, Bill strives for perfection every time, nothing less than perfect is good enough!

Went to paradise pets today to look at the saltwater fish. I was amazed at how many fish they have and how clean the store is. I met Bill who was amazing and had lots of knowledge about saltwater fish. I will definitely be back for more fish and there great selection of corals. I will definitely recommend paradise pets to all my saltwater aquarium friends as their new local go to for all their aquarium needs.

We took our Mini Australian Shepherd in for a bath and light trim. We have had bad experiences with two others groomers in Vero Beach shaving her, but they did an incredible job. She came home looking and smelling great! We highly recommend!!!

Since learning of this business, I have made it “my go to” for my 2 furbabies + any rescues I have. The quality is only exceeded by the reasonable prices that are lower than the other “healthy” pet food stores. A very wide selection for dogs, cats, fish…. If they don’t carry what you want, the will order it. Always friendly & helpful personnel.

Sue is the best groomer I have found in Vero Beach! She is professional and super gentle with my dogs and wants to make sure I am happy with their grooming when it’s time to pick them up. Their store is also beautiful with all brands of healthy dog and cat foods. This store is worth a visit!

Lots of gourmet pet food/snack options, and as a cat owner, I usually find it difficult to find places that offer wider ranges for my fur babies. I was surprised by the stock and the person running the joint was very hands on and personable!!Def worth stopping in just to take a look and see if there’s any high quality treats you can get for your fur baby!!

I take my 13 year old Maltese Gracie there for grooming. Sue is so gentle and sweet with her and she is usually only in there for two hours. She comes out beautiful and happy!

Sue and Bill are simply the best! Grooming was a completely foreign AND SCARY concept to my little rescue, Sophia. Sue did a BRILLIANT job putting her at ease, and when Sophia was really not cooperative with having her face trimmed, Sue kindly suggested that I just bring her back the next day to complete the cut. My little girl obviously had a bad experience with regard to her face, and was uncooperative again. Sue told us who we could see to have her sedated and medically monitored while having the face done(animal hospital). After all of her kindness and gracious advice, Sue REFUSED ANY PAYMENT. They don't make folks like that anymore! Please stop by Paradise Pets for Grooming as well as quality products.
