Took my two fur babies to Blue Ribbon this morning for the first time. They took excellent care of my girls. Not only was the grooming perfect but it was affordable as well. My girls were so happy and beautiful. This will be the only groomer we use. Highly recommend them.

I am so glad to have found Blue Ribbon! The people are fantastic! Most boarding facilities keep your dog in a kennel all day and night with 2 walks. Here they do daycare all day and kennel at mealtime and nighttime. It’s so much less stressful on the dog! When you walk in you don’t hear stressed dogs barking and crying. Just satisfied little pups in the playroom or sleeping. I feel 100% comfortable leaving my Lilly here. I’m so grateful to everyone at Blue Ribbon- Thank you!

Such a great groomer! We have been going for a couple years now and they do magic with our dog Beauty. She does not like us brushing her so she shows up to the groomers a mess sometimes and they get her perfect! We just need to get there more often so she's easier for them to do. Highly recommend!

I'm very pleased with how my dog's grooming appointment turned out! Martin clearly knows what he's doing and he listened to everything I said when discussing our grooming needs. He even said Charlie was well behaved, so I KNOW Martin must be great with dogs as Charlie is usually sweet but nervous and high maintenance.

Final rating is more of a 4.5My mom went there today to get my dog groomed and it seems like they didn't do much of grooming on her face and her underbelly. Not to mention the grooming was $75 for the cut that my mom didn't request. My mom wasn't feeling well so she just took our dog home but I encouraged her to go back on Monday when she feels better. She wanted to do something nice for our dog, even though she doesn't have much money but we're left me a cut that seems a bit incomplete 😕. Hopefully they're able to fix it. I'll update. I know she said the groomers were nice so *fingers crossed*Update: I'm at school and my mom calls me updating me about what has happened. (She wasn't aware that I wrote a review and I wasnt aware that they responded to my review until she called) She said they were not happy about it. Moreover, not sure what the passive aggressive response below is about since I have written a cordial review? Constructive criticism is what make an already amazing company even better!Anyways, my mom just dropped our dog off today for her appointment and the groomer, I guess, was upset with the review I left 🤷‍♀️. She wanted to charge my mom another $20 today for the grooming and of course my mom refused because, as yall can see below, they would be happy to fix the grooming. My mom dropped Bella off and had to go so we'll see how she turns out. Hopefully they take good care of our dog. She's got trauma with a bad groomer so I hope this won't add to it. However, I doubt it because my mom's first impression of the groomer was that she was nice so I'm sure the groomer is just stressed and is having one of those days. We're all humans trying to make the most of our lives 💕 I'll update after the grooming is done 😄.FINAL UPDATE:SHE CAME OUT ADORABLE!!! They apologized to my mom and everything. I knew it was just an off day! I've heard amazing things about this company so I'm happy everything has been resolved 🎉

They were able to get my dog in for an appointment with short notice. I had taken her there in the past and they did a good job, so we called them. The groomer did a nice job, although he cut her a little short on her backside. I have zero complaints about this groomer. I will probably bring her back again in the future

Incredible personalities that, to me, matches each dog individually. I trust them 110%. And excellent grooming. We get kind of a teddy bear look but they can groom like, professional show dog look. They love and Gigi knows it. KV

I took my two golden retrievers here today to have their nails done. We were greeted at our car and the dogs happily went in the building. The groomer took them in the back and did their nails while we paid. We were in and out in no time. A very pleasant experience.

Took my lab there for the first time and had to pay before I could see her and that was a mistake. It was completely uneven. They didn't finish the job. Her tail and her head were not groomed. She didn't appear to have been bathed as there was hair and dander all over her .She is not nor has ever been aggressive to anyone or her groomer who sadly moved away, yet they claim she bit the groomer which means they were either aggressive or rough with her and scared her. She came home shy and scared of people. After calling to request a refund, they were completely rude and unprofessional. Refused to refund and again rude. Took no responsibility for poor groom job. Never going back. Will not recommend.

This is an excellent place to board or groom your pet. They always treat my two bichons with such care and kindness. I travel 40 minutes from my home to Blue Ribbon because of this.

We just came back from Blue Ribbon with a brand new dog! Our Aussie had spent 10 days away at a friends home while we were traveling and desperately needed a beauty/pamper day- so I called Blue Ribbon yesterday 10 minutes before they closed- they squeezed us in today and WOW! He looks 10 pounds lighter and is a happy waggy pup! Thanks Martin and Drew! This may have been our first visit to Blue Ribbon but will certainly not be our last!

We brought Barney in for grooming and a bath. Barney had hip implant surgery three weeks before, and our regular salon was concerned and nervous about possibly injuring the hip, and declined his bath and trim. I called our veterinarian for advice, and they recommended Blue Ribbon, because they had dealt with injured/recovering pets. Well, Barney arrived, and three hours later, out came a clean, groomed, happy pup!! We'll be back, even though the shop is 25 miles from home. Thank you Blue Ribbon!

Would not take my dog to this groomer. I brought my two bichon s in to be groomed. I keep them long. When I picked them up they had shaved one. They said they had mixed her up with another clients dog who wanted their dog shaved. I was mortified. Their answer was that her hair will grow. Stay away!

one time our dog got both ears infected. the vet gave her meds and said it may have been from the grooming. the next appt she was clipped so severely near her eyes, there were cuts under both eyes. i sent photos to the groomer. she said she was told to cut it short~really? i asked for the owner to call me but he didn't. i felt so guilty i had taken my precious dog there after the initial incident.

I was visiting relatives from out of town and I boarded my Jack Russell for 3 days. She doesn't get along with other dogs so she had to be kept separate. She also had a small rash from ant bites and they put ointment on her everyday and cleared it up. I would definitely use them again when I'm in the area

My "pup" who is 15&1/2 yrs old loves everyone there& they always do a wonderful job for her!! She has a hard time getting up these days but walks well& let's everyone know what she wants with a little woof.She has been going there many years.Great job Blue Ribbon team!! Thank you!

This place is completely incompetent, they shaved my golden retriever down to the skin and cost us thousands for treatment because they cut her so many times she got infected. If you're reading this please don't go here, they make you wait 8 hours and take 20 minutes to groom the dogs.

This was our first time taking our dogs to this groomer. We were quoted one price on the phone for bath, ear, nails and teeth. When we went to pick up our dogs the price was double. They did not clean there ears for all the money we paid. Then we took them back told them there ears were not cleaned they took them back to clean them and half way did the ears. There nails are cut but were cut uneven. Never again will will be take our dogs there.

They did an excellent job on grooming Benji, my cockapoo puppy.tThey also have a wonderful pet shop next door with the best food and supplies out can purchase. They are organic products. Susan the owner is marvelous to work with, she really know her products.

I had to bring my 11 year old Aussie in to be clipped after running away for 12 hours and being found COVERED in burrs. They did an amazing job clipping him and getting him all cleaned up while keeping him comfortable. I have two Aussies and will be bringing them both here from now on.
